成日食日本燒肉有啲悶,今次經過就試下呢間吉列牛專門店🐮聽聞佢既signature係板燒吉列牛,仲要每個餐都有熱石板可以自行加熱及控制肉的生熟度,所以吸引左我入去幫襯🙈分別叫了兩個定食: 板燒吉列牛及燒安格斯牛小排,每個單點盛為$118; 當然另外加配定食$38,包括有味素飯,楓糖流心蛋及日式大根湯!兩款肉類上枱時是全生的,熱石板上亦附上小小牛脂。肉的份量好多,絕對夠一人食,賣相擺盤精緻,不馬虎,而且肉質望上去油煙分佈分明!兩款肉口感厚身Juicy ,而且牛味好重。配上有味素飯是一流,而且真係好飽肚。兩款相比下,我更喜歡吉列牛口感,因為食落又香又脆。總結而言,原來除了日式燒肉放題, 香港仲有其他又好食又抵玩的食店! 「秘」就係其中之一了。

兩款肉類上枱時是全生的,熱石板上亦附上小小牛脂。

肉的份量好多,絕對夠一人食,賣相擺盤精緻,不馬虎,而且肉質望上去油煙分佈分明!
兩款肉口感厚身Juicy ,而且牛味好重。配上有味素飯是一流,而且真係好飽肚。

兩款相比下,我更喜歡吉列牛口感,因為食落又香又脆。

總結而言,原來除了日式燒肉放題, 香港仲有其他又好食又抵玩的食店! 「秘」就係其中之一了。

朋友突登入元朗搵我食飯然後我搵到呢間餐廳睇到menu嚇親因為好經濟實惠🥹百零蚊就有個吉烈牛加飯份量超多肉啱啱好烤兩烤外脆內軟食完足夠飽到上心口加上呢個價錢值得比五星朋友叫左鰻魚飯份量十足味道不過不失無咩特別但價錢一樣都係好合理小食見到有炸牛蒡咁特別就試下係幾有趣嘅但咸咗少少幾多幾條有啲膩而且熱氣感仲勁過個吉烈牛有啤酒就要有雞泡魚乾份量依然係巨味道就無咩太驚艷不過送酒黎講都好夠整體黎講真係好抵食味道唔錯可以二刷之選

得閒想食燒肉但又唔想食燒肉放題就可以考慮下去呢間!餐廳主打吉列牛同安格斯牛小排燒肉,所以我地今次就黎試下佢呢兩個餐😆😆呢間餐廳可以就咁叫單叫肉,如果係午市食想+飯+蛋就另加$20,晚市食+飯+蛋就加$38,所以午市同晚市之間既價錢都唔係差好多👍🏻同埋佢啲牛既份量十分之多,係一個男人食都會滿足既程度😋自己放係鐵板到燒,想幾熟就幾熟,好玩又好食🥰同埋店員都好貼心,見到冇火就會主動幫手換👍🏻價錢唔價又抵食,真係希望佢開多D分店,唔洗次次都排咁耐隊😢

大家有無掛住鄉下嘅吉列牛呀🤗近期都開左唔少主打食吉列牛嘅餐廳,究竟今次嘅《秘》可唔可以為大家止止渴呢🤔?🥩秘。燒黑松露吉列牛加配定食吉列牛外層炸得酥脆,比較可惜嘅係牛肉解凍爭左小小,以致做唔到就咁食都外脆內軟嘅感覺,慶幸牛肉油花都算豐富,用石燒加熱食勉強可以救得返,但鍾意食比較生嘅朋友就可能會失望,另外要挑剔嘅係跟餐嘅大根湯過於清淡,清到無咩味,可能俾碗麵豉湯我會開心少少,而白飯加左飯素同紫菜食落香口,流心蛋呈啫喱狀足夠出色,如果牛肉解凍做得好啲會更高分。
