在一些自我腦海中有紀念價值的日子,老是喜歡到一些較特別的餐廳,和自己慶祝一番。慶幸到了這區工作,這天抽空來石門午餐,之前經過這間拉麵店,沒有什麼興趣,近來天氣冷,倒有點興趣過來一試。店子以拉麵店來說,還算不小,除了中間那些對坐的座位,吧枱都大概有10個位,在疫情之下,亦都會隔開一個座位安排客人入座,夠衛生,亦都夠私隱,剛剛好我對着廚房,竟然看到日式食店,內裏兩個都是女師傅,難得。本來看到餐牌,這個雞叉燒應該挺為吸引,但是由於近幾天又吃了海南雞飯、在家又吃雞牌或是韓式蒜頭一隻雞,因此還是點了醬油豚骨叉燒拉麵。不算等太久,起初,喝面頭一口湯,感覺不算太過熱燙但後來喝喝底下的湯,比較熱,點了濃的湯底,的確夠濃,質地又夠濃厚,好像在中式飲宴的那些湯類。😯麵條就點了硬麵,質地的確是比較硬,但由於它像家中自己烹調那種759拉麵,比較幼條,因此吃到最尾幾口,麵條還是軟掉了。叉燒質地相當不錯,呈圓形,捲起來的,中間有肥有瘦,外邊有一層皮,脂肪比例剛剛好,不會太肥膩,也不會瘦到痴牙,薄薄的,質地不錯。加了一份天婦羅無骨雞翼,大約等到拉麵剛剛吃完,它就端來了,好像蝦天婦羅或是其他蔬菜天婦羅一般,沾了粉拿去

不算等太久,起初,喝面頭一口湯,感覺不算太過熱燙
但後來喝喝底下的湯,比較熱,點了濃的湯底,的確夠濃,質地又夠濃厚,好像在中式飲宴的那些湯類。😯

叉燒質地相當不錯,呈圓形,捲起來的,中間有肥有瘦,
外邊有一層皮,脂肪比例剛剛好,不會太肥膩,也不會瘦到痴牙,薄薄的,質地不錯。

加了一份
天婦羅無骨雞翼,大約等到拉麵剛剛吃完,它就端來了,好像蝦天婦羅或是其他蔬菜天婦羅一般,沾了粉拿去炸,外皮比我想像中厚,而且由於雞翼尖細細隻,還是沒有去過的,雞中翼以及雞鎚,再由師傅用刀切開。


不知是否因為它畢竟是炸的,定還是雞翼本身都是雪藏,因此中間沒有吃到太多雞肉汁,因此雖然外皮夠香夠脆,也不能算是膩。

午市送罐裝飲料,這也不錯,可以選擇可樂、雪碧、忌廉、Zero。餐廳服務質素也不錯,站在外邊排隊,之後有乘客離開,店員會先用噴霧將座位附近位置消毒,然後才招手叫代客進店。後來看到吧枱附近有兩名少女,向店員招手示意要蒜頭,然之後她就拿着一個蒜頭夾,原來可以向店員示意要生蒜擠進拉麵,我都好像大概年多兩年沒有在這裏拉麵店吃麵了,都忘了可以有這些額外配套。😭🤷🏾


拉麵加個天婦羅雞翼,不用加一服務費,而且仲送罐裝飲料,這頓還算令人滿足的午餐,也不消$100 ,還算可以接受。

佢重可揀要辣🌶定唔辣 真係十分好
不過當然唔係個個款都可以啦


個湯底夠濃 夠香 💛 而且都有適當既辣度

溏心蛋 睇得出係日本蛋🥚
而且生熟度啱啱好 流心真係好鬼正 🤤

因為工作嚟到石門,平時好少去這一區食嘢,這一日細心睇吓先見到原來好多食店。夜晚嘅時候好多人由工業或商業大廈步出放工,港鐵站旁邊亦有人Busking,加上少少樹上嘅燈泡燈光,感覺特別輕鬆舒服,這次我哋搵一間拉麵店食我哋嘅晚餐。小店感覺幾舒服,店員友善。我哋坐咗係一個安靜舒服嘅角落位,可以食拉麵嘅同時傾吓計。佢哋有好幾個湯底選擇今次我哋點咗一個期間限定嘅湯底:慢煮鴨胸蜆貝湯。另外一個就點咗比較感覺傳統嘅醬油豚骨湯。法式慢煮鴨胸蜆貝湯拉麵蜆貝湯鮮甜,湯裏面加了柚子及黑松露,更提升香味。 法式慢煮鴨胸感覺滑身,呢個配搭都幾啱女仔嘅口味。叉燒味玉豚骨醬油湯拉麵醬油湯拉麵一向係穩陣之選。湯底濃郁,糖心蛋好味,豚骨都好林。柚子味蓮藕片酸酸甜甜,前菜健康之選。啤酒炸雞鎚雞皮揸得香脆,雞肉幾滑橙味碳酸飲品酸甜適中,夠多氣,好味。作為小食都唔錯芝士天婦羅無骨雞翼已想不到份量幾大,雞翼被口口嘅芝士包圍着,感覺幾特別。雞翼已經去骨,方便客人進食,啖啖肉。整體而言,這間拉麵店感覺唔錯。下次可以點選其他湯底味道。

成個湯頭就係:溫厚濃稠。雖然係辛口,但其實唔係好辣,對於食bb辣嘅人嚟講都幾容易接受。(但完全唔食辣嘅我都要食幾啖就飲水🤣🤣)因為豚骨湯底好濃稠醇厚,所以辣得好溫和容易入口,不過醬油味就唔係好食到。
叉燒真係重量級有4片,而且每一塊都肥瘦均勻,好軟熟入味。

麵揀左中間嘅軟硬度,食到最後麵浸得較軟,同時湯底越加黏稠,就有點膩。所以配搭啤酒同清爽小食例如沙律、柚子蓮藕會更好。
