每次經過蘇杭街,除咗去麵尊食車仔麵,都會行過幾個舖位,睇吓有咩甜野食,食完咸梗係食甜。之前買過呢間原味蛋撻後,發現佢個酥皮造得唔錯,口感有層次,大大隻,不過次次5點幾去到,見到已經蛋、皮少少分離,明白嘅,始終唔係剛剛出爐,有呢個水準都已經不俗。另外,仲有不同撻可選擇,雜果撻、藍莓撻、朱古力撻都比原味蛋撻及葡撻細,但好多人買,有機會個胃有位可以一試。今日又試下個葡撻,好滿意,買4個,個盒好靚好精美!

下午茶時間,做野做到好攰,想搵啲野食下。同事們推介我試下呢間以酥皮做主打既 Queen Sophie,話佢既蛋撻唔錯,咁就買黎試下啦~~4點幾去到,都仲有好多撻揀,同事推介蛋撻,咁就要蛋撻,個人比較鍾意葡撻,就要埋黎試下。先講嗰酥皮,本來以為兩個一樣。但食落葡撻既酥皮明顯比較酥脆,而且牛油味比較特出。唔知係刻意定意外😅😅蛋撻既蛋部分都算滑,但係蛋味就唔特出,整體既味道都偏淡。而葡撻蛋部分係比蛋撻甜,但焦糖化唔夠,所以除左甜啲之外,同蛋撻沒分別。以$12蛋撻同$17葡撻黎講算係大件同唔錯既。

今日有同事買咗好多個唔同芝士撻.做下午茶請我地食😉之前聽過話好食但就未食過.終於有機會可以試吓.有10幾款唔同嘅口味.諗咗好耐最後決定試朱古力味.我仲試咗兩啖榴槤味🙌🏻估唔到可以做得咁出色.個撻皮非常鬆脆.攞起已經感覺到好脆.好香牛油味.但又唔會好油攞起唔會成手油.芝士味勁濃郁.個朱古力味都唔會好甜啱啱好.個榴槤味不得了超濃超香.而且非常滑.因為好足料.所以食一個其實都有飽肚感.性價比好高😊鍾意食芝士撻一定要試吓!
