Lamb Madrash 馬德拉斯燴羊
椰香較重的madrash,有蕃茄帶酸的清新,加上微辣,開胃、香口又惹味,無論伴飯還是伴烤餅都一流。羊肉不嚡不韌,連著少少脂肪的一塊,入口特別嫩,且有不太重的羶香。白飯不是印度的basmati,形狀跟泰國米一樣,不算太腍但稍濕,勝在有飯香。

Tandoori Chicken 印式唐都裡烤雞
選了兩款咖喱,來個乾身的烤雞。雞肉相當入味,Tandoori很香,夠味又不太重。雞肉未算嫩滑,但絕不嚡口。不過單點這道的話,飯或烤餅可能會偏乾。

Jal Jeera (right) is a tradition indian drink, the chef told us that he has addressed a bit to fit with locals, it should be much more stronger than we drank. Frankly speaking, it is very strong with sour and indian spice. If you like sour, you may try it as a new experience.

This is my first time I found Masala Naan in the menu, it tastes very good, a little bit spicy. I might say that this is the best added ingredient with Nann; I have tried onion, peanuts before....... This is the only one other than the plain Nann I like it.

The source with a strong coconut flavour, a very traditional south indian dish.
This is the second time I found it at restaurant, if you found it from the menu, I will recommend you to try it unless you hate coconut.

One added service I like in here is a free bottled water per table. They are very customer-oriented.

個椰菜花薯仔相信係地道印度菜之一 吃落同出面吃係有唔同既味道 係有些許乳酪味的
另外大家都知.烤餅 飯 咖哩 三樣野係絕配 
佢個咖哩香得黎只係少少辣 有好多香葉同配菜係入面.連埋個烤餅一齊吃 係好正宗既印度風味 而個蒜蓉烤餅都唔硬 個餅軟軟地好易入口

竟然幾十塊錢,就已經可以食到手掌般大份量的原隻羊膝,簡直是不敢相信呀!而且被香料灌溉着的羊膝散發出不一樣的陣陣芳香。食落只有淡淡的羶味,就算不習慣吃羊的相信也一定接受到!而喜歡食羊的我亦因為羊膝那充滿彈性的肉質而為之陶醉!加上燜得好腍,在彈性的肉質下,輕鬆一刀便有骨肉分離的效果。

蒜蓉蝦球有好香的蒜味,蝦球好爽甜,就咁食或夾烤餅都是good good choice~

腰果煮魚,好特別的一個菜式,食不到一顆顆

腰果,應該是混在醬汁中。還好有很多塊魚肉在內,是 魚柳來的,所以質感嫩滑又唔會腥。

大角咀最近新開了幾家食店,其中一家就是這家Rasoi印度餐廳,星期六晚試試新口味,所以就來了。進門已猶如置身印度,傳統印度餐廳的裝潢布置,加上印度音樂以及電視播放著的印度MV,再看到老闆、侍應及幾檯食客都是印度人,即時覺得自己選擇正確。飲品有Mango smoothie及印度奶茶,Mango smoothie 芒果味濃郁,十分清新!前菜點了小黃瓜沙律,開胃之選,略嫌份量太少。主菜有咖哩羊、咖哩芝士、芝士燴菠菜茸及牛油薄餅,其中芝士燴菠菜茸極力推介,很快已經被我們KO了,而咖哩羊亦煮得十分鮮嫩。由於當日下午3時多才食完tea,兩個人又極為眼闊肚窄,所以理所當然地食不完,為了不做大蹝鬼,只好將咖哩羊、咖哩芝士打包回家,第二天當午餐點都麵包食。用焗爐弄熱,咖哩羊仍然鮮嫩,咖哩芝士點麵包亦一流,正!平時久不久便會到重慶食咖哩,如果覺得重慶太多人太複雜,這裡是個好選擇。
