要講響呢度食嘅歷史,應該由好耐之前響呢度食第一餐蠔汁拉麵開始講。有人會話呢個價錢嘅拉麵好似小貴,我個人認為食嘢完全係豐儉由人,我自己耐唔耐都想比自己me time, 所以我覺得okay。今次佢哋有新嘅Menu就係蕎麥冷麵配天婦羅。佢嘅份量絕對對得起呢個價錢,因為我嗰日係食一個冷麵set加一杯嘢飲,再加一個小食,基本上個墨魚食唔晒。其實我有啲懷念尖沙咀分店有和牛定食嘅時候嘅餐,但the southside呢間branch個冷麵都幾有水準- 蕎麥麵嘅質地,絕對唔係大家想像響超級市場買嗰啲,冇嗰種食落去嚡嚡哋嘅感覺,加天婦羅再加埋個蠔汁柚子base嘅汁非常好。個人認為,如果小食有多點解膩既品種會更好,我好期待佢地出有蠔汁成份既小食(因為佢地主打係蠔汁)。

吃午饭,在這新商场找到這間日本拉麵店,新開章有折扣,第二碗半價,所以在二点也有人排队,二人叫了他们出名的貝拉麵,一碗是豉油一碗是鹽味,先試湯,太咸及黑松露的味太搶,二種味分别不大,肉片味道算不錯,至於麵就太太普通,不是真的拉麵,機制貨式,縂括來説,不算好吃價錢偏貴。也吃了温泉蛋,這個合格及滿意,如没有折扣,要每人一百五十元,比较起味道及份量,大吃的一定不飽。所以性價比不高,你问我會不會再吃,一半半吧。
