元朗壽司店反攻出銅鑼灣!?這間晚上7點多全場爆滿的情況真的挺少見的,如果沒訂位的真的要提早到會好點!餐點價錢不算貴,而且挺有性價比的,難怪那麼多人來吃了!挪威三文魚腩刺身(8切)(118元)三文魚腩油脂不錯,而且切得挺大片和厚的,口感非常嫩滑,入口有濃濃三文魚香。燒汁墨魚筒(原隻)(118元)原隻大墨魚燒得外焦裡爽滑的,墨魚味挺濃的,加了鹹香的燒汁,更突出墨魚香。燒汁牛柳飯配溫泉蛋(78元)牛柳吃起來帶點碳燒的香味,每片都切得挺厚的,吃起來肉質柔軟,有很濃的黑胡椒味,再和鹹鹹甜甜的丼飯汁和溫泉蛋拌勻一起吃,味道更濃香惹味。芝士玉子燒(62元)玉子燒加了上湯來煮的,所以除了有蛋香,還有上湯的香甜味,質感很嫩滑,中間又有拉絲的芝士來增加了一份奶香。最上面還加了點蟹籽和沙律醬,挺解膩的。芒果蟹籽沙律(58元)多了10元,多加了一份芒果,吃起來感覺更香甜多汁,味道清爽!蟹籽和蟹柳的份量都挺多。牛油果軟殼蟹卷(52元)加了牛油果後,多了一份軟滑的質感,軟殼蟹外焦香。牛舌芯串(48元)這份量真的很大的一串,口感非常軟嫩多汁,牛味香濃,加了黑胡椒。鰻魚壽司(15元/2件)性價比不錯,一共有兩件,鰻魚味道香濃,帶點入口即化 continue reading
