反而我更欣賞呢個,一來價錢比較便宜,二來從相片都能看出雞扒香脆內嫩,配上很多生菜絲和蘿蔔絲,非常好👍🏻!

接著就來點清新的菜式吧。雞絲扎肉撈檬($67)的蔬菜慷慨,加入大量越式酸辣醬汁清新開胃,可是雞絲和札肉份量少,例如是札肉共有四塊半片,也就是等於兩塊完整的一片,可以大方一點...看看餐牌如只要雞絲或者札肉的撈檬會平$9,那貴$9無論是雞絲還是札肉的份量都是偏少,不知道是因為是雙拼嗎?其實札肉的味道不錯,我喜歡裡面有冬菇、豬耳、黑胡椒等材料,如份量多一些會更好。

越式粉包($59)的樣子滿滿的,不過裡面的餡料例如肉碎、木耳等偏少,而能夠做得滿滿一件是因為粉皮太厚,特別粉包的底部是粉皮與粉皮的互相交搭位,吃起來是在吃一層層的粉皮,需要改善一下。

我們請店員把豬頸肉法包($58)切開四份,她樂意地幫手。法包裡面的蔬菜餡料塞得滿滿的,例如有酸蘿蔔絲、紅蘿蔔絲、生菜等等十分清爽,麵包是先塗上一層牛油再拿去烘烤,帶出牛油香質地軟熟帶少少脆。豬頸肉的份量實在太少,大概我們一人一件法包,就獲分到一片薄豬頸肉,而在僅有的一小片豬頸肉食到味道是可以的,有點吝嗇了吧...


食物的味道和價錢很合理,特別是越南湯河以這個價錢有這個表現都不錯的,但部份菜式的配料偏少,令人有一種將「份量」就價的感覺,而這個價錢給多少少材料相信都不會對成本有大影響,給客人的印象都會更好。平均來說,這裡的食物都是可以的,價錢親民,是一間街坊的越式料理選擇

好就要介紹,差就要通知大家!三個月前,報道過此店的牛肉粉湯底好,所以本人再次光顧此點,品嘗其他食物,發覺有問題,因之前有報道訪問過老闆,老闆話把加拿大式的越南粉帶來香港,今天試過豬肉蝦卷,此道小食是無人不曉,如果老闆不是話用加拿大式的越南菜,我就不會發此文出來,因為此豬肉蝦卷必須要要醬汁配合才是好味,問過店內所有人,都只係叫我用越式魚露來配合,簡直係無理頭,這個食法隨處都有。另外點了一杯越式滴流咖啡,當滴完之後,發覺慮杯內的咖啡簡直係裝飾品,我未見過亦未嘗過那麼小咖啡粉在內,這樣的形容,你們都能估到咖啡是否好味。再者是針對老闆是想把加拿大的越式風味來港,他更加小了在加拿大食湯粉必有碟芽菜加香葉加青檸加青、紅辣椒,這些他們都欠奉,最敗筆係,只有是拉差辣椒醬,沒有甜醬。所以總括來說,這間只是一間好普通好普通嘅越式粉店,不好寄預厚望。而4月份時報道話粉、飯加3元有凍飲,今天已經無咗。

三個月前,報道過此店的牛肉粉湯底好,所以本人再次光顧此點,品嘗其他食物,發覺有問題,因之前有報道訪問過老闆,老闆話把加拿大式的越南粉帶來香港,今天試過豬肉蝦卷,此道小食是無人不曉,如果老闆不是話用加拿大式的越南菜,我就不會發此文出來,因為此豬肉蝦卷必須要要醬汁配合才是好味,問過店內所有人,都只係叫我用越式魚露來配合,簡直係無理頭,這個食法隨處都有。另外點了一杯越式滴流咖啡,當滴完之後,發覺慮杯內的咖啡簡直係裝飾品,我未見過亦未嘗過那麼小咖啡粉在內,這樣的形容,你們都能估到咖啡是否好味。再者是針對老闆是想把加拿大的越式風味來港,他更加小了在加拿大食湯粉必有碟芽菜加香葉加青檸加青、紅辣椒,這些他們都欠奉,最敗筆係,只有是拉差辣椒醬,沒有甜醬。所以總括來說,這間只是一間好普通好普通嘅越式粉店,不好寄預厚望。而4月份時報道話粉、飯加3元有凍飲,今天已經無咗。

We ordered the mixed snack platter for sharing which consisted of spring rolls, fish cakes, chicken wings and fresh Vietnamese rice paper rolls. When the dish arrived it was drenched in oil, it was as if no one bothered to strain or let the oil drip out before serving it. This is absolutely a rookie error and made eating the platter difficult seeing the pools of oil at the bottom of the basket. Nevertheless the platter was ok, but presentation and some professionalism is much needed from the kitchen staff.


The Raw Beef Pho arrived first, and the broth is the most critical item in this dish. It was flavorful and subtle, you could taste the beef flavor, it passed our standard with respect to the price.


The beef brisket in tomato sauce, which was the most expensive main dish was ok, there was lots of beef and it was soft and tender. The sauce wasn’t spicy and had a mild tomato base.


The chicken steak in the chicken vermicelli was massive, tender and juicy. Although it was probably deep fried, I wonder if all that oil was just left to drip into my noodles as they don’t seem to strain the deep fried food here 😒 The salad in the vermicelli was fresh and clean and the dish was very filling.


Overall, good value for money and the food isn’t bad.
