海南雞飯肉骨茶套餐: 雞肉分量好豐盛🙊,雞肉同埋皮中間係冇乜肥膏, 雞皮爽脆, 雞肉嫩滑juicy, 自家製嘅三色醬汁入面,薑蓉磨到好細緻, 所以小編都好唔客氣食曬啲雞皮( 平時啲衫黃雞太多脂肪痴住我唔食雞皮㗎🤪) 。

當日天氣本身凍凍地🥶, 小編飲完半碗肉骨茶之後身體即刻暖番好多, 手腳腳冇咁冰冷😽, 皆因呢個肉骨茶重胡椒湯底, 而且落足料去煲, 肉味香濃。

呢到個環境都好舒服,有卡位。兩個人下午食左一個蒲羅喇沙摻摻,賣相都幾靚,有蝦、蛋、魚蛋、魚片、芽菜、豆腐卜、峴,喇沙湯底濃郁。食摻摻都幾好,兩溝有油麵同米粉,混合不同粉麵,有唔同既口感。另外叫左海南雞配雞油飯(配魚湯),海南雞既份量都唔少,而且夠滑,配埋三色醬汁食好惹味。飯有淡淡雞油香、香茅同紅蔥頭嘅味道。無味精嘅湯底,魚湯味濃,同時有海底椰鮮甜味道,值得一試。跟住叫左一個櫻花蝦青木瓜沙律,酸甜爽辣脆,加埋啲花生碎同埋車厘茄加埋啲醬汁撈埋幾好開胃。另外叫左杯熱桔仔話梅水,同埋凍班蘭薏米水。飲完幾舒服。
