今晚朋友帶我嚟旺角譽發廣場嘅私家廚房食飯,上到嚟,真係好似一間私房菜,因為座位有限,所以最好係預先book檯。這裏每一檯都有分隔的,好有 privacy。侍應推介我哋食呢個豉椒炒紐西蘭聖子皇(2隻), 豉椒配料炒得香噴噴,非常惹味。這個漣漪飄香(2件) 也是侍應推介的,說是攞過獎的;蓮藕片夾著芝士和墨魚滑,再沾上脆漿落油炸,配自家制的蘋果酸甜醬來食,果然係好好味,值得推介。另外還點了這個古方秘製鹹蔥油新鮮雞半隻,鹹蔥油十分好味,食得出啲雞係新鮮嘅雞,好食。飯後有生果送,是冰鎮菠蘿,菠蘿又甜又多汁,可當飯後甜品。呢度嘅侍應非常有禮,服務態度超好,值得一讚!

朋友介紹話呢間餐廳啲小菜唔錯,我就拉埋老公去試下佢嘅晚飯。餐廳員工有禮貌,會自動自覺換骨碟,而且每碟餸都好大碟,多人可以預訂卡位,拉埋布簾會好有私隱,不過坐位有限,要早啲打去訂位。黃金脆魚皮($88)。雖然超邪惡但真係好香脆,唔會有油益味,送飯又得就咁食又得。辣酒煮東風螺($188)。螺夠煙韌唔算太細隻,辣汁入曬去,辣得黎好過癮。拍蒜炒油麥菜($98)。唔會炒到林pat pat,仲好爽脆。啫啫滑雞煲($168)。有半隻雞咁多,仲有豬膶,洋蔥同好香嘅蒜頭。成碟餸好惹味,唔會淨係骨,有好多肉。另外茶($10位)白飯($15碗)最後餐廳送埋冰鎮菠蘿做甜品,可以甜住走。總結係,樣樣咁大碟,下次可以叫多啲人去試多啲唔同餸。

我在中原地图和 Openrice 上找了几个小时,才找到这地点方便,价钱适中,口碑好的粤菜餐厅。周五中午和男友一起款待我的一位法国老友记。这位法国朋友常来中国做生意,男朋友也是识食之人。我们点了半只葱油鸡、咕噜肉、蒜蓉炒豆苗和西洋菜汤,还开了一瓶自带的红酒,埋单HK$700多。我们对每款菜的品质都很满意。葱油鸡还配上炒得很香的鸡杂,法国朋友也吃了不少。男友当场就在微信上推荐给朋友们了。餐厅不大,是楼上店,但除了大厅,还有好几个房间,适合好友们聚脚,私隐度高。这是一家非常值得推荐的餐厅。

我在中原地图和 Openrice 上找了几个小时,才找到这地点方便,价钱适中,口碑好的粤菜餐厅。周五中午和男友一起款待我的一位法国老友记。这位法国朋友常来中国做生意,男朋友也是识食之人。我们点了半只葱油鸡、咕噜肉、蒜蓉炒豆苗和西洋菜汤,还开了一瓶自带的红酒,埋单HK$700多。我们对每款菜的品质都很满意。葱油鸡还配上炒得很香的鸡杂,法国朋友也吃了不少。男友当场就在微信上推荐给朋友们了。餐厅不大,是楼上店,但除了大厅,还有好几个房间,适合好友们聚脚,私隐度高。这是一家非常值得推荐的餐厅。

因工作關係,同工作伙伴黎左旺角食飯,喺OpenRice搵到呢間restaurant. 預先訂左位,店員服務好窩心。餐廳內環境好好,間格分開了唔同既枱,有私人空間。美中不足的是我只有兩個人,無辦法試更多唔同既菜式,我地叫左個避風塘炒蟹,再叫埋啤酒,蟹超大隻,兩個人食都食左好耐,味道美味。但如果我地有更多人一起來,相信選擇可以更多,店家也說他們的菜式是中國傳統做法,每碟餸適合四人分量。價錢合理,下次會再同多啲朋友再黎!

有朋友上次黎過食之後大力推薦,仲話餐廳會好貼心咁send whatsapp黎打點一切,所以同男朋友食餐好既時候就諗起呢一間。譽發廣場都幾多美食約咗7:30但早咗半個鐘到,餐廳已一早留咗位,都幾貼心。一黎到得我地一枱,比較靜都唔敢太大聲講野,但見到所有位都放咗留座牌,其他客人都在8:00左右到,之後就熱鬧起來餐廳有推薦避風塘炒蟹,隻蟹鉗好大隻好正😍黃花魚啲魚肉夠嫩,不過要儘快食,否則好快凍~重口味,所以配白飯食就一流呢道蔬菜係餐牌推薦,的確好爽口呀淮山同蓮藕青檸梳打,舊青檸好硬淨😂菠蘿好靚😏

與長輩共聚晚餐,為了大家就腳做選旺角左近的餐店,加上與長輩進餐還是選較傳統中餐好了。在旺角的私家廚房正好合適我們,私家廚房裝潢得體,新中帶舊。雖然是樓上店,但亦有升降機直達,非常便捷。入坐後我們選上了幾款較傳統的菜色,因為長輩都會容易受用。未用菜前先來個清湯豆腐肉片白菜滾海班頭腩湯。豆腐肉片白菜滾海班頭腩湯湯底清而又有貪著菜香魚香,服務員更為我們盛上湯料,可見湯料十足。先選了燒汁脆米安格斯牛粒$148牛香非常香濃,一入口即刻感覺到,帶點焦香味道,配搭粒粒脆米,口感層次更加豐富,食過不停。再來是廚房小炒王$138是晚比較遜色的一個小菜,因為蝦乾偏鹹亦偏硬,對長者的牙齒可謂一個挑戰。加上很旱有地有較為合適老人家的老輝砵仔焗魚腸$168坊間已經好少餐廳提供焗魚腸,能在這裏找到昔日嘅滋味,可為難能可貴。焗魚腸當中滲著陣陣濃濃蛋香,但當中竟然帶著豆腐香味,未知是否大廚獨門秘方。飯後還有生果冰船,非常特別。大大的一盤,船中盛載了冰震龍眼肉及菠蘿肉,有睇頭又有味道,很美好的完結。
