服務態度奇差!18:00 入座,因為唔想坐 bar 枱,轉去坐枱,由於餐廳話張枱有人 19:30 訂左,說好了會準時還,但有個帶帽嘅侍應 19:10 就開始趕客,語氣仲要勁衰,最好笑嘅係其實間 Bar 都唔滿!仲要有個帶帽嘅侍應話:「我哋生意真係幾好」 🤣🤣🤣🤣 咁嘅服務態度,永遠唔會再去。除左個好韌嘅芫荽豬腩卷之外,雞全翼係壞嘅,有啲過份! Chicken Oyster 唔錯,但咁嘅 service 、咁嘅價位,我可以搵到更好的!補充一句:其他員工服務態度正常,尤其係啲女員工,好落力,讚!

沙律最中餅🥗
一個招財貓造型的沙律,非常可愛。餅中有三文魚沙律,配紫薯,三文魚新鮮大顆,甜甜鹹鹹的感覺。一個前菜就這麼有誠意,令我很期待。

雞肝芝士拌勻醬🐔
雞肝和忌廉芝士的比例一比一,兩者味道互相不會蓋過,口感絲滑,不過配的果仁麵包略嫌不夠香脆。

炭燒美國牛小排🥩 [推薦]
牛小排色澤亮麗,五成熟的燒烤,肉味強烈,口感良好,最欣賞的是旁邊的wasabi醬,不是普通芥末,像芥辣八爪魚的wasabi,味道更多層次。

雞蠔肉🐓 [推薦]
串燒方面,點了雞肉,他們有的是雞背和雞腿的兩個凹糟中的肉,稱為雞蠔肉。雞肉juicy,雞皮油滑,滿分之作。

雞冠🐔
一直都想嚐很久,不過絕少店舖出售雞冠部位。醬汁炭燒的雞冠,口感像鳳爪的,煙煙韌韌。

牛肋🐄
這個也比較罕見,我平常只會在粉麵店吃到牛肋,第一次品嚐串燒的做法。廚師先慢煮再燒,加了生椒粉,醬汁味帶點果甜,口感軟軟。

牛舌嫩脆爽口,充滿油脂感,可加入他們的官柚子胡椒或檸檬汁點娺。

清酒煮蜆🍶
加入了鴻喜菇及蘿蔔,因此清酒的湯味更鮮。蜆肉雖很大隻,不過不夠鮮爽。

燒高菜白魚飯團🍙 [推薦]
一股清香淡淡的魚味,烤過的醬汁飯團,被紫菜包圍着。香脆且很惹味。

-吧枱位置椅子沒靠背,介意的朋友可要求卡位

我們因為不懂,先開始問開瓶費,店家說要每人$500, 也太誇張了吧?整餐飯我們沒有拿出任何酒。但同行朋友因隨身包放不下一瓶水,所以只是放地上。 當晚我們叫得不算多食物,但也叫了兩瓶清酒。 食物才剛吃完,有店員過來「關心」清水放地上不太好,說這樣可能收開瓶費,我們感到很驚訝,覺得有誰會關心自攜清水,況且朋友一直放地上沒有意圖開清水!另外買單後我們要求拿走一張放桌上的機印收據,店員不禮貌說你們已拿走一張,不可拿走這張。看來我們一行人消費不夠多,連一張收據也要被關切。真感動呢~~~

口感非常順滑,在中後段有著平衡的瓜果香氣。

帶清爽甜味和酸味,濃郁肉桂香氣和辛辣味,以及蘋果風味,口感複雜又豐富。

✨️木花之釀造所 大人之果實酒 桃濁酒 $78
都係第一次飲濁酒,就好似咬咗啖剛摘下嘅新鮮桃子一樣,有種清爽感嘅甜味。
