淮扬菜作为国宴菜,以清甜鲜香闻名烫干丝是淮扬菜的特色菜 就像到粤菜馆点炒牛河一样,到淮扬菜馆一定要点烫干丝。汤底是鸡汤出的高汤,配虾仁就把鲜味出来了,整体味道是不错的。红烧肉这个做的就很无锡了,甜口的,和四川红烧肉完全俩风格。但是甜而不腻我还是很佩服的(也许只是我不觉得腻)。确实比较甜,不过也算是特色风格的一种。就这个肉拌进米饭里我能下两碗。

昨天和朋友聚餐。第一次到籽田吃飯。每道菜都在水準之上。特別推薦以下幾道菜:✅ 咕嚕肉✅ 跳跳蛙✅ 羊蠍子✅ 小龍蝦其中跳跳蛙最讓我驚艷。之前在香港吃過幾次牛蛙,不是不太新鮮,就是肉很少。但是籽田的跳跳蛙肉質肥嫩,還很鮮美。真的是喜出望外!唯一遺憾的就是牛蛙不夠多,如果可以另外加牛蛙就好了!

星期六晚同老公去食淮揚菜,平時好少出街食中菜,有驚喜。前菜: 麻辣貢菜、麻辣烏雞腳、桂花糯米藕🤤全部都好好食,貢菜好爽口,麻辣味好香,第一次食桂花糯米藕,好有驚喜,原來係甘夾既,回味無窮。龍井蝦仁蝦仁都幾新鮮,淡淡龍井味。揚州大煮干絲干絲原來係豆干切成絲,幾特別,而且擺盤好有排場,可以打卡。蒜頭白菜仔本身唔鍾意食白菜仔既我都覺得唔錯,無澀味,夠味又帶鮮味。桂花小丸子小丸子煙韌得黎腍腍地,甜甜地,作為飯後甜品幾好。

好朋友聚餐圣地,我们原先定了8道菜,后来觉得不够吃,又陆陆续续加到12道菜。我最喜欢的非跳跳蛙和羊蝎子莫属了。我们当中有几个人不太能吃辣,两个菜都要了小辣,辣度很合适。跳跳蛙很肥美,肉质鲜嫩,还有菇类,豆芽和薯粉打底,份量十足。羊蝎子风味独特,平日只能吃到羊腩煲,但感觉羊腩肉质比较柴,羊蝎子则不同,是羊的脊骨肉,这个不部位有🈶肉🈶骨,肉质更嫩,羊煲味道都渗透到羊骨头缝的肉里去了,吃起来更有风味。
