炸脆球是街頭小食之一,朋友未試過就叫咗small portion (4粒)。同小編以往係重慶大廈食過的不同,脆球係新鮮炸起並隔油,非常香脆。入面塞滿了一半餡料,有混合鷹嘴豆的薯蓉,然後加上清爽的青瓜絲及脆條,直接食味道會稍微單調,所以建議加上店舖自家製的醬汁:辣味乳酪及甜酸酸豆醬。加上這些醬汁,特別是乳酪醬,整道小食的整體口感會相對豐富。

如果你熱愛煲仔菜,深信呢到菜會令你滿意,小編個人覺得食落好有羊腩煲feel,食到肉味係由內而外淡淡爆發,但又無中式的特別重口。中式比較多汁,但這道reduced gravy 更似將肉汁鎖在牛肉入面,滿滿的牛味,並混入香料香味,莞茜的爽脆增添口感風味。牛肉偏緊實,脂肪比較少,可能用咗牛腿部位🤔。值得一試,有驚喜,必叫👍👍
