來到出羽櫻鐵板燒料理午膳,叫了兩個午餐。第一個是竹餐。竹餐跟三款鐵板燒,分別是牛肉薄燒,鐵板三文魚和日本帶子。 牛肉薄燒會像金菇牛肉卷般將牛肉卷起,不過裡會就會放入大量香蔥,有牛肉味和香蔥味,肉質頗嫩,不過略嫌過鹹,如果送飯的飯仍可接受。三文魚煎得十分嫩滑,魚味濃,亦不腥。日本帶子質素正常,不過不失。第二道叫了比目魚,比目魚煎得外脆內軟,魚味濃並完全沒有腥味,份量亦足夠。以上午餐套餐都配上炒雜菜,雖然只是普通的椰菜,不過炒得十分爽甜,與套餐的肉類起了中和作用。套餐包白飯,麵豉湯及飲品,凍飲亦不需加錢。相信以後都會繼續光顧,物有所值。

最初吸引我的套餐的價錢,選了 $598 兩位的老虎大蝦牛扒套餐。大蝦相當新鮮而且主廚會把蝦膏釀在汁內,食起來份外鮮甜。另外黑松露龍脷柳也相當有驚喜。黑松露配制的檸檬汁,配上龍脷柳,是完美的配合,好食鵝肝內脆內軟,相當金香。總括來說,份量足夠,相當抵食,難怪當天的客人一枱接一枱。

今晚同朋友來呢間出羽櫻鐵板燒食晚飯。呢間野唔太大間,係家庭式經營嘅餐廳。呢度最平嘅鐵板燒套餐$50,包埋一碗面豉湯同飯。我地分別叫左金菇肥牛卷、牛肉薄燒同豬頸肉。每份鐵板燒都會連埋芽菜同椰菜炒,豬頸肉仲會配埋洋蔥。因為全部都係落單之後即炒,所以拎上碟係熱辣辣兼且好香。全部三碟都真係炒得好好食,個燒汁都都調得好好。果兩個牛肉稍為炒得耐左d所以食落覺得d肉有少少粗糙,不過都無咩點影響個味道!而豬頸肉炒就得剛剛好,食落幾爽口而且好嫩滑!$50左右嘅鐵板燒有咁嘅質素真係好抵!

每日上班最煩的事大概是中午食乜好。這天有同事突然想吃這間餐廳,我個人是沒來過,貪吃愛嚐新,即管一試。-餐廳有點暗,大約晚上是居酒屋的感覺。有點油煙味,鐵板燒都是開放式廚房,沒法避免。可能因為肚餓吧,在我聞來是食物的香味。午市有比較優惠的餐,聽同事說晚上幾貴的。幾十蚊主菜竟已有薄燒牛肉,三文魚,帶子,味道不錯的,夠熱度,夠鑊氣(何來鑊呢哈哈)。雖說分量不多,但有魚有肉有海鮮,重點是很多很多的炒雜菜,外面吃飯真的很難吃到這麼多菜,算健康?但不是健康食法,不過都幾滿足的。

幾十蚊主菜竟已有薄燒牛肉,三文魚,帶子,
味道不錯的,夠熱度,夠鑊氣(何來鑊呢哈哈)。
雖說分量不多,但有魚有肉有海鮮,
重點是很多很多的炒雜菜,
外面吃飯真的很難吃到這麼多菜,算健康?

今日lunch去左紅磡搵食,雖則話係lunchtime 但朋友話想食鐵板燒咁岩我又醒起附近有間,見唔駛等位就直接入去睇menu其實除左上面個menu 仲有一個仲平既lunch set menu都係$48起不過我同友人見到雪餐同竹餐今日$68/set諗都無多諗就即刻嗌... 黎試下佢先~點知嗌完先知鯖魚同比目魚賣晒...兩款都轉左做三文魚Lunch set 有沙律+麵豉湯,兩樣都ok!左:雪餐,雞扒同洋蔥絲都好夠味,三文魚煎香左有魚油香好好味!右:竹餐(友人叫的)我試左個薄切牛肉,好入味,入面有d蔥絲,吸晒d牛味,認真唔錯!另外仲有兩份炒菜,味道唔錯,但略嫌多油,有待改善。

仲有一個仲平既lunch set menu都係$48起

不過我同友人見到雪餐同竹餐今日$68/set
諗都無多諗就即刻嗌... 黎試下佢先~

三文魚煎香左有魚油香好好味!

右:竹餐(友人叫的)
我試左個薄切牛肉,
好入味,入面有d蔥絲,
吸晒d牛味,認真唔錯!

後悔點解係紅磡讀左兩年半書 宜家先黎試呢間鐵板燒當日大約1240去到,好好彩bar枱仲有位~雖然呢間出名做鐵板燒,但個日真洗好餓,所以就點左個炒飯填飽個胃啦廚師有兩位,會即叫即炒比你所以多人既話都要等一陣先有得食啊 (當日就等左大約10-15分鐘吧)見住佢炒飯/整鐵板燒 真系好療癒(題外話)終於明白點解日本可以開拍一套完完全全關於燒肉既電影xdd叫左個海膽三文魚炒飯($53)跟餐會有熱飲一杯份量有d誇張,感覺上有1碗半白飯得量吧,比較啱男仔食三文魚粒用左牛油同清酒爆,真心好香,上既時候仲係一粒粒好完整(讚)但就唔係好食得出有海膽味(亦都唔係好留意到佢有落到去炒)係相入面都見到佢係用珍珠米炒出黎,所以真係會好飽肚啊d飯炒得好乾身整體評價:4.5/5 會再黎幫襯既,下次會想黎試下鐵板燒!*有得坐bar 枱就記住揀啦~ 廚師手勢好好,好似睇緊show甘緊

三文魚粒用左牛油同清酒爆,真心好香,上既時候仲係一粒粒好完整(讚)
但就唔係好食得出有海膽味(亦都唔係好留意到佢有落到去炒)
