我哋分階段叫嘢食,免得次次都全部一次過黎晒食唔切已經凍哂。第一round就係叫咗我嘅至愛蟹餅同埋鮮蝦意粉龍蝦汁,主菜奉送餐湯或者沙律🥗,因為聽唔清楚佢個餐湯係咩,所以就求其叫咗個沙律諗住易分啲,點知原來大部份人都唔鍾意食「草」,後尾先知原來個餐湯係南瓜湯😞,早知⋯⋯

蟹餅令人失望,先係價錢太貴啦,二百幾蚊得兩小塊,仲要唔係我想食嗰種兩邊煎得香脆果隻,雖然佢係啖啖蟹肉,但係似乎物非所值囉,除非佢係用新鮮阿拉斯加長腳蟹拆肉啦🤣
個意粉就好啲,係我喜歡嘅creamy龍蝦source,唔叫原隻龍蝦都要叫啲同龍蝦有關嘅嘢吖嘛😀鮮蝦都好爽口,係二人份。

第二階段我哋就叫左一碟泰式蝦球再加一份西冷配龍蝦尾,今次主菜就加💰要返個我嘅最愛龍蝦湯,另外原來佢個西冷配龍蝦尾仲有兩個side dish可以揀,我哋就決定要黑松露薯條同埋薯蓉
龍蝦湯係我杯茶,creamy 得來龍蝦湯嘅味道唔似倒出嚟翻熱嗰啲,又原來大家都唔係好「好」呢個湯,只係每人試咗一兩匙其他我就自私飲啦喎!
西冷配龍蝦尾其實就冇乜特別,因為佢呢度都唔係主打食扒,龍蝦肉都爽嘅不過都係果句大家都唔係10分超級喜愛龍蝦嘅人,所以到而家都諗唔明點解壽星婆會揀呢間餐廳🤔

第三階段再叫咗一個黑松露pizza,可能因為已經食嗰個芝士鬆餅食到咁上下,所以覺得個Pizza冇乜大驚喜,更加上又唔係意大利果啲餅底,好明顯因為唔係佢哋嘅主打菜式囉!

最後最後其中兩個試吓叫杯野飲下,反而我就冇乜mood飲嘢,另外一個叫咗杯BerryMango Gin,另外一個就叫咗款手工啤酒試吓

全餐最驚喜就係埋單,竟然冇+10%,唔知係咪因為疫情關係定還是真係唔收+1呢?我哋有啲良心發現,因為又唔收service charge,我哋又食咗咁多件鬆餅,所以都俾返少少貼士啦!

先來送上每人一個芝士鬆餅🧀有留意開嘅人都知道佢嘅芝士鬆餅係非常出名❗️個人甚至覺得出色過佢啲主菜🤤鬆餅非常鬆軟,但又唔係散開,咬多幾啖依然有鬆餅紮實麵粉嘅感覺,的確唔錯🥰。

然後每人一個餐湯🍲分別有三種選擇。
1️⃣廚師推介湯 - 南瓜湯🧡
2️⃣新英格蘭周打蜆湯🤍

2️⃣夏威夷椰子蝦🍤
呢個椰子蝦其實係炸開邊蝦,免頭再加左啲酸酸甜甜嘅菠蘿肉,有啲泰式嘅感覺,每人仲要有三舊添!

嚟到主菜,一共有五款選擇。
1️⃣加勒比海烤蝦🥗
嚟到呢度點可以唔試佢嘅龍蝦,所以我哋冇嗌到呢一款。

2️⃣加勒比海海鮮三合一🍢
呢個三合一包括龍蝦🦞三文魚🐟蝦🦐講真我覺得係咁多個選擇入面最抵!唔使加錢又已經可以試到龍蝦同埋各種海鮮🤩而且仲要係烤過,比其他烹調方式更香口。不過當然隻龍蝦就細隻好多🙈但係三文魚就真係麻麻,好淡,一啲三文魚油嘅香氣都冇。
味道: 3.7/5

