To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日泥南丫島一日遊,晚餐揀左好出名既南丫天虹👩🏻🍳👩🏻🍳海鮮🦞大餐。因為下午訂好左通,所以去到基本上都唔洗等🤙🏻坐低之後,店員姨姨推介我地四人食四人餐全包宴1288💰💰甘見到都ok所以點左😫惡夢開始
唔知係咪星期六關係,好多人做唔切定點?因為我地等左一個鐘先出得兩個餸 去到等左1.15時,先同我地講無扇貝,我地已經好無奈,如果賣哂應該一早同我地講,佢轉左個貴妃p我地😞因為太夜同攰關係都無得揀 只可以接受,隔左15分鐘,又同我地講無哂bb鴿,我地同姨姨講,已經等左1.30先同我地講無咩無咩,最後換左鮑魚比我地👍👍成晚所有海鮮唔係唔新鮮,不過唔好味🥺同埋唔夠熱啲餸。可能我地個樣好sad,姨姨比左啲甜品我地,成晚呢間餐廳最好既係呢個姨姨服務態度👍👍不過可一不可再
但無可否認 天虹有一點做得幾好 就係係佢到食飯,可以有免費船送反出去尖沙咀或者中環碼頭😍
其實去嘅時候冇特別諗住食乜嘢, 落咗船見大部份都係海鮮餐廳, 咁就行吓睇吓邊間多人就入去啦! 天虹海鮮係最多人嘅, 始終老字號最出名. 咁我哋兩條友仔就入咗去啦👫🏻
兩個人食海鮮其實唔係嗌得好多嘢食.. 佢哋有兩個二人餐可以揀, 大概有四種海鮮, 都幾抵食㗎. 不過我哋兩個想試吓其他野, 價錢係會貴少少, 不過可以食到自己想食嘅嘢☺️
首先上既係鮑魚, 佢哋有南非同大陸鮑俾你揀, 仲有唔同嘅煮法. 我哋就揀咗陳皮蒸南非鮑魚. 鮑魚夠大隻又新鮮, 質感好好, 仲有啲粉絲索晒啲汁. 正呀
第二味菜係豉椒炒蟶子, 都係一隻一隻咁嗌嘅. 看圖不解釋, 又係好好味
第三道菜係清蒸游水魚, 呢條大概12両, 兩個人食就啱啱好啦. 魚夠新鮮肉夠滑, 又係正
最後一味係天虹炒飯, 有男人始終要有飯落肚😏 佢哋加咗蝦同魚去炒, 夠晒鮮味
總括黎講海鮮夠新鮮, 炒得夠鑊氣又入味!! 不過當日招呼我哋嘅男侍應態度真係遠遠跟唔上食物質素. 問佢啲海鮮有乜煮法, 佢係完全唔想答. 如果你個餐牌有寫明我咪唔使問你囉.. 問佢游水魚有乜揀嘅時候, 佢又係唔想答淨係叫我哋出去自己揀. 其實當時已經除咗口罩, 唔想咁麻煩先問你姐. 我希望服務態度可以多加改善, 追得上食物質素啦!
A good crowd of people eating,even during lunch, with a lively atmosphere.
You can choose seafood from the fish tanks cooked to the way you want at market price or choose from the a la carte menu. We opted for the latter.

Bitesized pieces of squid lightly battered and not greasy.

Tea flavour well steeped into the moist chicken meat with a hint of sweetness. Nice crispy skin.
Although quite busy food was served in a timely manner and not placed on the table all at the same time.
An enjoyable experience with added plus of inclusive ferry back to downtown.

