墨魚炒到好香,口感彈牙唔靭。個醬係亮點!少少番茜配濃烈嘅蒜頭油,會有少少辣,超級惹味。

🦐蒜片橄欖油蝦配麵包
上菜時橄欖油仲係滾㗎,配麵包食好似西式蝦多士。蝦肉彈牙鮮味。

🥚Soft boiled egg大啡菇
一切開隻蛋就流心,配上醬汁同juicy到爆嘅大啡菇啱啱好。

🍖西班牙乳豬
皮脆肉嫩,仲要皮下有層薄薄嘅肥膏,好邪惡。下面仲有薯仔吸咗乳豬嘅油脂香。

⭐️Tiramisu + 自家製黑芝麻雪糕
Tiramisu下面唔係手指餅係自己整嘅蛋糕。自家製黑芝麻雪糕超級濃郁,每一啖都食到黑芝麻。

由於兩老都好鍾意食乳豬,佢哋pre-set 嘅menu 就冇乳豬嘅,不過我見到佢可以加配,呢度嗌咗3 人份量🙆🏻‍♀️平時食開嘅中式乳豬,就通常食佢個脆皮,只會有少量嘅肉黐住塊皮,西班牙乳豬會見到佢肉都好大舊,啖啖肉,正🤭🤭不過臊味會比較重,所以佢隔離就俾咗個醋我哋配嚟食,不過因為我哋一啲都唔怕臊味,所以就咁食已經好滋味,而且佢個皮都整得好脆😋😋下面仲有啲薯仔片同蘆筍做配菜,簡單嘅調味已經好好食👍🏻

第二度主菜就當然係西班牙海鮮炒飯啦🥘因為個飯連鑊咁上,會一直都keep 到個溫度,為咗唔好令啲蝦太熟🦐所以店員就叫我哋食咗啲蝦先,之後再炒一炒個飯嚟食,啲蝦佢已經幫我哋剪咗個殼,所以好容易就剝到,啲蝦仲好彈牙添🙆🏻‍♀️而側邊嘅檸檬片唔好以為係裝飾🍋其實係餐廳嘅貼心之舉,因為炒飯味道都會比較濃,所以客人可以根據自己嘅口味加少量嘅檸檬汁中和返,我覺得加咗檸檬更fresh 又有另一番風味,好似食緊2 個唔同嘅飯咁🤣🤣

墨魚筒豬肉碎雜菌~
新鮮嘅魷魚筒釀入肉碎及雜菌,再用墨魚汁造成醬汁,廚師仲會提醒我哋食嘅時候最好原隻放入口,除咗可以令到裏面嘅餡料唔會流出來之外,仲可以慢慢細味由外至內嘅層次感!又係一試難忘👍

蒜片蝦 ~蝦肉新鮮到不得了,因為又健用上橄欖油、蒜片烹調,上碟嘅時候再灑上滾油,香氣撲鼻,再配上香脆麵包享用,真係非常美味。
