Red lobster offers a wide variety of seafood at a very reasonable price. We had the seafood feast and a 1lb lobster.

The seafood feast was very photogenic and fairly generous for its price. Despite being apparently frozen food, they tasted quite good and texture was generally acceptable. However, the Alaskan crab was fairly disappointing since the shell was very very mushy due to it being frozen and was generally a bad experience to eat.

Sadly, quite a big room for improvement~

,塊牛排係熟到無肉汁,就係我哋四個都食緊的時候,侍應再拎一份餐過來,這時我們才發現原來最早送來嗰個餐不是我們的,但已食緊又無理由把食過的餐退回給他們,所以我們只好繼續食嗰個餐,原來嗰個餐係“無敵海鮮大餐$318”,經理之後過來瞭解後說最後會送回個甜品給我們,佢亦把我們張單更改了,但卻誤把我們之前叫的飲品都取消嘛!
到我們都食到七七八八問點解還未有飲品時,經理就再問我們叫了甚麼飲品,所以我們發現佢剛才應該取消了我們的飲品,經理還說廚房因為每段時間做不同食物,所以可能需要等多一點時間。
到最後送上甜品原來是“愛溢布朗尼”是好味的,但當時已經幾夜,同埋個甜品都幾大份量,所以食了一半已經食唔落。
p.s.全晚的侍應及經理的服務態度都很好

得知本人讀書年代的其中一間至愛美國餐廳在香港有第一間店時,非常非常期待,急不及待想回味返當年最愛的“biscuit”及大大隻牛油汁龍蝦。剛好星期四在附近行過,就試walk in 食過lunch先。lunch set已包括我為它而來的“biscuit”, 湯及lemon tea.Cheese biscuit的質感是像美國的,但size 比以前係美國食的細很多,可能由於一早送上,它已很凍所以已不香不太脆面。失望!主菜:選了龍蝦及燒蝦龍蝦煮得剛好,肉嫩、爽、有甜鮮味,但是細細隻的,$15x不會過份expect佢有幾大。燒蝦都可以,伴Mediterranean 風味的飯及菜, presentation 有改進空間。Shrimp rice bowl食材跟以上似一樣,只是蝦數量少些,所以平d。但其實三款主菜的味道都是相似及跟普通美式餐廳做的味道沒大分別。這確有點失望!沒有特色可言。無論restaurant style and food quality都不是我當年在美國常去的Red Lobster. 可能時代變就要有所改變。或是地域變就要有所改變。我會consider為可惜!!

Cheese biscuit的質感是像美國的,但size 比以前係美國食的細很多,可能由於一早送上,它已很凍所以已不香不太脆面。失望!

When we first arrive at the restaurant, the atmosphere was great, very warm and welcoming. It wasn’t a lot of people queuing especially when we arrived at around 6:45. The services were great as we politely greeted by our waiter. He was really helpful with the answers we needed when we order our courses. The cheesy bread tasted great as stated at the other openrice reviews. The pumpkin soup was great as you can tasted there was a long pumpkin made for the soup.

The 3 shrimps’ course was also great. Especially the garlic shrimps, full of flavours. The ketchup was homemade as it was full of tomatoes in it. The pasta also tasted great with creamy lobster source.

Now, it wouldn’t be worthy of visiting the Reb Lobster without eating their infamous Lobsters. We also ordered a lobster with salmon, shrimps and LOBSTER. The lobster was grill to perfection, and the salmon was also cooked perfectly where is 60-70% cooked on the inside! However, they can do more work on the side as we felt the vegetables were slightly under cook.

來到了重點龍蝦的部分,真的很推薦。相信有不少懶人如我,可能會因為要剝殼而猶豫,在Red Lobster則有專人在旁即拆活龍蝦,以純熟的手法,兩三下便把龍蝦肉拆出來了,還可以砌回原來龍蝦的模樣,厲害! 龍蝦肉質爽口紮實而鮮甜,是新鮮的好吃。
