已經幫襯過小時光好幾次啦,仲記得第一次幫襯的時候已經係8年前,時間過得好快,好彩小時光的野食質素比之前進步左好多。不過餐廳位置有D難搵,如果好似我地咁同朋友傾到好夜,然後大廈前門關左,一定要行返對面的工廈,再搭返lift落去正門出返去。一入到去餐廳,懷舊的裝修,單行紙menu、木顏色筆筷子、各式各類的文宣,仲有好似food court的點餐形式,而且價錢有良心,真係好似返返去以前中學的時代。1.香酥雞湯麵鹽酥雞份量好大,size大概係一塊豪大大雞扒咁,鹽酥雞炸得好酥脆、好入味,一定要試食! 2.台式醉雞冷麵未到夏天已經覺得夏日炎炎,好想食凍野,所以第一時間叫左冷麵,估唔到醉雞咁有驚喜。台式醉雞的第一啖已經有濃濃的酒味,而且D雞滑嘟嘟,夏天食岩哂。

飲品方面, 飯係唔包括飲品, 需要另外點。 P san 點咗凍黑糖奶茶, 奶茶用一個以前中學時上 science 堂時用的 test tube 盛裝, 飲時將奶茶倒入另外放有冰同黑糖珍珠嘅杯入面, 茶有淡淡茶味但唔甜, 而珍珠本身有黑糖嘅香甜味, 亦好軟糯, 好好 "趙"。 食完飯飲, 份量唔太大, 再加埋珍珠可以當係飯後甜品咁食呀。

I rarely write any review but I decided to check out this place since I’m in the area and it’s a yellow restaurant. The decors were cute but unfortunately the service and food were underwhelming. - the drink (apple green tea) came after 30 mins I placed the order and the staff at the counter asked if I only ordered a drink while I also ordered the minced pork rice bento. - the food came 5 mins after the drink. The minced pork rice was ok, slightly too bland for my taste. The seaweed tasted weird

The decors were cute but unfortunately the service and food were underwhelming.

- the drink (apple green tea) came after 30 mins I placed the order and the staff at the counter asked if I only ordered a drink while I also ordered the minced pork rice bento.
- the food came 5 mins after the drink. The minced pork rice was ok, slightly too bland for my taste. The seaweed tasted weird. I don’t eat pigs ear so I have no comment on it. Tofu, egg and wings were ok. The radish was the best in the plate. A hair was found in the plate.
- I personally think it’s overpriced. I spent $8x for mediocre food
- accidentally looked into their split-type A/C and they should at least swipe the dust off from the A/C
- I’m writing this review on my toilet bowl cause I got diarrhea about an hour later when I got home. (My stomach is made of steels so this is a rare situation.)

I hope the restaurant can improve in some way as I think the decors are absolutely stunning in the vintage Taiwanese primary school way!

至於「小時光」廚房安排一個類似實驗室裡面的試管容器,去盛載有濃厚甜味的水蜜桃紅茶,「小時光」這個做法是否呼應餐廳的主題,是否已經喚醒你的讀書時代的學生情懷,就只有食客自己才知道了。

我就反而覺得「小時光」裡面模擬了中小學時代,學校班房裡面的舊式檯櫈,比「水蜜桃紅茶」裡面放置紅茶的試管容器,更加符合「小時光」的學生集體回憶感覺。

另一方面,「小時光」沒有安排為「水蜜桃紅茶」凍飲飲品提供任何飲管,或許食客去到有需要的時候,才能呼喚「小時光」侍應看看有沒有飲管提供,我的嘴唇選擇全程碰有耳茶杯裡面的耳朵位置。

「小時光」「水蜜桃紅茶」裡面另一個甜味重點位置,就是放置在有耳茶杯裡面的一大塊切片水蜜桃果肉,水蜜桃果肉裡面的味道感覺已經成熟,所以水蜜桃的味道很甜,配合到「水蜜桃紅茶」裡面的甜味。

我在享用完第一口「小時光」凍飲飲品「水蜜桃紅茶」裡面的甜味之後,「小時光」廚房裡面都已經製作完成我的晚餐主菜食品,包括「台式紅燒牛肉便當」,以及小食「滷雞翅膀」。

「小時光」廚房都有為他們製作的晚餐,附送了一小碟餐前青菜小食,不過「小時光」的晚餐餐前青菜小食味道,味道相對沒有「紅燒牛肉」裡面的紅燒甜味,跟「滷雞翅膀」的滷水甜味那麼濃厚惹味。

我在嘗試享用「小時光」的「台式紅燒牛肉便當」跟「滷雞翅膀」期間,忽然又發現「小時光」另一個有趣的地方,就是餐廳提供給食客享用食品的筷子餐具,竟然是以類似舊木製顏色筆改造而成。

