。黃金香蕉球食落有啲似高力香蕉,暖暖地,香蕉清甜而軟綿綿;斑蘭蛋糕就軟熟到不得了,回彈力強,有陣陣斑蘭香氣;馬六甲椰汁西米布甸加入咗椰糖,所以,甜得嚟有好強嘅清純糖香,而西米煮得剛好,唔會黐埋一嚿嚿;椰子雪糕雖然好足椰子香,質感亦都柔滑,只喺相對嚟講就顯得較普通。配埋啲時令水果,真喺填滿埋胃納裡最後嘅虛位。

前兩年,有一段日子,一個月左右總會光顧這間星馬菜餐廳,因為食物味道及用料都算唔錯。但隨著自由行帶動經濟,光顧的國內豪客漸多,星期六晚亦難訂枱,所以便慢慢轉去比較寧靜的餐廳。今午上Apple store維修產品 ,突然想起沙嗲軒有lunch set,便上去享受一下星馬午餐。入座時已經2時多,人客稀疏,環境十分寧靜頗有聖誕氣氛我地order三款午餐......咁首先海南雞飯,味道如昔,午餐鷄都好大碟,又滑又算有鷄味,👍油飯香又唔油,三色醬水準平均跟午餐另加錢order,顏色同傳統飲開的不一樣,椰汁味道較為濃原來係半湯狀,唔係太好食,伏伏地😪春卷,跟餐追加40元,皮唔係太脆,味道一般🥴🥴這幾隻鷄翼size好大,但不足的是醃得不太入味,反而煎得算香這個味道和以往一樣,十分好吃,沙爹醬味又香又濃👍👍👍👍這一餐,並非完美,但尚可接受👌👌👌

餐後還有時間,就來到酒店新裝修好的大堂參觀,果然整個環境簡約明快、亮麗清爽,讓人耳目一新!特別欣賞酒店在公眾地方增添了不少座位(位中還有非常重要的充電位),又在陳列架上擺放多本可供住客翻閱的書藉,環境及氣氛有如一流的文青咖啡/書店,氣氛超棒的,有時間也可去慢慢打卡哦!

主角係焗胡椒蟹,坦言冇喺新加坡食咁大隻,但胡椒味夠,肉質嫩而蟹肉更硬正,那胡椒香遍佈全隻蟹,一路食一路用手拆蟹,最後連手指都不會放過,因為那香氣連手指都染上了。

見到隔離枱叫了粉絲蝦煲,不期然覺得非常正,忍不住單點叫多個,驚為天人的好吃,粉絲蝦煲冇乜技術可言,但大大隻的蝦,爆出蝦膏,攞清湯,加粉絲,個湯濃郁度像蝦湯,個種滋味,幾大煲我們都吃掉,呢個真心大推薦。

甜品拼盤有椰子雪糕,班蘭蛋糕,馬六甲椰汁西米布甸和黃金香蕉球,相對甜點沒有太多元化和多樣性,男人未必喜歡,但外觀好靚,就算你不喜歡,身邊的女士都一定鐘意。

南洋甜品薈萃更是別具豐富,班蘭蛋糕、馬六甲椰汁西米布甸、黃金香蕉球、椰子雪糕共四拼,我最欣賞自製味十足的椰子雪糕及惹味的黃金香蕉球,口感對比明顯。

星馬菜絕對難不到沙嗲軒,地道正宗,心水推薦。

the bowl is in half-half styles,  Pork ribs in pepper and herbal broth.
like the Hainanese Chicken, it also served with dark soya sauce & the oranage sour sauce.
both soups were in strong favor, but i particularly like the herbal broth, which is slightly less spicy.

I had a cold homemade barley water,

喇沙湯粉

單是看見浮面紅彤彤的辣油已經想食,配料其實好簡單,不外乎是魚片切條、豆卜、蝦仁及雞蛋,但湯底才是靈魂所在,質惑濃稠有椰香,辣度恰到好處,正好挑起食慾,最佳示範作。

六月囝囝考完試,又可以再去星加坡喪食當地名物,諗起都興奮,不過尚未起行,都好,仲有沙嗲軒可以止渴。

P.S : 整個套餐只須港幣HK$850 / 兩位用,但要另計10%服務費啊!