3️⃣新英格蘭龍蝦海鮮煲🍲
冇諗過海鮮煲其實係一道意粉😟唔知道係刻意用上兩種唔同闊度嘅意粉定係煮嘅過程之中撈埋左一齊,大部份係闊條麵但亦有少量係幼麵😵除咗龍蝦之外亦有青口、蟹腳,配上龍蝦汁嘅湯底,但味道較清,有少少似白洽🤭強烈建議加大量嘅檸檬汁,會令到成個味道濃烈,鈎返龍蝦嘅鮮味出嚟!
味道: 3.3/5

4️⃣美式蒸活龍蝦🦞+$188
佢哋嘅龍蝦的確好大隻,侍應會先比客人影一陣相,然後會純熟地拆晒啲肉出黎,仲將啲膏另外裝起晒🥰用上美國嘅紅龍蝦,煮到剛熟,味道鮮甜,肉質唔算韌但係較實,食完之後真係好飽。
味道: 3.7/5

5️⃣蘑菇忌廉焗龍蝦🦞+$200
相反呢個要加$200但就味道反而冇咁好🙈因為用咗蘑菇忌廉去焗,味道有啲奪去咗龍蝦本身嘅鮮甜味,反而清蒸仲食到紅龍蝦本身嘅香甜。
味道: 3.4/5

另外每個主菜都配有兩個side dish,分別有baby potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted pumpkin, mixed vegetables, steamed broccoli,推薦薯蓉同埋烤南瓜!

我哋仲另外多咗個意粉
1️⃣大蝦意粉配龍蝦醬🍝$98
用上幼身麵條,口感比al dente淋少少,不過份量的確好大。每一條麵條都比龍蝦汁包圍着,但龍蝦嘅鮮甜味誇張到有啲啲苦,蝦嘅份量亦唔算好多,一般。

最後甜品,有兩款選擇,冇諗過Restaurant week嘅甜品係同平時Menu嘅份量一樣咁大!真係飽到上心口。
1️⃣經典紐約芝士蛋糕🍰
大件超大量忌廉!無可否認的確會係好rich,個餅底仲要脆脆地有啲砂糖嘅感覺,而且富有牛油消化餅香氣😛但就真係超級膩,再加上面頭嘅白朱古力,好邪惡,美味但非常之甜🙈。
味道: 3.5/5

2️⃣野莓酥餅🍪
呢個酥餅更加誇張,就係一層生果一層忌廉再加一層牛油餅乾碎,跟住再重複成件事多一次,聽到都已經覺得肥膩😵值得讚嘅係佢嘅忌廉其實都算滑,但成件事真係非常heavy。甜品完全感受到美國食物超大份嘅感覺。
味道: 3.4/5

整體來講,食物質素正正常常,勝在夠晒大份,食完真係飽到上心口,亦滿足到自己想食龍蝦嘅慾望🙈但覺得一次就夠。

整體性價比: 3.8/5 (咁大份來講其實算抵食,不過味道就唔算太突出)

不過餐廳嘅服務態度真係一般🙈我哋等咗好耐都冇人理,而且個侍應執執下張枱走咗唔記得上甜品,好在Restaurant week唔使收加一服務費🤣。

I booked via dining city and paid my first visit to red lobster during restaurant week. Got high hope on their lobster dishes which they are famous for. Unfortunately, everything has gone wrong and i had a really bad night here.

First of all, the two ladies at the reception were not giving any attention to their customers as if i was not welcomed.

Then after we settled and ordered, the soup came first which the taste was fine though slightly salty. Right after we finished the soup, they already put the main dish on our table. We was thinking “ok maybe the cheddar biscuit and appetisers will come along”. After 40mins, we finished our mains but still no signs of appetitizers give that we already told 3 different staffs that we have not been served for what we ordered. So they finally realised tht they didn’t place the order.

Customer service is not the worse, but the food is....The lobster tail was NOT fresh as the texture was super soft, looked like it has been stored for a long time. I would say this is the worst lobster meat i had in my life.

