週六原本諗住,簡簡單單叫個外賣食,左揀右揀,見呢間未試過就叫黎試一試啦,仲係叫咗,好穩陣嘅海南雞飯。點知....個海南雞飯餐,送到嚟,個湯蓋都未冚好,倒曬啲湯出嚟。嗰啲海南雞,食落去一啲味道都冇(唔係雞無雞味,嗰啲廢話,而係瞇埋眼你根本唔知係食緊肉),肉又柴。蟲草花湯,係用味精粉開出嚟,啲粉仲未化曬,你可以幻想下一碗麵豉湯就放幾條蟲草返落去。連個油飯都係乾爭爭冇味嘅。真係未試過食一個海南雞飯係每一樣都唔掂。最好飲竟然然係我杯凍檸茶走甜。真係好失敗,好失敗。希望餐廳管理人員可以見到我嘅留言,如果唔係就唯有希望你地喺呢個競爭環境中淘汰走吧啦。

今日午後和朋友到了將軍澳寶琳運亨路新都城中心一期揾食,看見地下有一間名叫“蒲羅”主打地道東南亞菜的餐廳。門外擺放了兩個banner,正在推廣越南美食套餐,選擇亦多,都頗為吸引,於是就進入店內一嚐這間餐廳的美食。這裏地方雖然不算大,但坐得都頗為舒服,且光線充足。我揀了越式烤豬頸肉配撈檬+熱檸檬水套餐 (可轉配米飯) $58豬頸肉上蓋滿了炸蒜片、花生碎和葱粒,底層是蔬菜絲。豬頸肉醃得非常入味,不覺肥膩,外脆內軟,咬落還有微微的肉汁流進口腔裏,再連同炸蒜片、花生碎和葱粒一齊食,層次感十足,提升了豬頸肉的香味。蔬菜絲感覺鮮嫩爽脆,檬粉不太冧也不太靱,恰到好處,再淋上少許甜甜酸酸的醬汁,令人胃口大開,感覺清新。

將軍澳新都城商場內有多間食店,今日好隨意地走進了一間叫《浦羅》。呢度主打星加坡菜,裝潢黃綠色為主調,有星加坡渡假 feel. 一般下午茶都是$50 -$60, 相當抵食。下午2時開售,今次來叫左:✨️《檳城排骨山配米飯》 $522塊手掌咁大塊的排骨和有一小碗飯,都係幾十元,真係超级抵。排骨上有青檸蓉、芫荽、紅辣椒,酸酸辣辣嘅味道,好味到容化了我嘅心靈。✨️《河內生牛肉湯粉~檬粉》$48共三、四片牛肉,肉質鮮嫩,配合香葱、洋蔥、香葉一起吃非常香口。✨️《桂圓紅棗茶》跟餐$0內有玫瑰花'、菊花、紅棗、龍眼,只是一杯熱都有咁多樣材料,真是非常用心裝作,飲落順口舒服。✨️《凍檸檬茶》跟餐$3檸檬新鲜,味道正常發揮。

2塊手掌咁大塊的排骨和有一小碗飯,都係幾十元,真係超级抵。排骨上有青檸蓉、芫荽、紅辣椒,酸酸辣辣嘅味道,好味到容化了我嘅心靈。

✨️《河內生牛肉湯粉~檬粉》$48
共三、四片牛肉,肉質鮮嫩,配合香葱、洋蔥、香葉一起吃非常香口。

✨️《桂圓紅棗茶》跟餐$0
內有玫瑰花'、菊花、紅棗、龍眼,只是一杯熱都有咁多樣材料,真是非常用心裝作,飲落順口舒服。

今天午餐第一次嘗試寶琳新都城這間星加玻菜,好好彩入到去即刻有位,唔使等 我哋叫咗兩份午市套餐和一份咖央多士咖央多士上菜時溫度夠晒熱,牛油是溶化的,雖然邪惡但非常滿足牛丸清湯河:佢哋嘅牛丸細細粒,不過有八粒咁多,都有少少彈牙,味道不錯豬頸肉喇沙滲滲:喇沙湯底少少辣,但味道唔算濃郁,豬頸肉燒得有啲偏乾/ 硬,需要咀嚼較耐,麵和其他配菜則算正常發揮這兩個午市套餐還包括免費熱飲,我們選擇了馬來手工拉茶和咖啡,唔使加一,全部加埋都係$122 ,性價比好高,是月尾開餐的好選擇
