To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋一行五人,叫了以下菜式
1-椒鹽豆腐:豆腐很香很滑,很有鑊氣,飲酒一流,正! 2-白灼中蝦:因為價錢關係冇叫最大嘅,但我反而覺得白灼嘅話呢個size最好,因為唔太大隻,可以一口食,蝦肉好爽,唔需要點任何醬汁都好鮮味 3-XO醬炒螺肉:一啲都唔韌,好彈牙,XO醬幾香,但我鍾意濃味一點,再辣一點就prefect! 4-蒜蓉炒白菜仔:唔知係咪環境嘅影響,我真係覺得白菜仔係甜啲嘅,不過呢個菜式相對簡單,比較穩陣 5-椒鹽鮮魷:全場最令人有驚喜的菜色,原本只諗住叫一個送酒嘅小食,但係反而係全場我覺得最好食嘅菜,味道很夠,炸粉很薄皮,鮮魷很爽!5分鐘唔到全碟清晒 6-椒鹽鮑魚仔,我哋揀咗隻貴啲嘅澳洲鮑魚,其實個味好好,但就係因為太香口,反而鮑魚嘅味就冇咁突出,可能鮑魚都係陳皮清蒸最好,鮑魚本身好林好林,好易咬,比起大連鮑魚係好食啲 7-豉椒蟶子皇,近乎係我都海鮮餐嘅必食之選,呢間做得好好味,蟶子一啲都唔難咬,好爽口豉椒味好香! 8-蝦膏炒飯,呢個係唯一美中不足嘅菜式,因為啲蝦膏仲未查得散,所以食食吓會好鹹,個抄飯底其實炒得好香好乾身,有點浪費了(呢個我冇影相呀,因為我去左洗手間,飯俾人分咗了,Lol)

睇餐牌堅唔平😳可能係我去過嘅海鮮餐廳中數一數二貴,但點解咁多人?堅唔明🤔香港人真係有錢。。。咁一場離到諗住点貴都想試下啲海鮮 鮮唔鮮,但聽到隔離枱既人用唔鹹唔淡嘅廣東話鬧個侍應,話海膽炒飯冇海膽,蟶子皇又細 睇唔到咁細,乜乜乜咁。。。
最後決定點四個餸,油鹽水大蜆、清炒時菜、海鮮湯 同埋炒伊麵。
因為呢度係海鮮酒家其實點普通小菜已經冇乜期望,果然第一碟離嘅油鹽水大蜆超唔掂☹️又瘦 又少肉 又多殻。(仲要呢個唔係大蜆,係一啲不知名嘅蜆仔,應該係街市買都唔使$10 $20)
侍應唔算特別好service但係都OK唔差,大部份都好快手好醒目,都算係招呼周到👍🏼,冇因為我哋叫cheap野就唔招呼我地。
啲餸拎出離碟碟都係熱辣辣,就算我去鯉魚門食海鮮,幾出名嘅鋪頭都唔係碟碟拎出黎熱辣辣。呢度好ok👍🏼
啲餸係有啲慢但係都接受到既,因為要趕搭船,等佢哋放低最後一碟餸之後未食已經嗱嗱聲叫佢哋埋單先。(諗住食完即刻飛奔去碼頭)但係個夥計好好人,問我地想搭幾點鐘嘅船,隨即俾咗兩張飛俾我哋(免費返尖沙咀🤑)仲叫我地慢慢食唔使急 話有時間碼頭好近。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
而且呢度明明寫明茶位$13/位,前菜$25(小),但佢哋竟然冇收前菜(當然都冇拎出嚟俾我哋),亦都冇收貼士。超愕然😳
整體來講我覺得呢度都算唔錯👍🏼會再離幫襯。但應該會係一般小菜,應該唔會叫好貴價既海鮮(個人感受😅)
- 草菇甫魚炒伊麵
不過,無論西貢,流浮山,長洲,行埋去海鮮店,其實個心會份外小心,不過勝在我唔識講國語,所以人地都費事sell 我。而最穩陣之選,最好就係食套餐。屈極都有個譜。
靠海食海,其實海鮮的質素好難話差。不過今次值得一提既,是煲【野生淮山煲海魚】,真係魚有魚味,再加上有藥材的點綴,真係飲4~5 碗都仲得。
食足2個鐘,原來仲介有免費船搭,臨尾,開多支酒,今天真係冇得頂 😄。
