星期日和老公到尖沙咀逛街,中場休息那時是大約晚上七時,於是便找吃的。吃得特別多西餐,今晚反而想吃中菜。路過赫德道被這間餐廳的$28乳鴿吸引了,望望門面光猛整潔而且上層有窗口位,於是便拉著老公上去。茶芥每位 $10原來世華是家中菜館,餐牌上的選擇很多,有燉湯、有小菜、有煲仔飯、有小炒等等。湯控的我先點了一盎《佛跳牆 $78位》湯很夠熱,原盎上枱,湯料很足,有瘦肉、雞腳、花膠、鮑魚仔、雞肉和螺肉。味道香濃。《乳鴿 $28/只》乳鴿賣相油潤,不算肉多但皮脆肉嫩很入味,不用蘸醬或鹽都已經夠味。《紅酒牛尾煲(跟煎米粉) $168》牛尾煲不是家家都能做到牛尾入味軟腍,但世華做的卻令人十分滿意。牛尾入味,筋肉軟腍多膠質,紅酒醬汁更是惹味。隨附的有懷舊的煎米粉。尚記得對上一腐吃到煎米粉已是十多年前,竟然可以在這裡再吃到。米粉煎得外層香脆,蘸上紅酒牛尾汁更惹味。《南乳粗齋煲 $78》大煲足料,有茄子、西蘭花、 冬菇、豆卜、支竹、粉絲,全部都很入味,但略欠南乳味,如果重些南乳味會更好。服務:職員都有禮親切而且上菜快。

我地仲點左金牌飽魚雞煲,成家人食飯緊係嗌個重頭戲先得既,我地點左半隻雞,有4隻飽魚架,雞肉鮮嫩,又夠味,配料足。送飯一流!

整體來說第三次第四次都會再泥食,有好多款都想試!

母親節飯就去咗一間類似中菜嘅茶餐廳食飯,裏面有得飲茶但係座位就比較新穎摩登。茶界$101045脆脆鹹豬髀$138估唔到依樣嘢食係中菜都做得咁好,平時德國鹹豬手就出名,估唔到中菜用鐵板上,鹹豬髀嘅鹹味適中,而且不會失去應有的水份,而且表皮十分香脆,需要好大嘅烤爐先可以做到。而且份量好多,肉質花紋分布均勻。1012黑椒一口牛柳粒$58黑椒一口牛口感非常鬆化,有很香濃的黑椒味,而且熱辣辣要來送飯一流。1024韭黃瑤柱羹$60一位平時食中菜都係飲湯多,今次就特登試吓叫一個瑤柱羹,裏面有好多韭黃,瑤柱分量十足,令到成個湯更加有香氣。

朋友只喜歡食中菜,是日出左黎尖沙咀,上開飯搵下附近有咩好中餐館先,找到世華餐廳,睇相好似唔錯咁,就試下佢先。地點在K11的後面街,好易搵。上到去,坐了窗邊的卡座,幾濶落好坐。餐具簡潔,感覺還不錯。茗茶($10)開了壺普洱茶,茶夠濃又夠滾,好飲。睇睇餐牌,小菜好多款式,鐵板,煲仔咩都有,最後由朋友拍板點了幾款小炒。黑椒一口牛柳粒($58)先來小食的牛柳粒,豉椒炒,味道好濃列屬重口味的,牛柳粒嫩滑,正。鹽酥鮮魷魚($58)同樣是小食類的炸魷魚鬚,是不沾粉的炸法,很乾身一點都不油膩,略微淡了點,朋友跟我都是重口味人仕,加多一點點鹽就好了。豉汁涼瓜排骨煲($88)嘩,上枱時好大煙,個煲都燒熱左㗎,好香呀!排骨入味,涼瓜爽脆不苦澀,好好下飯~干鍋肥腸($88)仲有呢碟鐵板上的肥腸,塊板超熱要小心呀!肥腸夠肥彈牙有咬口,微辣好惹味,正!白飯($10)咁多好餸點少得白飯呀,撈汁一流。地方大好好坐立,食物好食,價錢也合理,想食中菜的好選擇呢。

星期六晚和寶寶來尖沙咀吃晩飯,想吃得普通簡單點,來到這間還以為是茶餐廳的「世華餐廳」才知絕不普通。店員極力推介燉湯,確是不便宜,燉湯也是人位前的。我的椰皇花膠燉雞 ($78) 雖然沒有椰皇做碗,但也有很確足料,有滑啫啫的花膠和雞腳外,竟有有鮑魚仔在內呢!寶寶的竹笙冬菇燉花膠 ($78) 有爽口的竹笙和冬菇,味道也很清甜,應該和我的是同一個湯底。冬菇滑雞煲飯 ($108) 是二人份量,大概每人也可分到2至3碗。雞肉鮮嫩入味,冬菇份量也不少,整體惹味十足,可惜飯焦不夠多。刻意點個清淡點的餸,就是梅菜茄子蒸豆腐 ($68) 了。茄子開了刀,所以格外入味,口感有嚼感,與魚香茄子的腍茄子完全不一樣。豆腐也很滑漏,拌飯吃一流。價錢也合理。

世華由原本提供馬來食品、海南雞飯及西餐改為晚市賣中式鑊氣小炒,今次經友人帶路到位於赫德道的分店。晚上時候地舖的酒吧十分熱鬧,與位於二樓的世華餐廳形成強烈對比。世華裝修簡潔光鮮,近窗有一列卡位,中間有圓枱,亦有四人六人長枱。餐牌有很多選擇,兩人食量不大,就肉類、海鮮、蔬菜每樣各一,均衡飲食。北菇羅漢上素羅漢上素好在樣樣菇菌類都有齊,菇菌爽滑香甜,芡汁不太杰,算是做得不錯。富貴炒帶子嫩滑鮮甜帶子襯上爽甜西蘭花及甜脆合桃,顏色配搭很吸引。咖喱牛腩煲世華以賣咖喱牛腩馳名,顏色味道很對板,咖喱汁稍為稀身一點,杰一點牛腩掛汁能力會較佳。牛腩略略比較瘦身,根位不多。留意餐廳有計茶位及加一。

咖喱牛腩煲

世華以賣咖喱牛腩馳名,顏色味道很對板,咖喱汁稍為稀身一點,杰一點牛腩掛汁能力會較佳。牛腩略略比較瘦身,根位不多。

留意餐廳有計茶位及加一。
