灣仔樓上鋪生記飯店生記飯店係樓上鋪,同街鋪餐廳比起黎人流少得多,食晏時間顯得有啲冷清。我點左一個乾炒三絲瀨粉。味道講唔上令人驚豔,但係用料方面就比一般茶記用心得多。首先,佢用既油比較少,食落冇咁肥膩。食完兜底唔會成兜油浪黎浪去。其次係佢用料好足,裡面有齊叉燒絲,雞絲同紅腸絲三種肉類,唔似得某啲餐廳咁用芽菜同蔥再加埋火腿絲就當係三絲。再加上佢嘅瀨粉炒得乾爽,軟硬適中,整體黎講幾唔錯。

在白菜里面找到几个小虫。。。茶杯上有之前女客人的口红。。。永远不会回来。不管有米芝连星 - 想特别警告所有人这个餐厅很肮脏 never go to this restaurant!! there was lipstick on the cup, the vegetable had big insects inside, the AC was leaking in the food, and the owner of the restaurant did not care and made us pay for everything! we are starting investigations with FEHD food & hygiene department.

一直聽講生記係老一輩嘅名人飯堂,今次終於嚟到食。唔識過都唔會明白點解啲名人會鍾意食呢間餐廳。佢係做一啲好普通嘅家常菜食但係就做得非常用心。滑蛋蝦仁你以為佢好普通,同埋你以為所有人都整得差唔多味。其實真係要炒到個蛋夠滑,蝦又唔會太過老係好難㗎。新記嘅滑蛋蝦仁炒得剛剛好啲蛋好似近乎生蛋質感咁但其實炒到熟晒,隻蝦又大又炒得夠嫩。相比起蓮藕餅就有啲普通。金銀蛋炒莧菜。枸杞豬潤係戲肉!豬潤又肥煮得又滑嫩!豬潤要咁厚身,但係煮完之後又唔會太老又要煮夠熟,真係好難掌握!廚師手勢即刻顯到真章。超厚身。蜜汁叉燒真係唔野少,肥瘦適中入口香軟。

話說之前食左間送上門古法家鄉煲仔飯菜一路都好想介紹俾大家話哂係屹立係灣仔四十年又得過米之蓮推介 點都要試下.《原煲蝦子柚皮扣海參》蝦子柚皮 其實係一道好傳統既粵菜已經唔係好多酒樓會做因為係一道功夫菜要將沙田柚柚皮去除表皮同果肉後浸透之後重複汆水等柚皮變到軟身同埋經過多次汆水 先可以去哂d苦澀味再用上湯燜煮多個小時好的柚皮就好似一塊吸力強勁的海綿🧽將上湯既味道索哂入去將燜好的柚皮扣上蝦子同海參咁柚皮獨特的清香 同蝦子的鹹香味就入哂海參到了柚皮嫩滑 海參爽彈 兩種口感相輔相成不得不說 海參發得好足 好大舊呢
