呢間店用餐限時,多人排,點餐簡得耐左,staff都會溫馨提示佢地係有用餐既時間限制,叫左滷肉飯,蛋餅,甜不辣,牛肉麵,兩杯飲品,後加左隻滷蛋,滷肉飯真係好好味,好快就已經成碗食哂,蛋餅唔錯,甜不辣好一般,可能因為有豬血糕,所以我唔太喜歡,牛肉麵比較偏川味,所以口味較重同辣,滷蛋咸左少少,下次黎主打滷肉飯同埋蛋餅就好。

高街附近有兩間出晒名的台灣食店,出名排晒隊,今日就有幸試到其一,因為有野做11點就已經係附近,見到12點先開門諗住行陣先返黎食,住西環的朋友即刻叫停我,話星期六12點返黎就太遲了,一定要排隊!冇冇咁誇呀?半信半疑之下1145返黎,竟然真係有五六個人排緊omg... 門口仲貼住張紙限時食30分鐘。。。真係要試下係咪咁堅入座後係自己劃紙仔 等左10分鐘就有齊晒食物聽聞最出名係蛋餅,我地就嗌左芝士火腿餡,的確係幾出色,餅皮煙韌又唔會太厚太油,最緊要夠晒熱辣辣!滷水拼盤有蛋 雞翼同豆腐,份量岩兩個人食,蛋同雞翼冇乜特別。唯獨是豆腐好食到不得了,個質地唔係普通豆腐 而且魚豆腐口感~原來魯肉飯同乾伴麵都係fd, 魯肉好入味 肉都煮到腍晒,不過就真係好油,三個人share麵同飯都頂唔順食唔晒,都係比較鐘意食稀d冇咁油膩嘅魯肉飯。紅燒牛肉冬粉牛肉量多,煮得軟腍入味,而且係筋肉相連咁,好滑~~~另外仲有嗌珍珠奶茶,埋單每人約要百幾蚊。食物整體黎講都好味,但有d食完成餐都係同一隻味嘅感覺,同埋食得好趕。如果唔使排隊或者排一陣都可以試下佢~

Fantastic beef brisket noodle soup! Casual dining, no frills restaurant, the time for dining in the restaurant limited to 45 minutes so table turnover is quick even if there is a line. We also had a dry noodle dish which was great. Rice bowls looked very yummy as well!

同事同我咁啱屋企都冇飯食,擇日不如撞日一齊嚟食好多人推介嘅台式美食。夜晚八點幾嚟到,全鋪滿座,但門外冇人排隊,等咗幾分鐘就有人走可以入座。店面keep得好乾淨,鋪位雖小但座位唔算太迫。由於多人幫襯,呢度寫明用餐時間45分鐘,其實都好夠了。蛋餅係鎮店之寶一定要食,今次揀咗九層塔蛋餅。餅皮同蛋捲埋一齊感覺嫩滑,加埋九層塔嘅香味成件事就更有味道滷水拼盤,最有驚喜係豆腐,相當入味。蛋亦夠幼滑,反而雞翼顯得有點失色了。紅燒牛肉麵,份量好足!麵有咬口,湯底鮮甜微辣而不太油,牛肉夠淋,不過略肥。滿足嘅一餐,提一提呢度收加一。

食完後果然如評價一樣,滿滿回憶的台灣味!好食!非常推薦!(只是價錢不可愛而已...小聲說🤫)■魯肉飯:油滋滋稍嫌油膩,醬汁與飯的完美組合■紅燒牛肉麵:湯頭散發自然甜味與精華,麵條Q嫩有彈性,牛肉也十分大方給足料,吃到一半,員工貼心提示飯跟麵可免費續加■椒鹽四季豆(一般,像是鹹酥雞的四季豆這樣)■滷水拼盤:雞翼/百葉豆腐 /蛋)(一般,可略過,不過豆腐好嫩)■綜合甜不辣(一般,無特別之處)■珍珠奶茶(本來無特別期望,但結果好喝到快打敗天仁了!)結論:下次菜單就是牛肉麵珍奶了(篤定!)
