餐廳講到明是農場新鮮活雞!!所以相當新鮮。同平時食既冰鮮雞真的很大分別!🐓肉質很嫩又滑。

份量相當之大,岩哂幾個人一齊食。好過齋叫白飯。
大大的蒸籠都放滿很多隻已切開一半的鮮橙色海蝦,非常吸引,亦方便我地唔洗用手食蝦。
🦐鮮蝦除了鮮味,亦好香既蒜蓉蔥味,蝦肉非常彈牙。蒸飯吸收哂鮮蝦既汁,食落鮮味十足,仲有d金菇,口感豐富。好味👍😋

一字骨一煮熟左,會有一陣好香既豬肉骨味,食落份外好味。
平時食一字骨都好怕麻煩,驚好難咬開。
但呢個一字骨食落有韌度得黎,但易咬開。

最後食得太多肉,決定叫個菜。

碟菜好香,我諗用上湯同豬油?蝦膏?去炒。所以d菜好惹味,而且濕濕地,又幾好味!

仲要加埋雞,真係好怕D雞一係炆到鞋十十又咸,一係就個雞嫩得來無味。
我地第一啖梗係食左隻鮑魚先啦,食完我地都拍爛手掌,個鮑魚仲好鮮甜,仲要有4隻。

叫果時我一心想挑佢機,睇下佢又幾搞嘢,改埋甘既名。
原來依道餸係蝦醬通菜,再加埋韓國既年糕落去,所以就好搞嘢。
老實講,睇落去真係好九唔搭八,蝦醬撈年糕,但食落去又真係好OK。
因為廚師大哥揀蝦醬揀得幾好,個蝦醬唔會死咸,仲好香蝦味,撈落去本身無味既年糕反而仲帶出蝦醬既鮮味!

廚師大哥勁貼心幫我地依班廢人,拍好晒D殼,等我地方便去剥。
點解我覺得依味唔可以成為我既小三?

最主要係,避風塘炒蟹應該要夠惹味同夠辣度,但兩樣對我來講都差少少。
但有一點值得讚就係,個蟹炸完同再避風塘式炒完都唔油,唔會有臭油味。

我自己食過幾次係德國餐廳食德國豬手都幾唔HAPPY。
因為德國人通常食豬手都會配啤酒飲,即係下酒菜,所以通常都會做得偏咸…而果隻咸度…唔是香港人食到既咸。
我經過果幾次,我都怕左食德國豬手,但我朋友仔揀到…就戴住頭盔一試啦…
隻咸豬手明顯唔係買番來,似係師傅大哥自己整,
因為佢完全唔似之前食到果D,咸到…不能接受既咸度,而係好岩香港人口味。

同埋師傅大哥用左整燒肉既方法來整依隻咸豬手,
個脆皮會似平時食燒肉甘,但就多煙黏韌度﹝因為豬手既骨膠原﹞!
再配埋個清清地既芥末籽醬﹝?﹞,可以中和少少咸味,真係整得好出色!

可能老闆見我地幾個好乖咁食哂5個餸,(全部都無剩架!)佢就送左一盤菠蘿俾我地,實在太nice太friendly啦,而D菠蘿仲要非常鮮甜大舊。平時我係一個絕對港女(鐘意食日本野),唔太鐘意食中菜,覺得中菜一定好悶好無新意,但今次呢間真係出於我意料之外,每個餸都好驚喜,價錢亦都合理親民,4個人埋單都係$1339,而且味道、調味又有大師級既風範,所以下次再想食住家飯既時候,一定會再帶朋友家人黎試。

真係無得輸,呢個煲超足料!我地四個人食,一人一隻飽魚,講真,係出面買個D飽魚仔一隻都差唔多要成五十幾蚊,淨係食佢個四隻飽魚都回本,仲要隻飽魚易入口,又鮮甜,加埋D雞既配搭一流,雞肉鮮甜嫩滑,又無雪藏味,食得出係新鮮雞,而醬汁完全同雞肉合二為一,夠哂味道但又唔太咸,唔似出面食個D雞肉甘,肉同汁既味道分開,唔入味。呢個煲無論係飽魚、雞肉同醬汁都做得好出色,值得一試!

好搞嘢啫啫通菜煲$118 ☆☆☆☆ 聽到呢個名都好想試下個煲究竟有幾搞嘢,因為個菜名吸引左我地,所以就叫左嚕。個菜一黎到,侍應就同我地介紹個菜,特別之處就係用左年糕同通菜一齊煮。真係好新奇!年糕同通菜既配搭我都係第一次試,食落口又真係幾好味幾夾。年糕軟綿煙韌,口感不膩,平時食個個D菜既煲,食到底好多油,好唔健康,但呢個煲好少油,唔太咸,好有水準!

原來依道餸係蝦醬通菜,再加埋韓國年糕落去,所以就好搞嘢。
老實講,睇落去真係好九唔搭八
蝦醬撈年糕,但食落去又真係好OK幾好味。
因為廚師大哥揀蝦醬揀得幾好,個蝦醬唔會死咸,仲好香蝦味,撈落去本身無味既年糕反而仲帶出蝦醬既鮮味!
