總結! 我同朋友應該就唔會encore啦,唔係因為味道唔好,而係等待時間實在太長,計落覺得唔係太值,我會推薦豬扒炸醬俾想試下呢間餐廳既大家,雖然我冇試過佢個炸醬,但見到隔離搭枱妹妹食既炸醬好似幾滋味,相信會冇左湯底太淡既問題。

去大埔墟一田前,我們決定先到大埔墟街巿及熟食中心吃個馳名的豬扒麵。大埔墟街市顧客熙來攘往,熟食中心是位於二樓,可從電動樓梯直達。時間只是十一時半左右,世記店已坐滿食客,幸運地找到唯一剩下來的半張搭枱。看過牆上的餐牌,便叫了兩碗麵,並在隔鄰的店舖點了熱檸茶。似乎世記店與隔鄰的蘇記是最佳拍檔,一間只售麵食,一間只提供飲料小食。檸茶先到,亦先要付$16。隨後便要大若等三十分鐘(服務員早有提及)主角才到。漫長的時間啊,因肚已打鼓。~炸豬扒雲吞幼麵 $38店主好細心,蔥是放在匙上。炸豬扒非常大塊,微熱的,吹來一股香氣,外皮脆口,內裹的豬扒不會乾,味道可口。雲吞饀是菜肉,肉有些渣,但味道尚可。幼麵彈牙,配了一個不太濃的湯和美味的豬扒是最好不過。~炸豬排上海麵$38因沒有叫雙拼,所以豬扒有兩大塊,外皮的炸粉非常薄,吃起來是極為酥脆,內裹的豬扒仍嫩滑,不會嚡口。肉是醃得恰到好處,香氣四溢。上海粗麵浸在湯內亦不會太淋,少少煙韌。湯內還有一條翠綠的菜芯,為這麵帶來清甜口感。

決定食飽飽先出發效遊。聽講大埔行市上面有間食河粉嘅鋪,抵食又好食。今次就嚟到「世記上海麵店」。雞翼、雪菜肉絲河($34)雞翼size好大隻,仲好香蒜味。雞翼有用炸粉炸過,不過係似日式天婦羅咁薄薄一層炸粉,所以食落食有小小脆口感,但唔會成口都係麵粉漿。出奇地,d肉好嫩同好多汁水,再溝埋果種蒜香味🤤🤤🤤。豬扒、菜肉雲吞河($34)豬扒同雞翼一樣係用薄粉漿去炸,一樣係有蒜味。值得一提嘅係豬扒都切得幾厚身,一樣做到嫩滑多汁水,真係可以啖啖肉又可以嫩滑多汁👍👍。其實2碗河粉嘅量都好多,食極都仲有。湯就係好清,非常清嘅,而河粉加咗小小炸菜,所以就算湯底清,都仍然食落有味。因為好多人嚟食😂都要等20-30分鐘先有得食,所以趕時間嘅可以改時間嚟食啦。

決定食飽飽先出發效遊。聽講大埔行市上面有間食河粉嘅鋪,抵食又好食。今次就嚟到「世記上海麵店」。

雞翼、雪菜肉絲河($34)
雞翼size好大隻,仲好香蒜味。雞翼有用炸粉炸過,不過係似日式天婦羅咁薄薄一層炸粉,所以食落食有小小脆口感,但唔會成口都係麵粉漿。出奇地,d肉好嫩同好多汁水,再溝埋果種蒜香味🤤🤤🤤。

豬扒、菜肉雲吞河($34)
豬扒同雞翼一樣係用薄粉漿去炸,一樣係有蒜味。值得一提嘅係豬扒都切得幾厚身,一樣做到嫩滑多汁水,真係可以啖啖肉又可以嫩滑多汁👍👍。

其實2碗河粉嘅量都好多,食極都仲有。湯就係好清,非常清嘅,而河粉加咗小小炸菜,所以就算湯底清,都仍然食落有味。

因為好多人嚟食😂都要等20-30分鐘先有得食,所以趕時間嘅可以改時間嚟食啦。

第一次去大埔街市食野,靠大埔朋友介紹,黎食炸豬排米線, 炸豬排酥脆,食落唔會好粉,好香口,而且算係大塊,每啖都咬到肉。米線湯底清左d,重口味既朋友可能會嫌唔夠味。

已經吾係第一次咁難食但將會係我最後一次食呢間以前岩岩食果陣都還好,但每次都令人知道係將兩三舊吾同既豬扒拼落同一舊咁早食都醒目吾叫雞翼啦~因爲上次食過好似食緊石頭咁(吾知炸左幾多次)岩岩一食 好似又中左伏睇上圖啦新鮮炸起就應該有兩塊炸皮粉但骨位果塊 大大啖食落去凍架 仲要質感吾同🙄雖然我都知30幾蚊可以有咩要求?咁係咪叫人吾好早上黎食?吾該啲拍片吾好再話呢啲叫做好食食到成肚氣囉⋯⋯至於你問我點解吾會當場話佢地1佢地一定會有辯解2為左防止佢地加料3俾左次機會佢地但我真係錯架!我味覺真係無問題,因為次次都係咁😊

但骨位果塊 大大啖食落去
凍架 仲要質感吾同🙄
