今晚食咗一餐好彩頭嘅日本放題,起頭呢啲藍梅醬甜蝦,開胃得嚟鮮味十足,之後啲三文魚籽山芋水雲,同柑橘醋海蜇一樣,酸酸地好提神咁。個胡麻醬鹿兒島黑豚肉沙律攞到我大拇指👍,啲肉嘅肥美同胡麻醬咁配,真係百搭!壽司部分講真,實在係好食到停唔到口,那個吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、帆立貝,新鮮到流晒口水💦,安樂窩一樣嘅口感,食落去真係心都融咗。呢輪又點少得刺身,五款款款必擒,尤其係火炙和牛,香味撲鼻,食落簡直幸福爆棚。湯品嘅木魚花柴菜大蜆湯同樣表現唔差,清新提神嘅湯頭,熱辣辣飲落有種暖笠笠嘅感覺😊。至於磯燒鮑魚和薄燒安格斯牛肉蒜片卷嘅燒物,唔愧係高手烤製,倆口肉食落彈牙得黎唔柴,真心不錯。揚物三寶出場,松葉蟹腳、鮮蝦芝士腐皮卷、日本蠔天婦羅炸得又香又脆,但一啲都唔油,好驚喜😍。最後嘅蜜瓜同芒果糯米糍,蜜瓜清甜芒果糯米糍Q彈,畫上美味句號。總括來講,今次食得一頓實在,食飽又食得舒心,下次仲想再嚟! continue reading

行過大坑嘅巷仔,我終於發現咗間日本菜餐廳,一行入去,感覺就好似瞬間走咗入東京嘅小巷子。今次我就要講吓,佢個「刺身拼盤」,真係一試難忘!三文魚腩切得厚厚地,一塊塊嘅魚肉彈牙得嚟油香四溢,入口即化嘅滋味真係勁!😋跟住我又試咗「香煎鰻魚飯」,鰻魚外皮煎得脆脆哋,但裡面嘅肉質又鬆又腍,那個煎鰻汁嘅味道濃郁得黎唔會過於甜膩,拌埋啲白飯一齊食,真係好滿足!🍚仲有,我一定要提「椒鹽鮮魷」,鮮度一流,鮮魷咬落啱啱好嘅脆口,加上隱約嘅椒鹽香味,簡直唔使點醋檸都已經好惹味!最後一份「自家製豆腐」,喺我心目中拎咗滿分,嫩滑之餘,啲豆香味又濃又純,真係一試過就忘不了。總括來講,餐廳嘅食物質素真係高,食一次之後,要唔常回味都難!🤤 分分鐘下次返嚟,我會再嚟回味下呢幾款美食! continue reading

哇,今日係睿日料理食咗一餐到而家都仲口水直流既大餐呀!🍣🔥🌸 嗰個三文魚籽山芋水雲入口個種綿滑,一啖落肚,酸酸地柑橘醋海蜇令我胃口一下子就敞開嚟。胡麻醬同鹿兒島黑豚肉沙律真係夾得好勁,醬味香但係唔搶味,豚肉本身個香濃肉味又好入味,真係俾心機整既! 壽司拼盤嘅每一啖都係新鮮爆煲,拖羅食落去好似融化一樣,油甘魚同帆立貝又甜又溫柔。主菜呢,要數鹿兒島和牛,嗰份肥香同層次感真係話唔得,好過癮!臘味蘸醬係啱晒黃金蟹膏龍蝦呢個檔次。蜆肉木魚花湯一啜,清新得嚟又帶啲海味,湯水一流!至於揚物,日本蠔天婦羅與蟹肉蟹羔既香脆,食得出廚師手藝。到咗甜品,蜜瓜糯米糍個甜味恰到好處,鮮果味提提神。喺大坑食到咁嘅美饌盛宴,真係得我好彩!要用一個字形容今晚嘅晚餐,嗰個字一定係“正”!下次勁想再嚟試下其他款式,歎返個飽!💯 continue reading

大坑有好多隱世高質素既餐廳,今次去呢間一條街就有3間店,就係睿日本料理。餐廳雖然不大,但環境幾舒服溫馨。櫻花蝦卷,粉紅色,好少女吖,櫻花蝦加上芝士,味道同魚肉腸幾相似。梅水晶係雞胸軟骨加鯊魚軟骨做的,口感好爽脆。八爪魚配日本高糖番茄,爽口八爪魚配上青瓜汁,再配埋高糖番茄,味道好清新。再配埋和歌山蜜柑梅子酒,香甜果味,好易入口。烏魚子吞拿魚沙律,咸咸既烏魚子配吞拿魚沙律菜,好特別好開胃。深海池魚簿切配柚子醋,酸酸甜甜好夾。赤貝爽口而甜蝦鮮甜,每款刺身都好新鮮。櫻花蝦貝柱海蜆木魚湯,除左肥美既大蜆,仲有好多海帶,成個湯好鮮味。黃金蟹膏龍蝦尾,鹿兒島和牛,鮟鱇魚肝,龍蝦尾肉質爽口,但唔係好食到蟹膏既味道。和牛油脂豐富,口感十足。鮟鱇魚肝,口感滑嫩,入口即化。天婦羅有鮑魚,紫蘇海膽,銀杏同青椒。鮑魚爽口,平時很少食炸鮑魚,口感好特別。紫蘇海膽,紫蘇葉既味道不是每個人都可以接受到。銀杏同青椒味道不錯。火炙魚生丼,左口魚邊,白身魚,拖羅。火炙過既魚生,油脂迫晒出來,非常肥美。蜜瓜清甜,而櫻花寒天則似果凍,好甜美既完結。 continue reading