據我所知,這間食海鮮係有船入去南丫島,所以公司揀左這間海鮮酒家 一來到南丫島,酒家有專人安排入座,由於我條team都有五六十人,佢地都算快安好坐位
一齊人無幾耐,就立刻上菜
第一樣:黑胡椒浸蜆 (唔做好有胡椒味同有沙) 第二樣:椒鹽鮮魷(夠脆口,外面層粉夠薄,又入味) 秘制生海蝦(個汁入晒蝦到,少少甜,幾野味) 翡翠石班球(我食果舊好生,我麻麻地) 古法蒸石班頭腩(都算幾新鮮,夠鮮甜) 蒜蓉蒸龍蝦(真係得咁大碟,隻龍蝦有點細,但都香蒜蓉味,ok啦) 薑蔥炒蟹(炒得都幾香口,但細隻左少少,但都幾好食) 最後來的係清蒸鮑魚:size 都ok又新鮮,蒸得剛剛好,這個是我滿意的)
- 椒鹽鮮魷
蟶子及帶子均可以自選烹煮方式。我們兩者都選了蒜蓉粉絲蒸,可以食到其原味。 蟶子及帶子都是大大隻,甚有睇頭。而且是下單後即撈即煮,新鮮度滿分,所以兩者都好鮮甜,肉質彈牙。不過蟶子有少少沙。
值得一讚的是蒜蓉調味得好好,不會過鹹而遮蓋了海鮮本身的鮮味。 海鮮湯
海鮮湯呈奶白色,不過魚味一般。胡椒粉的微辣遮蓋了魚的鮮甜。
湯內有很多海鮮材料,例如龍躉塊,硯仔,大蝦,魷魚, 白菜仔等,算是豐富。 豉油皇炒麵
豉油皇炒麵炒得脆硬,要花一點牙力才可以把它咬開呢!更大鑊是好油膩,有1mm的油浸住炒麵,都不知道吃了多少油份落肚了。
幾經辛苦行完南丫島家樂徑,再行埋個曲折的田園路,終於黎到索罟灣,行經埋棵當日好紅好靚的鳳凰樹,我地終於見到天虹海鮮酒家啦 入到去我同朋友都逼不及待要叫海鮮食,開頭諗住叫個餐(好似500幾,有海鮮,有炒飯),但諗諗下,個餐規限的餸未必係我地想食的,所以最後都係簡咗單點豉椒炒花甲、椒鹽瀨尿蝦(中SIZE)、菠蘿咕嚕肉(朋友見到隔離枱原個菠蘿上,可惜我地唔係)、蒜蓉蒸扇貝及招牌海鮮湯。
首先上的係豉椒炒花甲,一上到黎好有鑊氣,係平時屋企炒唔出的味道,可惜係太少肉,食到底好多都無開 成餐飯我最期待的就係呢隻瀨尿蝦,好鬼大隻,好厚肉,夾埋D米通同椒鹽好正,雖然仲未去到係我本身以為的實肉,同有羔個種,但都好好味,好下飯,又即使呢味餸係成餐最貴的(好似要成200幾一隻),但都覺得係成餐最好味的 而咕嚕肉就都幾好味,出邊脆身,入邊舊肉淋淋地,唔會有豬臭味,個汁仲要幾夾,個人覺得都不錯吃,成日聽人講咕嚕肉其實都考功夫,呢味餸煮得好味,咁我諗呢間店都唔差得去邊
但係個個海鮮湯我自己個人覺得有D腥同無咩特別,其實入邊就係大雜燴,有魚、花甲、白菜、蝦同豆腐,但係朋友就覺得唔錯,話係魚湯幾好飲。 最後個蒜蓉蒸扇貝都唔錯,雖然其實老實講屋企都煮到呢味餸,但係蒸的火喉其實好重要,佢地蒸到岩岩好,唔怕"鞋"口,仲可以成舊起得出黎,真係唔錯,而且好大粒,食得出幾新鮮,連埋粉絲一齊食,再加少少店的辣椒豉油,真係YUMMY 其實餐飯食到咁上下索罟灣就開始落好大雨,實在太幸運,好難想像行住山個陣落會點,特登簡望海位的我地當然都驚"PI"雨,好在佢地有塊擋雨的膠幕,基本成餐都無咩點滴到雨。
又雖然D員工唔係話態度好殷勤,但係都可以講得上不過不失(碼頭船個員工好好人,見我地雨中奔跑,就叫我地慢慢行仲遮埋我地),而海鮮都尚算OK,係價錢有D貴(3個人最後埋單$900幾),但食飯送船飛(中環或尖沙咀)呢樣野真係幾好,又返到屋企睇返佢官網,發現佢有幾味獲奬菜,下次再有機會去南丫島,我諗都可能會再去天虹試試。
