我哋招牌見到兆萬15樓有得食蒸海鮮,就膽粗粗上咗去試,雖然聽好多朋友講呢幢野都好難搵到筍野食,不過今次無令我失望喎,其實唔差嫁 !二百零蚊一個人,有得揀蒸氣海鮮任食,又或者火鍋任食,我哋四個人,叫咗一邊蒸氣,另一邊火鍋,火鍋就不過不失,湯底揀咗麻辣,雖然麻辣唔夠香,不過勝在夠辣,食材份量每碟都係算1-2人份量,所以每碟都細細地唔怕浪費。咩都有啲就係無乜海鮮。講下主角蒸氣海鮮啦:有生蠔,鮑魚,田螺,扇貝,聖子,唔知咩魚腩同埋蜆仔,不過現在全部都係死嘅唔識開口,無得食,生蠔好肥美,加左熟蒜蓉,好鮮好甜又好香!佢一鍋整晒所有海鮮,其實我覺得分開蒸會好啲,因為唔同既蒸既時間都唔同,佢咁樣一鍋熟返而有啲海鮮會過熟而有d海鮮就未夠熟,因為熱力分佈係咁多樣海鮮上,唔多均勻,所以鮑魚未熟,浪費左,田螺就冇乜鮮味,拎去打邊爐會更好,扇貝係全個蒸籠入面最好食嘅海鮮!肉質爽滑彈牙,而且粉絲索味,完完全全吸收晒海鮮嘅精華!聖子又肥又大隻,爽甜又嫩口!口感加埋味道都無得頂!

有生蠔,鮑魚,田螺,扇貝,聖子,唔知咩魚腩同埋蜆仔,不過現在全部都係死嘅唔識開口,無得食,生蠔好肥美,加左熟蒜蓉,好鮮好甜又好香!
佢一鍋整晒所有海鮮,其實我覺得分開蒸會好啲,因為唔同既蒸既時間都唔同,佢咁樣一鍋熟返而有啲海鮮會過熟而有d海鮮就未夠熟,因為熱力分佈係咁多樣海鮮上,唔多均勻,所以鮑魚未熟,浪費左,田螺就冇乜鮮味,拎去打邊爐會更好,扇貝係全個蒸籠入面最好食嘅海鮮!肉質爽滑彈牙,而且粉絲索味,完完全全吸收晒海鮮嘅精華!

2020年1月22号晚黎到依間鋪頭食野 平日黎 入到去都見到幾full 但門口冇人等 得我地两個 企係到差五多兩分鐘 都冇人理我地 我地以為佢full冇諗過要接客所以先冇人係接待處 打算走 先有個男仔行過黎問我地幾位 好好彩都有張二人枱 坐低侍應就介紹蒸氣鍋 問我地要五要揀189個個價錢 甘就可以跟人頭送海鮮🦞睇到其他人都有叫 我地都加左 另外嗌左幾樣野食一齊蒸海鮮黎到 計時十分鐘 加錢個盤海鮮係要讚既 食材都新鮮 但下面個盤真係不得了 個蜆有6隻 5隻半都有沙既 個金錢肚就好似咬擦膠甘 甘倉魚連鱗一齊蒸會好味啲?只想講任食既同加錢既就係五同啲既 因為我地都細食 只係食左加錢個盤海鮮同4樣任食既野就打邊爐 而邊爐紙係我地一開始落湯底個時已經俾左 到我地食完等左十分鐘左右都未有食材黎 就問個侍應我地張單落左未 佢應左我兩隻字 (等等)冇耐有個女侍應係我地隔離張吉枱放低左一份牛肉一份豬肉 而我地都係每樣點左一份 我就覺得奇怪點解佢五放係我張枱而放係張吉枱到呢?我就問左一個侍應個啲係咪我地 佢又答我两隻字(五係)於是我再等 終於黎了 一個菜 一份牛 一份豬肉 個侍應擺低(砰)左一聲 走左

蒸海鮮嘅時候,亦都多留意,蒸海鮮免得過時。

烚、蒸、焗說是最健康的烹調方法應該沒人反對吧!!外出吃飯有盡量也遵守這原則,所以今天就來到壹蒸鍋。這次我們要了海鮮蒸鍋+刺身任食,晚餐時段每位$268加一,這裡飲品(啤酒、汽水、果汁、雪糕)都是任飲,旺角地區,算是很抵。首先來的是刺身拼盤,賣相漂亮,有三文魚,甜蝦,八爪魚、鮑魚片,希靈魚......。刺身都非常鮮味,衛生,尤其是三文魚和甜蝦,滑溜鮮甜,我的最愛。再來就是海鮮拼盤,四個人,滿滿的兩大盤,有 龍蝦、帶子、扇貝、鮑魚、生蠔、蜆等, 海鮮少年撲滿了粉絲和金銀蒜, 新鮮好吃又惹味。吃完了刺身和海鮮盤後,其實已經差不多飽了, 但吃的是放題,當然再接再勵叫有數盤牛肉、鱔片,田雞,青菜等,一於吃到走不動為止🤣🤣

由於本人獨居關係,成日都會出街食飯~除左樓下的快餐連鎖店之外,呢間都算係我其中一間經常會去的餐廳了...不過平時係去16樓打邊爐,今日突然想食蒸鍋就落左黎呢到食~之前黎食每人係包一SET海鮮的...但今次黎到竟然要另外收錢....如果一早知,應該會上返樓上食....既然都坐低左...就照食!第一轉叫左的蒸野食.....絲瓜同豆腐係好食既...其他就....之後都係正常咁打邊爐.....所有野就係正常正常.....冇特別...只係食得飽.....因為今日叫左粥底火鍋...所以都食左幾碗粥....但老實...如果冇海鮮送...返上樓上打邊爐喇!!

海蝦同龍蝦,都用強勁嘅蒜蓉和粉絲蒸,本身蒜蓉粉絲已有調味,所以食的時候,海鮮不需要再點調味料,已經很夠味。 鮑魚夠曬大隻,仲有大大粒螺肉,全部都係鮮甜味道,而且口感煙韌,咬到你牙都攰,食完呢籠蒸鍋都有啲飽,要等一陣先至可以再食其他野。

如果呢間野要係就執既話就應該做番相應既價錢 而唔係搵老襯 一分錢一分貨麻 食客知的 無就無 可以轉其他鍋就好拎垃圾欺騙食客,面拆不雅!
