啱啱喺一間食店撐咗一餐,食得我真係心滿意足!🥩 首先,呢個牛扒,真係得仔!中度熟透得嚟保持肉汁,一啖落去,嫩滑惹味,輕輕咬落去就已經融化喺口裏面。仲有埋個蒜蓉薯蓉,剛剛好嘅濕潤度,滑嘟嘟嘅質感, 捧腹!🥔 至於個凱撒沙律,新鮮得嚟啱啱好嘅醋味,食落起勁開胃。而家講到個忌廉菠菜,味道正常,但如果想搵個話題作頭盤,蒜蓉薯蓉可能會更加攞分。🥗今晚嘅紅酒🍷又係另一個驚喜:果香味濃,適中不過重,同牛扒配搭得咁天造地設。最後,甜點意外嘅香滑,仲有小小心思,朋友生日快樂嘅字樣,真係窩心!總括嚟講,今晚嘅食物同服務確實無得頂!係一個不錯嘅選擇,下次有機會仲要再嚟!👍 continue reading

呢間扒房已經係第二次嚟㗎啦!上次嚟都係因為有匯豐restaurant dining week所以先至知道有呢間餐廳😋呢間餐廳個裝修好典雅,位置好闊落,喺香港好少有咁闊落嘅餐廳。講番啲食物,我哋嗌嘅係最平$438 promotion嘅套餐,有前菜,塊扒呢就係四安士嘅牛柳,仲有side dish可以揀菠菜芝士同埋薯蓉,我兩款都叫晒😀另外甜品方面,可以揀芝士蛋糕或者雪糕芭菲,我哋就揀咗芝士蛋糕。首先講個前菜我哋嗌咗一個carpaccios 同埋周打蟹湯,兩個都非常出色好好食。我仲想特別一提係佢嘅餐包,係熱辣辣好煙靭,個牛油亦都好香。之後到塊扒,我哋嗌嘅係medium,佢真係整得好香好好食,同埋佢隻碟係好熱嘅,我唔知佢係用咩嘢方法你去到處理呢一舊牛柳😅最後個甜品芝士蛋糕,非常好食,唔算好甜。另外佢喺個芝士蛋糕上面有一層好似乳酪咁嘅嘢,中和返蛋糕入面嘅甜味。順帶一提,佢嘅服務係好好👍🏼我兩次嚟所有員工都好好笑容,我覺得而家喺香港搵到啲服務咁好嘅餐廳真係越來越少,要好好珍惜。 continue reading

原來想訂Moreton, 但已滿。很久以前來過,由地舖搬到去二樓。有點難找。入口處很大,好似去了Barber shop 接待處咁。不過,唔識英文就來不了,全部侍應都是南亞裔人士。餐牌也只有英文。我和hubby 每人點了set dinner, 不用想太多。Each have Crab chowder, me 6oz petite filet with prawn, hubby have 10oz steak. Dessert is berries, choco and supersweet caramel pudding, finished with coffee/tea. We also have cider, beer and fresh lemonade. Too full actually. 下次再來都是轉al carte 好些,吃精D,吃少D。整體感覺不錯,唯一不喜歡的是地方其實很大,但枱與枱之間很近,對面枱的人說話也聽得一清二楚!Not a lovers’ friendly restaurant indeed. continue reading

首先送來既面包好正,外脆內軟。Crab Cake真係好好味呀,充滿蟹肉。新奧良煎蝦,個汁真係無得頂,用來撈飯可食兩碗,GOOD!龍蝦湯都ok呀!主角就係呢度最出名既 porterhouse, 佢係二人份量,上枱前佢已經同我地分開左八舊,其實如果叫埋其他野食,四人share每人兩舊都夠食,塊扒真係勁正勁正,牛味十足,好味到痺!甜品Creme Brulee, 好味到不得了。 continue reading

