新年期間,我和家人期待著一頓美好的團圓飯,但最終的體驗卻讓人感到非常失望。首先,餐廳的食物供應明顯不足。原本期待的招牌蝦菜竟然完全沒有,餐單上列出的蝦類菜品也都無法供應。連基本的蔬菜都沒有,店員卻推卸責任,稱這是季節問題,甚至反問我們是否訂座時有否預留該菜。這樣的回答讓人感到非常失望和可笑,難道普通的菜品在訂座時也需要預留嗎?此外,餐單上推薦的粉麵也被告知售罄。大部分我們想點的菜都無法供應,這讓我們的用餐體驗大打折扣,原本期待的豐盛晚餐變得乏善可陳。其次,店員的態度讓人感到不悅。他們似乎對顧客的需求並不在意,對我們的詢問反應冷淡,甚至有些敷衍。這讓我們在享受晚餐的過程中倍感不舒適。環境方面,餐廳內的噪音也令人難以忍受。周圍的客人喧嘩聲音此起彼伏,讓我們根本無法好好聊天。雖然餐廳內有明顯剩餘空間,但座位安排卻顯得相當不合理。我們明明可以有更好的座位選擇,卻被安排在一個有一大群人聚餐,佔了幾張大枱的旁邊,這讓用餐體驗大打折扣。此外,室內的溫度頗悶熱。最後,某些上菜速度非常緩慢,以這樣的價位,我們本期待能夠享受到更高的服務和食品質量,但實際情況卻遠未達到預期。難怪越來越多人不願意在港消費,因為即使希望留港消費,實在很難找到達到期望的餐廳。總的來說,這次的晚餐體驗令人失望,改善空間非常大。希望未來能夠看到餐廳在服務和環境上的提升,以便為顧客提供更好的用餐體驗。 continue reading

一行4人,預早透過openrice 訂座,方便!唔想諗食咩,所以直接order4人餐加半桶即撞木桶豆花。整體服務態度好好,職員勁nice。唯獨係個酸菜魚出得有D慢,要追幾次,但係唔知點解會用左外盒裝置上菜。。。扣左少少分。食物整體唔錯,其實真係唔差既。 continue reading

好彩兩個朋友都食辣,但要預呢度嘅份量唔會好大,同埋其實啲嘢都係一般嘅質素,但係個價錢都係略貴以呢個份量黎講。今次叫左幾個菜,但其實大部份都係辣嘅,佢嘅Menu都係佔辣嘅菜式比較多。海蜇皮蛋 $68Chilled Jelly Fish & Preserved Egg海蜇比較出色,而泡椒好開胃,份量係for前菜。泡椒炒鵝腸 $178 🌶️Sauteed Goose Intestines with Picked Chilli 呢到鵝腸好爽口,見到同平時既鵝腸好唔同,所以都幾推薦大家可以一點,但份量比較少既。招牌酸菜魚 $288 🌶️Picked Mustard Cabbage Stewed Fish呢個酸菜魚湯底好鮮味,辣既程度非常適合,真係需要夠個白飯先止到癮。瓦罉焗胡椒海蝦 時價 🦐🍲 Fried Prawns with Pepper in Casserole呢到既胡椒蝦我覺得可以點,但每隻計錢,但做得好香,啲蝦好彈牙,係好新鮮,白胡椒咪好出。 continue reading

三希樓係近期荃灣區我覺得比較好食既中餐廳.由開業至今,都幫襯咗好多次了.但最近發現佢既招牌菜干鍋牛肉粒水準下降,希望餐廳可以睇到呢個食評改善番之前有次堂食叫時發現牛肉粒的質素大不如前,咬落去時很多粒都帶筋接近咬唔開.同以前一咬落去好JUICY有肉味個種感覺好唔同.當時我覺得可能只係咁啱個批牛肉唔好或者廚師失手.但係後來有次叫外賣情況都係一模一樣,完全失去一開始時的質素如果是食材價格上升了,我寧願餐廳加一點價也不要這樣將貨就價.三希樓的價錢不是走平價路線,選擇來光顧的客人都是有要求的,所以請店方務必把食物質素保持好,才不會跌入低價吸客,無利可圖的困局 continue reading

與友人晚飯慶生,預留並安排非常好座位點了六個招牌菜,包括水煮魚,麻辣雞,椒鹽鮮魷,螞蟻上樹…仲要又勁大個勁好味嘅蓮蓉壽包, 全部十分有水準整晚服務良好,環境裝修一流, 價錢尚算合理已幫襯第三次,之前晚飯、中午飯都保持一貫水準,整體服務員有禮,環境裝修清幽整潔,會繼續支持! continue reading
