大家有無食過帝苑酒店入面一間開咗好多年嘅Italian restaurant呢🇮🇹？最近喺IFC開左分店，同樣主打自家制pasta坐窗邊位有view👀。入面靚就靚啦，久唔久仲有live band出嚟唱下歌🎤，order左呢兩款pasta都好好食😋，無論係調味定pasta嘅texture都好到位，不愧係pasta成名嘅餐廳👍🏻。但係小編未必會嚟第二次，因為個人比較鍾意order starter + sides which 佢哋嘅menu比較遜色🙈，starter睇唔啱亦無sides提供，覺得IFC入面有更好選擇！🔸Linguini alla Sabatini ($548)🔸Homemade Bigoli in Veneto style duck ragout ($468)🔸Tiramisu

Dinner. Quite apprehensive given all the negative OpenRice reviews.Dining room had a refined ambiance, with soft lighting, comfortable seating with tables far apart offering privacy. First let me say that the food was very good, with no issues there, and typical of Sabatini. I have been to the TST Sabatini a few times and it’s my first time going the IFC one today but it was such a bad experience, to conclude a few issues here: 1. Fewer choices of food. Sadly, they didn’t refill the melon and ham when these are finished in the first hour. As opposite to the TST branch with unlimited availability. 原來Sabatini喺ifc 開咗分店，食咗個午餐覺得性價比好高，餐廳無敵景觀可以望哂維港海景!意大利頭盤好多選擇，自己揀咗幾款都覺得好新鮮，質數幾高，同朋友食唔停口麵包有幾款，夠暖，配少少橄欖油同黑醋食好搭意大利菜唔少得pasta，味道幾好，夠哂al dente!

Sabatini 意大利餐自從ifc 開分店後 我同老細嚟食過午餐 算幾抵^ 。今次我就約咗女友嚟食 brunch, 朋友一入餐廳立刻讚賞，我搵咗一間咁靚觀景嘅地方。意大利頭盤任你揀 龍蝦 長蟹腳⋯ 同薄牛仔肉.. 我最愛 食不停，女友們就喜歡Chef 即做嘅黑松露炒蛋同牛肉他他多士 。見到佢哋主廚Chef Marco 🤩 出出入入為客人刨黑松露（要加錢😆）年青高大幾吸睛😂😂 呢個無敵維多利亞港盡入眼簾，佢哋嘅甜品， st honour, tiramisu, napoleon, cheese cake … 一向係難於抗拒所以大家一路食一路傾偈, 不經不覺講到三點多才離開。非常滿意😚

我朋友食飯，想試吓這間新餐廳。打開Menu收嘅，係fine dining 價錢，但食物和服務都未能達到水準。1，麵包凉一般水準2，二合一的透明樽內的橄欖油和酸醋，只放在枱面上self service。高級意大利餐一定會用上深色樽裝橄欖油防止氧化。失望。3，叫了兩碟antipasto，一碟意粉和牛面肉sharing。每人各自一碗龍蝦湯。每一碟食物portion都係好少，食物水準一般。加上一支意大利酒$800。掛住傾偈有啲食物唔記得影相。人均要大概$2000。不值得。4，沒有叫甜品，因為甜品車內的甜點不吸引。最後飲了咖啡而已。絕對唔值得去

餐廳環境很不錯、 可以看到海景，牛扒不錯但其他食物方面⋯ 1、 麵包是涼的：雖然是上檯後大約5分鐘才開始食， 但沒有一塊麵包有絲毫的暖， grissini更是有點不夠新鮮的韌；2、頭盤的burrata也偏凍， 不是室溫， 影響了賣相和口感； 3、牛扒的配菜全部都是極微溫， 拿到自己的碟上放一陣就完全涼了， 除了薯塊 broccolinli 和紅蘿蔔覺得沒有調味； 4、甜品車可以用pathetic來形容，全部是小小杯的這些那些、 連一個稍有儀式感的糕點也沒有， tiramisu 在大大的玻璃盤剩下一點點塌塌的，連甜品控也沒有食慾。服務也有問題⋯1、來了wine list 沒有人來問吓是否要介紹。單杯的酒 來了酒直接倒， 雖然份量給得很足， 但沒有機會讓客人先嚐嚐是否自己喜歡的味道； 2、牛扒配菜上了三盤但夾菜的叉和spoon要問才拿過來；3、牛扒上了也要我們問才拿salt and pepper ⋯這頓飯已經是2星期前， 當晚因為和朋友吃飯， 不想破壞氣氛， 所以無現場提出， 後來和朋友聊起， 原來大家感覺差不多， 而且不斷聽到其他朋友話想去試才決定寫食評以免其他人中伏。食物和服務實在不值