The dinner set of restruant week costs $298 per head and we also ordered a drink. i didn’t expect much from this price but maybe they only served customers who order a la carte in a much better manner and they need to improve their customer service.

开在一个不好的时节,却也满座。装修以大理石,黄铜,皮沙发为主,小有船的感觉。truffle fries一般般,素不是很小龙虾的我却对这次的忌廉龙虾意大利面十分惊艳。服务中规中矩,如果想几个尝个鲜,还是不错的选择。周六中午吃个午饭满座却不用等。下次的话若非在想吃这里的龙虾意粉,怕是不回来了。毕竟窗外风景一般,没别的出彩的,价格也不是很便宜。1000两个人(有酒),还是有其它好的选择。吃龙虾也许其他的城市更好。

碟內除了飽滿肉厚的龍蝦外,還附上兩款醬汁、檸檬及蒜香多士,二話不說先來一口龍蝦尾肉,鮮嫩彈牙,非常鮮美。第二口再蘸上熱牛油醬,濃郁的牛油香令肉質更嫩更滑,有提升鮮味之效。最後,再以龍蝦肉蘸上類似蔥油口味的醬汁,一股似曾相識的蒸魚味道出來,很親切。吃罷龍蝦肉後,也不要忘了以蒜香多士沾上龍蝦腦醬,加倍滋味。

跟住上場是另一主打菜Ultimate Feast 無敵海鮮大餐 (HK$318) ,包括了龍蝦尾、長腳蟹爪、香草蝦、炸大蝦同埋烤南瓜,份量十足,兩三位朋友share絕對無問題,私心一點,既然講得海鮮,如果加埋鮮魷同魚柳就更貼題了。

本身套餐係包餐湯,但若然想豐盛一點,龍蝦湯($58是個不錯的選擇,舀一下,質感濃稠,而且有幾塊龍蝦肉,陣陣龍蝦味好突出。

其實最得大家歡心的,就一定是Land & Sea 海陸雙鮮 *肉眼牛扒 (7oz) + 龍蝦尾 (HK$368),牛扒烤得恰好,肉質軟稔而富肉味,如果可以份量再多些小,就好啱在下呢類牛魔王;龍蝦尾是新鮮貨色,雪白的蝦肉自然地飽滿柔彈,根本無須下任何醬汁。

既然店方以龍蝦掛牌,Live Maine Lobster Steamed 美式蒸活龍蝦 (HK$668 / 2LB)自然不能錯過,原隻上檯再由侍應剝皮拆骨,過程無須10分鐘,懶人就最啱。

主食仲有Shrimp Pasta with Lobster Cream Sauce 大蝦意粉配龍蝦醬 (HK$98),整碟意粉的精髓其實係龍蝦汁,味道濃郁,但意粉煮得有點稔,欠了al dente的質感,而且擺碟有點凌亂,未免美中不足。

壓軸甜品分別是Milk Tea Panna Cotta 奶茶意式鮮奶凍 (HK$38) 及 Chocolate Tidal Wave 巨浪朱古力蛋糕(HK$78,價錢相當合理。

不過近月要修身減甜,簡單的試了便算。

Came here with family for dinner, except the lobster bisque everything tasted BAD!Steamed Lobster - any canto restaurant will do better than itGrilled Seafood platte - the best amongst all item, but still just average and not worth the price for it plain tasteDessert - cheesecake (aweful), brownie dessert from menu , the brownie is as hard as a rock, even mrs field is definitely betterService - terrible poke face waiters and waitresses, no cleaning of table for the whole meal, we were “granted”

Grilled Seafood platte - the best amongst all item, but still just average and not worth the price for it plain taste

Dessert - cheesecake (aweful), brownie dessert from menu , the brownie is as hard as a rock, even mrs field is definitely better

Service - terrible poke face waiters and waitresses, no cleaning of table for the whole meal, we were “granted” some water after asking for it after 10+ times; aircon is ice-age cold, bring your warmest jacket please
