通常見到印度、秘魯及中東等菜式,都會覺得這都是很神奇的文化國度,今次小編透過朋友介紹,知道PMQ隔離開了一間香港首間的孟加拉餐廳。小編對孟加拉的認知只有大樹菠蘿🤣,所以呢間餐廳完全吸引小編的好奇心,就選擇係PMQ舉行Latin American 文化節的星期六過去試下。同使用聊天之後,得知廚師係埃及人,喜歡煮印度及孟加拉等菜式,亦有將食物文化融為一體,所以今次係香港中環開了第一間孟加拉餐廳👍FUCHKA 招牌孟加拉素脆球配乳酪醬Potato and chickpea filling in deep-fried shells, garnished with cucumber, crunchy potato sev and two sauces: spicy yogurt and a sweet & sour tamarind sauce炸脆球是街頭小食之一,朋友未試過就叫咗small portion (4粒)。同小編以往係重慶大廈食過的不同,脆球係新鮮炸起並隔油,非常香脆。入面塞滿了一半餡料,有混合鷹嘴豆的薯蓉,然後加上清爽的青瓜絲及脆條,直接食味道會稍微單調,所以建議加上店舖自家製的醬汁:辣味乳酪及甜酸酸豆醬。加上這些醬汁,特別是乳酪醬,整道小食的整體口感會相對豐富。DHEROSH BHAJI 香草炒秋葵Stired-fried okra with Bangladeshi herbs & spices小編推薦,因個人口味👍👍滿滿的酸辣醬汁浸滿秋葵,滑溜溜的秋葵及秋葵籽,保持原有口感。小編好奇微辣的神奇味道,經詢問後知道原來加咗辣椒粉,但又用香料去中和辣度👍酸酸辣辣的醬汁配上NAAN十分match,新鮮的莞茜增添爽脆幾清新味道,必叫之一🤤KALA BHUNA 6小時慢烤卡拉牛肉6 hours, charred & slow-cooked beef, in a Bangladeshi-spiced reduced gravy本身想叫烤雞(另一道signature ),見到侍應更推薦牛肉就試下,這道6小時慢煮的牛肉外表其貌不揚但出乎意料的好吃🤣開頭小編擔心會十分重口,但侍應話孟加拉菜比印度會更為清淡,比起追求味道的爆發,更著重味道的中和平衡。如果你熱愛煲仔菜,深信呢到菜會令你滿意,小編個人覺得食落好有羊腩煲feel,食到肉味係由內而外淡淡爆發,但又無中式的特別重口。中式比較多汁,但這道reduced gravy 更似將肉汁鎖在牛肉入面,滿滿的牛味,並混入香料香味,莞茜的爽脆增添口感風味。牛肉偏緊實,脂肪比較少,可能用咗牛腿部位🤔。值得一試,有驚喜,必叫👍👍GARLIC NAAN 焗爐烤蒜蓉烤餅Handmade Oven-baked flatbread, garlic外觀同口感同印度版的NAAN有點不同,孟加拉版的比較酥脆,厚度偏薄,口感煙韌,不粉,反而帶點很微的甜味。加上蒜蓉同香草之後,味道比起香氣更為誘人,亦都好適合沾其他主食配菜,例如炒秋葵👍👍LASSI 拉西乳酪特飲Original Sweet口感似希臘乳酪,微甜微滑,底層是乳酪foam。品嚐香料料理時飲一杯乳酪特飲,會令口腔非常清爽。PRIYO SHAAD中環鴨巴甸街29號地舖#中環美食 #鴨巴甸街 #中環 #孟加拉美食 #孟加拉 #孟加拉菜 #特色菜 #特色餐廳 #全港首間 #foodie #foodiehk #hkfoodie continue reading
