本來都唔想寫得咁絕,但係完全唔係一間良心餐廳。口口聲聲話老闆唔係為咗賺錢,其實就湯到你一頸血。今晚五個人去咗食,食嘅嘢非常普通,普通到不得了嘅三文魚沙律, 一碗罐頭湯比多隻蝦你,鴨肝講到幾好幾好但係都不外如是。主菜就係雞飯,銀到不得了嘅牛排,一夠硬過磚頭嘅豬肉,最出色嘅都只不過係一個有兩隻蝦嘅意粉,呢樣蝦油意粉算係幾唔錯。甜品就係一個雪糕,蘋果批,法式布甸係5個人share。心中以為呢個餐都係六七百蚊,點知買單係成萬蚊每個人頭2000大元。呢D環境呢D質數收呢個價錢,我去5星酒店食就差唔多!今餐真係食到火滾,以後唔會再去

係觀塘真係比較搵到一間唔錯嘅西餐廳,好難先係OpenRice 搵到呢間Provence. 入到去感覺良好,侍應姐姐服務態度一流,佢好詳細介紹佢哋餐廳嘅強項同賣點。佢介紹完之後,我對佢哋嘅出品真係有啲期望。不過上餐後,我確實有啲失望。首先沙律,菜係新鮮,但係油醋配搭唔夠平衡。之後餐湯,夠熱同味道還好,但係加入嘅帶子刺身切得比較細,有啲過熟。我嘅口味可能唔加仲好。跟住主菜。我同事叫咗個豬鞍,佢話夠鬆,但唔係天然鬆而且冇味。我就叫咗個雞扒,味道OK但係未特別,一般有質素嘅餐廳都可以做到,甚至更好。而佢哋收嘅價錢唔係特別吸引,性價比唔高。😩😩😩

今天是第二年跟太太過周年紀念,因為太太剛轉了新工作,在觀塘上班,所以沒想太多,只想在觀塘找一間不錯的西餐廳吃個晚餐,最後訂座了這一間吃法國菜的私房餐廳。事前沒有什麼期待,但後來上的每一道菜都有驚豔到我和我太太了,每上一道菜,店員都會有禮貌地跟我們講解每一道菜的烹調方法,其背後的理念,及所使用的食材等,起初對這類fine dining 的餐廳沒有什麼好感,都是一些份量少,好看不好吃的東西,但這次真的讓我切底改觀了。每一道菜上來的時候,先有視覺上的享受,中有味蕾上的刺激,後有感觀上衝擊,感受到的不單單是食物的味道,而是廚師背後的心思。這裡人不多,環境很寧靜,很適合兩口子來,談談心,分享一下往事。兩個多小時,吃著聊著,很快就過去了,今天整個用餐體驗都是一個難忘的經歷,我跟太太離開餐廳的時候,都有感謝店家的食物烹調得很好吃。除了食物之外,在此也想感謝店員詳盡的講解及有禮的服務,記得當時用餐去到尾段的時候,我跟店員打了一個眼色,再揮了一下手,過了不久,他們就把寫上祝福語句我甜品送上,為今天的二周年晚餐劃上一個完美句號。

喺觀塘上班一族嘅朋友仔,帶我食法餐⋯一到店,發覺燈光氣氛很浪漫,環境舒適,是一個與朋友仔暢談的好地方,服務員親切熱誠為我們介紹每一道菜的特別材料、味道和烹調方法⋯我們4人所以可以點很多不同菜式品嘗⋯味道簡直津津有味⋯😋特別是他們秘製紅蝦油天使麵,紅蝦的鮮甜味道和天使麵的彈牙令人回味無窮⋯在出主菜之前,還吃了一個薄荷葉荔枝車厘茄,簡直是味蕾的喚醒,Refresh的感覺,再次打開我們的另一個胃吃更多主菜和甜品。
