The restaurant features a spectacular harbour view, cosy decor and relaxing big sofas. We ordered some aperitifs to cool down as it was still hot after sunset. We all looked like we just came out of the desert! I ordered the Mojito drink which was very refreshing. I like mint, so I like Mojito. It awakens my taste buds.

The Fresh Oyster Platter contained 2 kinds of French oysters - Four Seasons and Gillardeau. The Four Seasons had a salty hint of sea water, and they were fresh. You could tell from the brightness of their colour and plump texture. The Gillardeau were creamy, with a strong taste of ocean, and a dash of fresh lemon juice enhanced the freshness of these oysters.

The waiter placed a soup dish at our table with clams, mussels and fish, but wait, No soup? Ah! The manager arrived 2 seconds later with a kettle, pouring hot soup in front of us. The soup had a strong flavour of crustacean, but not as thick as the version of Marseille. The fish had a nice flaky texture, and the taste was outstanding. As it is quite difficult to get good John Dory in Hong Kong, they used halibut instead and it tasted just as delectable. Clams and mussels were chewy and luscious.

I like clams, especially when they are cooked in a western style, with herbs, garlic and chardonnay. The portion was generous, clams were juicy and impeccable. The dish came with a scoop of al dente linguini cooked with the juice of clams and black garlic.

The clams were served first and I could not get enough of this because they were fresh and sweet.

據說三文魚同牛油果,兩者都有降低壞膽固醇的作用,而且所蘊含的營養素十分全面,是健怡可口的清新食材。而這道緊接出場的 Scottish Salmon Tartare 三文魚他他 ($168),成品正好就是用咗三文魚同牛油果入饌。底層的蘇格蘭三文魚,入口鮮嫩,而中間層的牛油果就混合咗蟹籽以增強口感,加上面頭鮮甜多汁的意大利番茄粒,配以三文魚籽及黑松露做點綴,用作開胃前菜最適合不過。

湯品點了 Provencale Bouillabaisse 法國海龍皇湯配蒜蓉包 ($298),源自於法國南部普羅旺斯海港城市馬賽的海鮮魚湯,湯與料分開奉上。海龍皇湯先以魚骨熬出鮮味,配以肉細質挺的青口、爽甜的蜆隻及嫩滑的比目魚等新鮮食材烹調,呷一口湯盡是海鮮的精華,再以碟邊的香脆蒜蓉包蘸點魚湯吃,夠曬滋味。

My co-workers and I had lunch here today. The food was okay, above average in terms of taste and presentation. But an additional $20 was required for daily soup and dessert bar (with only 3 choices). In addition, the service was rather poor.

When we asked one of the staff if coffee or tea was served with every item on the lunch menu (the layout made it seem confusing), he said "I'm not sure" and went to get another guy who answered "yes", but not very convincingly.

Then, we placed our orders. A lady marked down what each person ordered. But when a waiter arrived with our soups later, he did not refer to what we had ordered and just placed the dishes in front of us randomly. For example, I ordered a cream of corn soup, but he put a mushroom soup in front of me without asking or saying anything.

I ordered a "wild mushroom linguine", and at least 2 of my companions heard me say so. But a waiter came and served me a "truffle with wagyu cheek linguine". At first, I thought maybe a co-worker had ordered this dish, but it turned out they didn't. So I told the waiter that this was not what I had ordered,and he said "there's mushroom in this dish", much to my surprise. So I stated plainly that I had ordered a wild mushroom linguine, and the waiter insisted that this was a linguine with some mushrooms in it. After a minute or so of confusion, the lady who took the order approached and asked me if I had ordered the vegetarian option and I said yes. She realised that she had written down the wrong dish and offered to make me a new one, to which I refused and said it was fine (since it could take another 20 minutes, you never know.)

Of course, an apology of some sort would have been nice, but the lady left without uttering a word. As for the waiter, he stated for the third time that there was mushroom in the dish before he moved on to serve other people.

That made me feel that I did something wrong and should be the one shouldering the blame. 'Wild mushroom' and 'truffle and wagyu' are two completely different things, you know.

Due to the unpleasant experience and unsatisfactory service, I'm definitely not coming here again, and I advise others to beware should they venture here.

這午餐是同公司的媽媽慶祝母親節!選擇此餐廳,當然就近公司,還有係內裡環境舒服,樓底高,加上食物唔錯,雖然貴了点,但都值得—試!Menu 內是主莱,包括餐湯,如唔要湯可加$30元有 salad bar, 有 param Ham, salami, cold cut, 蕃茄仔,哈蜜瓜,沙津莱…………绝不欺場!今次点了豬柳幾嫩滑,份量頗大!同事点了 prama ham意大利雲吞,意大利雲吞好好味,但與煑熟的 Prama Ham 不太襯!龍蝦计蟹肉意粉,個汁好濃郁,蟹肉不少!蒜片蜆肉意粉,意粉彈牙,但部份蜆肉有D沙及唔新鲜!要扣分!除了豬枊,其它主食分量不太大,很適合女士們,加埋有 salad bar,coffee or tea, 很滿足!

這個意粉倒做得不錯($158),意粉煮得al dente,味道適中,不像牛扒的過油過咸,而煮蛤的時間也調較得很好,不像牛扒那樣煮過龍。
這是意大利餐廳,難道因為是意大利餐廳,所以就專注意粉而忽略牛扒!? 應該不會吧,這樣的牛扒應該很容易控制,至少不要過熟吧?

每個lunch set包了一杯drink,要了咖啡,咖啡其實只要有部比較好少少的機器配上優質的咖啡豆就可以了,很明顯這裡的機器不夠好,咖啡豆又夠好,所以那杯咖啡的味道實在太強差人意,非常苦而且稀,不知道是不是用咖啡渣沖製的,喝了一口就放下了。

總的來說,今次的除了個意粉外,其他的質素都不好,以這個質素,在灣仔其他餐廳都可以嘗到了,而且價錢更經濟。
而服務方面,雖然有其他公司lunch gathering,但餐廳應該一早都知道吧,是不是應該加派人手呢?順帶一提,打電話留座時都要我等了好幾分鐘才招呼我。
