咁耐無得去日本,突然好掛住新宿嗰吉列牛定食,以前去親日本都一定會去食,因為香脆嘅外衣包住滿滿肉汁既牛柳,出奇地夾。真係好想揾返呢個味道。今日約朋友喺元朗dinner ,見到呢間石燒吉列牛,即刻二話不說就要去試下。成間鋪感覺都唔錯既,座位坐得幾舒服,可能氣氛問題,有少少日本既感覺,不過可能係我自己幻想得多當真啫好,講返食物先,其實係有少少失望既,可能自己期望太大,叫左二個set ,送到黎既時候,不停相機食先,因為好靚,但到真係煎完,食既時候,就覺得唔係想像中咁。先講呢個 扑葉味噌牛套餐 $136D肉味唔太突出,可能俾D味噌掩蓋咗,但用味㬝醃肉好鬼咸,呢個真係唔啱我食。再試埋呢個 吉列牛套餐 $146真係好期待呢個吉列牛,不過唔知係唔係我燒唔到應有既水準,覺得D肉唔好食,好韌,同埋D醬汁有D咸。當然明白好難同日本比較,但真係有D普通。

一直想試,終於開到入嚟元朗。🐮板燒吉列牛個人偏好吉列牛,牛味突出啲,牛肉嫩滑多汁。🐮板燒安格斯牛份量比起吉列牛較多,味道不過不失,兩款牛點嘅醬汁一樣,配吉列牛幾夾,但配安格斯牛就有啲太濃味,搶咗牛肉風頭。⚠️定食配嘅湯上菜時係凍,需改善。另外,睇餐牌以為一定要加錢配定食,但之後聽到隔離食客講,就算唔加配定食,每款牛都會跟一碗白飯。

牛質素都幾高,入口冇即融但好好食😋我反而鐘意佢夠香同多薄,食左一半已經好飽,有1/3既牛都比左朋友幫手食下。一開始好爭扎加唔加套餐,但最後覺得係值得既,湯同蛋都好食,再加個好有牛角feel既飯,真係好滿足。

聽人說這家的吉列牛好好食, 特登走來幫襯.六點來到, 已經半滿 (六點半後全滿), 全店大約可以坐三/四十人吧, 沒有細數.防疫 : 可以填紙仔或掃安心, 但安心張紙貼到高過我, 要舉手才能掃到 收銀處也有好多豬, 墻上也有很多貼紙和揮春 (你明白的裝修)一個吉列牛 一個安格斯牛 原來都是單點, 要另加38元才變套餐.所謂的套餐, 原來只是一碗加了飯素的飯, 一只糖心蛋, 一碗昆布湯, 連飲品都沒有.我想沒有人會單點牛不加錢要餐吧.牛肉來到已經切片, 放在石上燒一下就可以 牛肉的質素是不錯的, 但也只有牛, 飯內除了飯素沒有其他, 吃得有點寡, 以差不多150元一位來說, 性價比不算高.

時光飛逝….
但依然咁多人食💛💛💛
但唔算等得好耐
佢的確係抵食又值得支持嘅👍🏾

不過我覺得要落啲鹽 便會更好

Wheeee (。・ω・。)ノ٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و【板燒吉列牛 惹味夠曬喉】我哋一直都好想期待食吉列牛🥩終於有一日可以去到元朗一嘗滋味。呢間「秘」開喺「神」隔嚟,未入去已經覺得呢間舖好有趣。亦好好彩當日無乜人排,等咗陣就可以入去食😋~我是Menu~板燒吉列牛 $108 (午市套餐 +$20)唔知有冇人覺得佢個擺盤好搞笑,兩隻蛋好似隻眼👀 蕃茄係個鼻👃🏻 啲牛就好似個嘴咁👄 同其他嘅吉列牛一樣,都係有個爐仔擺喺大家面前,自己可以決定燒幾熟。而值得一讚嘅係佢啲牛嘅厚薄同調味亦做得啱啱好🥩 喺個爐上面燙半分鐘就可以擺入口。佢嘅吉列皮加埋熨到半熟嘅牛肉放落口真係好好食,仲有個醬可以點吓,食食吓可以點嚟轉吓口味,唔錯唔錯🤓最後食埋粒用嚟出油嘅牛肥肉簡直係錦上添花。而午餐跟埋嘅秘之飯素(即係白飯加飯素)亦令到我哋極速就食曬啲飯🍚 至於流心蛋就正常發揮。總括嚟講,加錢食套餐係抵叫的😛秘風塘軟殼蟹 $78作為軟腳蟹愛好者嘅覺得呢度嘅軟殼蟹略嫌唔夠脆🥲 不過入面啲膏仲保留得到,啖啖肉得嚟仲有啲好有蒜味嘅調味喺上面添。呢個價錢得兩隻蟹就唔算太抵了,但當係Share嘅小食嚟講都值得一試🦀~評分~ (5分滿分)環境

成日諗點解明明吉列牛再多個吉列脆皮,可以仲平過安格斯🤣咁就係因為安格斯牛嘅肉質係更加鮮嫩!牛味更加出眾!可以話更加食到原汁原味嘅燒肉。建議如果同朋友食,就可以嗌一個安格斯再加吉列牛,咁就Perfect啦!

總括而言,呢間黃店分量大,價錢非常之平!極度推薦比大家,重點係呢間餐廳仲免加一服務費,價錢好抵!😭大家嚟到元朗記住食啊!
