最近睇完黑白大廚,好想去食韓國嘢,將軍澳中心呢間炸雞次次行過都諗住食,今次終於有機會,餐廳環境光猛,座位闊落。半半炸雞(青陽辣椒+ 瘋狂蒜香)炸雞用先焗後炸方式烹調,令到外層好惹味而內裏亦能保存肉汁,肉質都算嫩滑。青陽椒味炸雞好特別,外層的辣椒醬帶有一點甜味,青楊辣椒加上蛋黃醬,唔會好辣但係充滿青楊椒獨有嘅香味,醬同雞同match,食起來既辣又香。鐘意蒜味嘅我食炸雞必點蒜香味,外層都睇到好夠蒜,蒜香濃郁,加埋甜醬食好惹味。豬肉泡菜湯唔算好濃味但好足料,而且因為泡菜夠多關係,湯頭偏酸味,好開胃好解漏。原味紫菜飯卷份量都多,餡料新鮮,味道正常。青蘋果梳打西柚梳打
