另外,屋企人好想食黑蒜醬油肉鬆炒飯,我個人本身唔係話太喜好黑蒜,不過佢切咗粒,酸酸Maymay ,都有開胃嘅感覺,醬油飯真係好香,成碟炒飯都係醬油顏色,炒得好均勻,粒粒分明,唔會有濕嘅感覺,真係酒樓先做到嘅效果


最後仲有紅棗雪耳糖水,甜到剛剛好,唔太漏,紅棗仲要去咗核,係一個好圓滿嘅午餐,最後個肉鬆炒飯都食唔晒要打包😆😆😆

金蒜銀絲蒸元貝(HKD 38/隻):
多蒜蓉是基本,蒸得吾會過火,元貝大大粒好嫩滑,元貝帶卵吾差,多蒜蓉非常重口味,粉絲吸曬海鮮精華,灑上香蔥同用油贊一贊,惹味。

焦糖燉蛋好滑,蛋味好濃,焦糖金黃色好吸引,完美同燉蛋融合。毫不吝嗇養生雪燕放左燉蛋表面,女士食左滋陰養顏,進補下皮膚都令點。

在碧海藍天的旁邊,座落一家裝潢華麗的酒樓,套餐非常抵吃服務良好,有禮套餐A$198蒸蟶子蟶子份量不細,附有豉油跟贊了油,味道香而濃郁,加入粉絲同蒸,不俗文昌雞(脆皮)不肥,肉質適中帶嫩滑,味道略帶炸子雞的鹹香,非常好吃套餐C$388薑蔥美國桶蠔中等size的桶蠔,入口多汁,蠔肉夠肥美,獻汁不會過多,味道不錯XO醬翠玉瓜炒帶子非常惹味,翠玉瓜非常爽口,帶子份量足,加上蒽跟雲耳,鮮味!最後加上平淡的香菇浸時蔬,清一清腸胃,完成了今天的晚膳壽包($16@)大大的壽包,很軟稔的包包,如果包包的咸蛋黃更多就好了
