湯底雞白湯清甜,不膩微鹹,配有香蔥和肉丸,烏冬比較軟糯,每條烏冬沾滿雞白湯汁,最後來多杯三連星純米直汲Librom柚子清酒,色澤係淺青色的柚子色,帶有清香甜美的柚子味,在口中隱隱彌留醇厚的甜味。
