大家一聽西貢通常都會聯想起食海鮮,但係每次我總會想起西貢的泰國餐廳,因為去到餐廳時時間尚早,但係已見枱上好多都放置了reseve 的牌子,就知道如果再遲一d 就無得食了。冬陰功湯(細)每次去泰國餐廳都一定會試佢的冬陰公湯,見湯入面材料主要有蕃茄,草菇,大蝦以及其他香料,一飲感覺係重椰味,酸酸甜甜非常開胃,一碗細嘅冬陰功大約有四碗細的湯碗咖喱軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包本身想再額外叫薄餅,但係店家好好的提醒,咖喱軟殼蟹是會配麵包的,但係今日甘岩無晒原本配的面包,店家問可否轉做蒜蓉包,甘當然係更加好啦,一上枱蒜蓉嘅香味撲鼻,包完全吸收了咖喱的香,一啖再加上軟殼蟹,有種意猶未盡炒金邊粉金邊粉的粉好彈牙,而配料上的蝦都非常新鮮,食得出並非雪藏
