My friend and I recently dined at Royal Inn, where we enjoyed a well-prepared meal featuring a variety of seafood and meat dishes 🍽️.

We started with the Lobster Bisque 🦞, which was rich and flavourful. The bisque had a smooth texture with a deep lobster flavour, making it a satisfying and comforting start to our meal 🥰.

For the main courses, I chose the Grilled Angus Flat Iron 8oz with Foie Gras, while my friend ordered the Grilled Salmon Handmade Pasta 🍝. The Angus flat iron steak was cooked to a perfect medium well, retaining its juiciness and tenderness 👍🏻. The addition of foie gras added a richness to the dish 🤍, complementing the steak nicely!

The Grilled Salmon Handmade Pasta 🍝 was another highlight. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the grilled salmon was perfectly cooked, offering a nice contrast in textures 🙂‍↕️. The combination of fresh pasta and flavourful salmon made for a delightful and balanced dish 🍽️.

Overall, the food quality at Royal Inn was good, and the restaurant also provided a pleasant dining experience! 😆

之前食過Inn嘅其他餐廳,冇留意到原來公司附近有一間royal inn,二話不說搵咗一日同朋友一齊去。佢個環境真係好靚,裝修得好好,中間仲有個噴水池,即刻係workday黎都特別chill~.入到去侍應介紹Menu,原來佢哋個set lunch都會時不時轉,而咁啱我今日食嘅係新轉嘅Menu。Set lunch包咗餐包、前菜、主菜同埋餐飲,都算豐富是日餐湯 甘蔗湯特色香辣蝦忌廉特色手工彎管粉食落creamy帶辣味,我個人覺得都幾辣,唔食辣嘅人要留意,portion都唔少,手工彎管粉有小小似通粉,食落彈牙。最後飲埋杯熱檸茶作結。

餐廳以纯白色為主調,裝潢華麗,每個角落都係打卡位📸精致嘅仿巴黎凱旋門浮雕拱門配埋古典水晶燈,踏入店内就好似置身喺巴黎一樣!感覺超夢幻啊😍


我哋今次點選了「歐式宮廷風二人下午茶套餐」,可以享用合共11款鹹點、海鮮小點心同甜點,超豐富又精緻㗎!趁我倆二人世界可以一邊享受美食;一邊傾下少女心事就最好不過❣️


呢個Tea Set特別設有4款海鮮小點心,分別以龍蝦、蟹肉、黑魚子同北海道刺身帶子入饌,可以試到唔同海鮮嘅鮮味。黑魚子煙三文魚西米薄脆,配搭富新鮮感,香脆可口帶鮮味,幾有驚喜👍甜品巴斯克芝士蛋糕軟滑芝士味濃,很滿足!


整體感覺食物質素不錯,加上受到環境氣氛所吸引,如果好似我哋一樣熱愛打卡嘅少女們,就千祈唔好錯過啦!平日預訂仲可以免費升級飲品添🍹

今年6月初,我和好友一起前往銅鑼灣皇室堡的Royal Inn慶祝她的生日,可惜的是這次晚飯經歷完全不及預期我們點的都是他們的招牌菜式,包括威靈頓羊架、芝士焗生蠔和12安士安格斯西冷牛扒配香煎鴨肝。主菜品嘗起來味道尚算不錯,足以滿足我們的味蕾。我們點的甜品—焗蘋果金寶配雲呢拿雪糕也是亮點。可惜的是,整體的用餐體驗並沒有達到我們的預期。首先,我們點的炒菠菜燒烤菇遲遲未能上桌,最後我們只好取消這道菜。再者,當我們吃到一半時,服務生竟然端來另一份牛扒,原來前一份並非我們點的。這無疑打擊了我們的用餐興致。整個過程中,服務員的工作效率和態度實在令人失望。他們的動作遲緩,對我們的需求也未能即時作出回應。作為一家標榜高級用餐體驗的餐廳,這樣的服務水平可說是大打折扣。我相信,作為慶祝好友生日的場合,我們理應享受到優質的餐飲服務。但事與願違,這次就餐經歷為我們的生日派對蒙上了一層陰影。我希望這家餐廳能夠吸取教訓,提升員工的專業水準,為顧客締造更理想的用餐體驗。

🍽️ 香煎法式鵝肝蘑菇意大利飯
鵝肝好肥美,火喉岩岩好,肝心香脆得嚟又有柔軟嘅質感,入口即溶。意大利飯煮到啱啱好,唔會太乾身,飯粒吸收晒蘑菇汁同鵝肝汁,好香好入味。

豬柳好厚身,煮到好腍,肉質嫩滑,豬肉鎖住啲精華,加埋芥末醬,令口感提升到另一個層次。半碟有南瓜蓉同車厘茄,好健康🫢
