還有最signature的西班牙海鮮焗飯,濃郁的海鮮湯燴煮米飯,每粒都吸收了鮮味的湯汁,入口非常惹味,上面還有海鮮青口,扇貝帶子等份量也不少呵

甜品來個香滑軟綿綿的cheese cake和雜莓雪葩,酸酸甜甜,配以濃郁的芝士蛋糕,滿滿的幸福感

有佳餚,當然要有美酒相配啦,餐廳有不少來自世界級的名酒,客人可以在drink menu上選三杯酒與食物來
paring,如果冇頭緒,侍應更加可以按你的口味介紹返幾杯俾你

個人覺得呢間餐廳其實真係好適合情侶約會,慶祝吓紀念日咁,又或者姊妹談心的好地方,而且喺中環核心地段,以呢種環境和服務質素嚟講,價錢亦10分合理,回訪指數,絕對值得有四星半呀!

Quiero Más的西班牙招牌乳豬,一片薄薄的乳豬皮經過精心烤製,呈現出金黃酥脆的表面。切開這片乳豬後,裡面的肉質竟然如此嫩滑,幾乎化在口中。乳豬肉質鮮嫩多汁,完全沒有乾澀感,咀嚼起來口感十分柔滑。而乳豬皮的香脆口感,與肉質的嫩滑形成了強烈的反差,口感層次感十足。

既然Quiero Más為西班牙餐廳,主菜必定要點西班牙菜的經典菜式,西班牙海鮮炒飯(巴塞隆拿式)。廚師用上大鐵鍋並用上超高溫炮製,風味十足,一粒粒的米飯色澤金黃誘人,並放上了大粒蜆殼、青口、大蝦等等,米飯在大鐵鍋下做到有少少飯焦,粒粒分明,煮得恰到好處,不軟爛也不生硬。整個味道非常正宗,真實地還原了西班牙海鮮飯的正宗滋味,喜歡食西班牙海鮮炒飯的必定要試。
