🤫 咁我哋冇諗過要食到好飽嘅呢一餐..主要都係諗住叫啲小食嗌杯酒傾計Chill吓咁啦..所以我哋叫咗兩個魚生類嘅Appetisers加一人一串鹽燒雞皮..然後店員叔叔極力推介我哋試吓佢哋Upgrade咗去A5嘅石燒和牛..好啦~就叫一份試吓啦..最後梗係唔少得我最愛嘅黑啤..而阿Jen就揀咗令和居酒屋自家釀製嘅和歌山梅酒試吓
🤫 好..逐樣嘢食介紹俾大家..先嚟講吓個炙燒吞拿魚..炙燒吞拿魚燒得好靚..外邊炙過嘅部位粉嫩粉嫩..包住中間深粉紅色嘅中拖羅口感極佳..然後你會見到師傅係喺中拖羅嘅外層加上黑胡椒去炙燒..令到本身鮮味嘅魚肉多咗一陣胡椒嘅香辣味..成個層次更加分明..點埋佢哋調配過嘅醬汁就更加好味啦
🤫 然後第二樣介紹嘅就係明太子三文魚他他..呢個Appetiser上枱好特別..佢係一盅Tartare再加一疊梳打餅..然後前邊有啲蔬菜沙律..侍應叔叔將佢放低嘅時候提醒我哋..一定要撈勻..然後用梳打餅墊住食..呢個Tartare鹹香味好重..入邊亦都有好多材料..食得出除咗三文魚刺身粒粒同三文魚籽之外..仲有青瓜紫洋蔥同黑胡椒..以黑胡椒嘅味道最出..所以用梳打餅一齊食嘅話味道就會恰到好處..而且Tartare份量之多..我哋最後要叫侍應姐姐加多兩塊梳打餅先可以食得晒
🤫 最後介紹重頭戲..A5和牛~200g原來份量都幾多個喎..都有成八件厚切..未熟之前都睇到佢嘅油脂分佈非常之均勻..侍應叔叔仲會問我哋要幾成熟之後幫我哋煎埋..和牛嘅油脂霹靂啪喇咁樣..睇住都流晒口水..五成熟嘅和牛加些少岩鹽吊一吊味..嗰種入口即溶嘅鬆軟..爆肉汁..難以忘懷..不過由於油脂真係好勁..所以一人四塊其實都真係好飽..不過呢個絕對推薦比大家嚟試吓

這一晚要到旺角小米之家買些手機配件, 之後就在附近找個地方吃晚餐, 路過見到這間居酒屋, 不如試試這裡的菜色。七時許來到,已坐了多枱客人, 店子裝修簡單,但就給人正宗地道居酒屋的感覺,滿有日式風味。坐下來, 就來個Suntory啤酒, 麥味香濃,入口冰凍順喉, 配合串燒和燒物是一流。串燒有燒栗米,粒粒金黃色的栗米燒得外層微焦, 口感帶點點糯口,飽滿的粟米散發出牛油香味。店員將石燒日本A5黑毛和牛(150g)拿上檯, 和牛油脂分佈細緻平均,附上一個石燒爐, 由店員把和牛逐片逐片放上石燒爐去燒,由店員來控制和牛的生熟程度, 等到外層變熟, 而且帶點焦香就可以入口了, 店員燒出來的和牛火候剛好,和牛有脂香, 肉汁豐富,牛肉味濃。還有四色刺身盤, 用一個大碟子盛上來的,各款刺身包括有三文魚、吞拿魚、赤蝦及帆立貝。三文魚刺身肥美而切得厚身,口感柔軟細膩;吞拿魚非常鮮味;赤蝦是原隻連蝦頭奉上,食落鮮甜, 夠爽口彈牙;帆立貝厚肉而鮮味十足;整個拼盤的用料是新鮮的。這裡的環境輕鬆,食物質素也不錯,侍應的服務還算不錯,就這晚所見人客也不少, 是相當旺場。