漁民文化村位於索罟灣,從碼頭要轉小船坐兩分鐘就到。小朋友合力把6斤半的星鱸運回陸地。大人就從海鮮街上揾間海鮮酒家。
揀選了佔十個鋪位的最大酒家 【天虹海鮮酒家】 因為酒家自組船隊載客,免費載遊客往來吃海鮮,這樣每人省卻了幾十蚊船費。另外自己提供的魚加工錢要$500,老闆話正常加工錢$100 /斤,因此$500已經超值。
食客大部分都會選擇坐於外面,不用什麼浮誇的佈置; 背後天然的環境,望看海再吹吹海風,這就是無敵的用餐環境。
原來天虹已經在中國開了幾間分店, 認真厲害!
除了海鮮,當然要點些肉及菜。可以製作精美的餐牌竟然沒有價錢……莫非入左間任人魚肉的餐廳?!幸好下單後,店員很快呈上印有價錢的下單紙,價錢就以遊客區來說可以接受。
【椒鹽鮮魷 $216 (中)】 這個菜式在家中不會做到酒家效果,所以出街每次都會點這個。這個椒鹽鮮魷中size,但感覺上比平時例牌更加少,而且要$216 真係有些驚嚇。幸好鮮魷新鮮而且肉厚,炸得金黄粉醬夠薄,一點油膩感也沒有。 入口香脆爽口,調味剛剛好,小朋友大朋友都食得滋味。
【龍井茶香雞 $298 】這個做法似炸子雞, 因此雞皮脆口, 而且用味道加入龍井茶味道, 味道清香不太濃味, 小朋友都可以接受. 不是新鮮雞, 雞味缺乏, 但正因為多了龍井茶味道令這個雞變得不平淡. 另外雞肉而且嫩滑, 這個龍井茶香雞整體味道及質素都不錯.
【咕嚕肉 $98 (例)】這個咕嚕肉當然為小朋友而叫。味道酸甜度合適, 咕嚕肉啖啖肉,非常開胃!
【滑蛋炒蝦仁 $100】這個滑蛋炒蝦仁都是為小朋友而叫的。蝦大隻份量多,但是蛋炒得太散又濕,大打折扣。
【豉椒蟶子皇 $540 (8只) 】蟶子非常大隻,真係啖啖肉。蟶子新鮮爽口,豉椒汁功不可沒,豉椒汁惹味令蟶子味道提升不少。
【蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝 $440(8只)】扇貝大大隻,表面上放滿蒜蓉粉絲實在吸引,這個煮法冇得輸。粉絲不乾身而且吸收了蒜蓉香味及扇貝鮮味,這個粉絲味道美味。忘記扇貝才是主角,扇貝肉厚,但烹煮時間剛好令我們吃到扇貝的鮮味,食到扇貝爽甜口感。
差不多食完我們條魚終於送上, 6斤半的星鱸揀了炒球、紅燒及滾湯。魚當然免費,但加工錢要$500,老闆話正常加工錢$100 /斤,因此$500已經超值。鱸魚用來炒球特別嫩滑,因此揀了起肉炒球,朋友覺得皮帶腥但筆者唔太覺得有腥味。星鱸肉質較紮實,口感不錯。
紅燒這個煮法在家難煮,因此另一款煮法揀了紅燒,而且紅燒令魚完全沒有魚腥,另外星鱸魚味略淡,紅燒可以令魚肉味道提升不少。
筆者喜歡起肉炒球多些,因為可以食到魚的鮮味。相反紅燒調味太濃,蓋過魚味,多吃有些膩。兩大碟魚8個大人都食不完,太厲害!最後魚湯送上,除了用魚骨滾湯外,店方加入豆腐、白菜、菇菌、蜆,因此這個魚湯超級鮮甜!
天虹的價錢叫遊客價, 幸好食物質素都不錯, 而且服務親切有禮, 員工而且主動換了幾次碟, 非常滿足的晚餐!

我們叫的是12人套餐,有蝦,鮑魚,魷魚,魚,扇貝,春捲,瘦肉湯等等,味道非常好。
環境是靠近碼頭,吹著海風,聞著海水的味道吃飯。
桌子有轉盤,椅子是膠做的,還算穩,不過我們人太多,位置比較窄,而侍應要空出桌子的一角落菜。
對學生來講非常貴,當天我只帶了100元港幣去南丫島和朋友去清潔沙灘,結果要讓身邊的大姐姐請吃飯,這件事讓我非常後悔,因為我的朋友竟然要為了我目前配不起的社交付費。而我卻那麼的貪心,最後我想付還給她,她卻慷慨的說不用了。這讓我十分內疚,因為我的原則是做我的朋友不能吃虧,以後必須對她好一點。