Staff service excellent. Good ambience and excellent harbourview. But food quality quite disappointing - mushroom risotto too salty and pan-fried dover sole really salty and texture is not what we expect. Overall, food quality way below the standard in Sabatini TST. What makes our dinner worse is there’s a small fly visiting our dishes during our dinner. Prefer Sabatini TST more. Spoiled our evening for celebrating hubby’s birthday.

星期日放假同屋企人一齊食嘅週末早午餐～之前食開過帝苑分店～ 12月IFC開左新店又來試吓先～ brunch menu $868 加free flow $458 per person Antipasti 前菜自助形式都幾多款式Parma ham ～ mozzarella cheese … 魚子醬～ 每人一罐❤️champagne free flow ～ 香檳🥂飲咗好幾杯八爪魚薄片～蝦肉他他～鮑魚沙律～龍蝦沙律Live station 黑松露炒蛋多士～真係超好味食咗兩件😋意大利生牛肉他他～ ok蘑菇湯～ 正常味道蘑菇意大利飯～ 芝士味濃郁，口感唔錯意式通粉配豬肉腸～蕃茄汁好香濃啊，非常開胃。 成碟食晒🤣主菜香煎牙魚～ 魚肉都幾嫩滑🥰澳洲M5 和牛扒非常一般唔建議大家叫😅紅酒Merlot ~ 果味甜甜地好啱女仔飲甜品自助Tiramisu ～ pudding ~cheese cake ~ yummy

24號那天相約家人到新開的sabatini吃午餐，價錢每位1438+10%頭盤是在出面自取的salad bar，款式比較少，味道正常，和其他餐廳差不多主菜選了M5和牛，叫了5成熟，上枱時發覺是7成熟，和服務員反映後不果。肉質十分韌，沒有肉味，像100元在大家樂吃的質素，十分失望。Pasta味道正常，cream sauce味道有點像兒時在學校吃的陽光午餐，pasta配搭的香腸碎有點不搭。甜品也是自取，只有4-5款，也不好吃，像一般自助餐沒人吃的甜品，最正常是Tiramisu，但也只是正常，不是出色。飲品方面，番石榴汁(not fresh)在中途便沒有了，難以相信在果汁方面也準備不足。唯一優點是服務員態度有禮，值得加許。食物質素難以接受，應該沒有下次了。

帝苑酒店本月開設的Sabatini意大利餐廳🇮🇹新分店，由主廚Marco Antonio Li Voti掌舵，將正宗意大利風味帶給香港～於main dining area 用餐飽覽盡維港景致，晚上仲有Live band 表演，非常有情調🤍另外有bar lounge area由專業調酒師主理Traditional antipasti 中的Vitello tonnato和Zucchini 是ifc mall新店限定，必試🥹Scrambled egg on toast with Hokkaido scallop and Alba white truffle的一大片一大片白松露片由Chef即席在賓客面前磨成，炒滑蛋和鮮味出眾的北海道帶子，啖啖都柔滑細綿🤍Home made bigoli with duck ragout 是其中一款招牌菜式，bigoli是餐廳用了傳統製作面條機而成，粗圓的意粉質感煙韌，再配上軟腍的duck ragout，令人一想再食Braised wagyu beef cheek in Barolo wine sauce, grilled polenta with thyme