又到了一年一度的祝我生日快樂晚餐,在精挑細選下選了這間位於尖東的西餐廳,是吃牛扒為主的,口碑不錯,就在這個對我來說特別的日子吃吃看吧。蟹餅:這是一個口碑不錯的前菜,一客兩件,賣相十分吸引,蟹餅是新鮮煎的,可見一個個小氣泡在碟上冒出,碟邊也是燙的,光看賣相已很難不心動吧,分量也不 少,假設是4人一同分享的話,其實也足夠。蟹餅肉是一絲絲的,有大絲一點的,也有細絲的,肉質十分好,很有彈性,充滿蟹肉的鮮香,其實不輸Chesa的出 品,但比Munch的要好吃。肉眼&西冷: 點的是五成熟的牛扒,在上牛扒前,服務人員先送上一隻非常燙的碟子,上面是已有溶掉的牛油,就是可在吃的時候也盡可能維持牛扒的溫度。牛扒的賣相是吸引 的,但那隻碟子是扣分的點,是一隻完全沒有特別的白色盤子,就是有點像是茶餐廳會用的那種。肉眼和西冷也是滿有肉香的,近邊的部分是分外的好吃,明顯吃得 出是好的貨色,但肉眼比西冷的肉質要嫩。整體是有水準的,但還是Grand Hyatt Steakhouse的出品要比較出色。羊架: 點了不少牛肉扒,既然一場到訪,那也試一下羊架吧。一客三的羊架,在擺位也是有花上一點心思的,論肉質還是很不錯的,但薄荷的味道略重,應該是在烹調時有 點太重手了吧。其實如果是有水準的羊架,其實是不用下薄荷去僻味,反而加簡單的調味便好,反而能突出羊架的獨特味道。蝦:點的肉食有點多,就來點海鮮吧,點的是一個蝦的主菜,最值得一讚的是鮮蝦是已經剝殼的,而且其實做法也特別,就是把鮮蝦泡在龍蝦湯內,味道非常不錯,鮮蝦是爽口的,配龍蝦湯是分外的滋味。分量不少,一人完成是會膩口,建議可3-4人一同分享。法式布甸: 其實就是焦糖燉蛋,是4個甜品中我最喜歡的,燉蛋的甜度恰到好處,而且表面的脆焦糖厚度真的剛剛好,烤得金黃色,吃的時候也有咔嚓一聲的感覺,雖然論驚喜度真不算大,但也是好吃之作。芝 士餅:除了我所點的芝士餅外,因預先有打電話跟店員講這晚餐是慶祝生日的,所以店員在甜品環節也送上了一個插上了蠟燭的小芝士蛋糕,其實跟所點的芝士餅味 道是一樣的,只是點的芝士餅外圍多了一圈牛油撻皮。芝士是紥實那種,味道也是夠香夠滑的,撻皮上也沒有多大的驚喜,是不脆的。整體是平實的。魔 鬼熔岩朱古力:聽名字是愛吃朱古力之人必點的吧,其實就是走心太軟的路線,朱古力不是走厚實的方向,而是朱古力蛋糕的,也特別。這個要趁熱吃,朱古力漿的 濃度,甜度,熱度也是中上的水準。同行的友人們也點評了這個為第一名,但我個人還是比較喜歡那種外圍比較紮實的心太軟吧。香蕉忌廉批: 論賣相是最膨湃的,一片片厚度平均的切片香蕉均勻地鋪在撻上,確是美觀。但一切下去撻便散得似是四分五裂的,而且賣相確要較味道出色,畢竟如此華麗的外表還是會予人一個很大的期望吧。吃後留後最深刻的印象竟是“香蕉是甜的……”總的來說,這次的Ruth & Chris生日晚餐是完滿的。肉扒雖不是吃過最好的,但也是值得推薦的選擇。甜品勝在款式多, 味道也不錯。假如是慶祝生日或特別的紀念日,這兒也會是值得推薦的好地方。消費: $400 continue reading
