獲獎一星的東京拉麵店,其中有一間在香港可以吃到。金色不如帰 主打貝汁拉麵,使用蜆湯、豬骨清湯和魚清湯來熬製。湯底鮮美是特點,還有就是那金黃色的湯頭很有標誌性呢。中環分店設有吧桌位置,一個人來吃也沒有問題。🍜貝汁醬油拉麵 (HKD 128)加了牛肝菌粉及牛肝菌醬油和黑松露醬,增加了湯底的濃郁度﹐十分惹味。另外配搭了青蔥和京蔥,吃時能增添一份清爽感。低溫叉燒肥瘦適中,麵條則有一種小麥香。🍜貝汁鹽味拉麵 (HKD 128)相對起前者這個會清爽和淡味一些﹐因為加了的是白松露油和牛肝菌醬而已,甜味較突出。

餃子有5隻,講真再好食嘅餃子都未必值呢個價錢,但佢帶住全部肉都係黑豚肉嘅餃子嘅名號,小弟都好想一試乾坤。但食落真係有啲失望。餃子係好食但絕對唔係超班水準,豚肉雖然唔多脂肪,同椰菜,菇菌夾埋好清新,油膩感唔重,但肉質無咩口感,亦唔多帶肉香,呢個價錢絕對唔值。

溏心蛋絕對為呢碗拉麵畫龍點睛,蛋黃除咗係半流心之外,蛋味超濃郁,成隻蛋仲帶住醬油香,同拉麵起到天作之合嘅作用,非常好食。

總括嚟講,呢間拉麵我覺得係hk top3,絕對可以一試。係麵屋一燈呢啲拉麵都可以賣到過百一碗嘅時候,雖然呢間拉麵雖然一碗 $140,但亦對得住個價錢,水準亦有日本拉麵鋪質素,可見過江龍亦唔係間間都過譽嘅。