當然了,食客使用「小時光」由木顏色筆改造而成的木筷子,享用「小時光」「台式紅燒牛肉便當」,當然是使用木筷子沒有顏彩那一部分,去夾起便當裡面的牛肋肉。

說回「小時光」裡面的「台式紅燒牛肉便當」,「台式紅燒牛肉便當」裡面除了有很大塊切件牛肋肉之外,還有很大塊浸泡滷水甜味,口感煮得很軟腍的牛筋。

而且「小時光」廚房還在「台式紅燒牛肉便當」的切件牛肋肉跟牛筋旁邊,加入有鹹味跟少許辣味的榨菜,作為調劑「台式紅燒牛肉便當」味道的調味料。

味道鹹辣兼備的榨菜,為「小時光」本來紅燒醬汁不算很多,而且紅燒醬汁質地偏向比較稀,味道不算非常濃厚的情況下,為「台式紅燒牛肉便當」增加更方式享用白飯的辣味調味醬料。

至於「台式紅燒牛肉便當」裡面的切件牛肋肉,牛肋肉的口感被「小時光」廚房師傅,煮到軟腍程度只是剛剛好中等而已,紅燒牛肉不是屬於一咬即碎,一嚼即爛的貨色,牛肋肉最大的賣點,是無骨啖啖肉的無阻礙口感。

至於「小時光」「台式紅燒牛肉便當」裡面的味道,反而沒有我最初預計那麼濃厚,因為「紅燒牛肉」牛肋肉裡面的滷水醬汁不多,沒有大幅度滲透在「小時光」的白飯裡面,白飯味道相對比較淡。

即使「台式紅燒牛肉便當」白飯的旁邊,還有一些味道偏鹹和偏辣的榨菜,讓食客可以讓榨菜伴飯一起享用,但是「台式紅燒牛肉便當」整體的滷水甜味味道,還是比我預期之中清淡得多。

如果「台式紅燒牛肉便當」裡面,有數量不多,體積也被「小時光」廚房師傅切得很大件頭的牛肋肉,伴白飯跟鹹辣味榨菜一起享用的話,「台式紅燒牛肉便當」的評價可能要打折扣。

至於「小時光」裡面滷水雞翼食品「滷雞翅膀」,一共有四隻浸泡醃過滷水醬汁的「雞中翼」,還有五片用甜味滷水浸煮過,感覺有點像「關東煮」的「汁煮蘿蔔」。

「滷雞翅膀」裡面的雞肉,屬於雞中翼那一部分的雞肉食品,所以「滷雞中翼」裡面大部分的雞肉,都已經被「小時光」廚房預先處理過,「雞中翼」裡面的雞肉份量也相對比較小。

但是「小時光」「滷雞翅膀」雞中翼裡面雞肉在這樣的情況下,吸收滷水醬汁的鹹味跟甜味,反而比以前吸收得更多。結果雞中翼浸泡在質地偏稀的滷水醬汁裡面,吸收甜味滷水汁後的雞肉變成了甜味雞翅膀。

但是,由於浸泡着「滷雞翅膀」,「滷雞翅膀」底下的滷水醬汁質地實在太稀了,所以滷水醬汁味道雖然算是很甜,但是卻不是非常適合撈白飯一起享用。

至於被「小時光」廚房師傅安排,放在「滷雞翅膀」旁邊,同樣曾經浸泡過甜味滷水醬汁的「蘿蔔」,「蘿蔔」同時大量吸收了甜味滷水醬汁,所以「蘿蔔」的味道也都變得非常之甜。

至於「滷雞翅膀」裡面的「蘿蔔」,「蘿蔔」實際上的口感,也都被「小時光」廚房裡面的師傅煮到非常之軟腍,「蘿蔔」很容易就可以用牙齒咬開,和咀嚼嚼爛吞嚥下去。

「小時光」「滷雞翅膀」裡面的「蘿蔔」,在口感方面還有另一個好處,就是「蘿蔔」裡面完全沒有筋,加上「蘿蔔」已經被煮得腍,所以非常容易咀嚼和吞嚥消化「蘿蔔」。

不過,我始終覺得「小時光」廚房師傅製作出來的甜味「滷水」醬汁,始終不是我曾經食過的台灣菜餐廳,味道最甜,質感最稠身的滷水汁蘿蔔,但是已經非常符合我個人對味道的要求。

至於「小時光」裡面的環境,由於「小時光」餐廳以台灣學校班房作為主題,所以我曾誤會以為「小時光」收費模式會跟一般台灣菜餐廳相同。

但是直我第一次光顧「小時光」之後,才發現原來「小時光」還是奉行快餐店的銷售模式,食客需要先前往「小時光」收銀櫃檯購票,然後才能夠等候領取「小時光」廚房製作的甜味滷食品,跟甜味水蜜桃紅茶飲品。
