今日一個人經過銅鑼灣時代廣場千両,在千両門口看見到朝捕晚嚐的牌子,想想已有兩個多月沒有吃過壽司了!我這個人酷愛吃刺身,但要求高,千両之前吃過兩次,覺有點普通,心想這個朝捕晚嚐應該會好一點吧!點了個朝捕晚嚐5款刺身,有彷彿、𩶘魚、油甘、鰺及象拔蚌!彷彿的口感,就彷如豆腐裏埋了橡筋,不建議小孩及老人吃!𩶘魚不錯,口感軟撼帶有些許甘甜!油甘爽口,但係甘香甜不足!鰺,軟嫩些許甘甜!象拔蚌是最後的,爽口不鯹,而且鮮甜可口!

軟殼蟹上到枱仲熱辣辣,紫菜卜卜脆,加上一塊牛油果同生菜,正好中和了炸軟殼蟹的油膩,入面的沙律醬亦好惹味。大大件夠飽肚,一定要襯熱食。

獨自爽歪歪系列--千兩一個人快靚正,非千兩莫屬.一來水準穩定,二來排隊時間不長.安康魚肝--味道不夠濃,沒有那種令人心動既肝味海膽(日本直送)--面頭那塊完整但底個o的有少少溶.味道是鮮甜的,但新鮮度不算高油甘魚腩--肥美,肉味甘香,肉質帶爽特大帶子--必食,真係好大件,一啖都食唔哂.而且肉實係爽身而彈牙,貝類既鮮甜盡在口中馬刀貝--亦是必食,爽甜,與赤貝等等的平價貝類相比更見美味海蝦--熟蝦有熟蝦既風味,蝦既甜品與別不同吞拿魚鮫--最貴既食材之一,在香港中來貨不算多,這裡既出品比較失望,並唔係味道,而係薄切過頭,雖然好嫩滑,油脂味豐富,但係太薄了,口感也差了極上和牛與他他牛--他他牛的牛味和口感更佳,價錢更便宜,牛味更濃郁高速食光,繼續玩樂!

Sushi rice was huge. It had a lot of rice and sushi. I couldn't finish. Sushi included salmon, tuna and shrimp. There was a soft boiled egg as well. It was pretty tasty though the egg made it a bit too wet.

Set also had miso soup which had tofu, mushrooms and nori. It was a bit bland and tasted more like water.

Times Square branch is way too noisy. Not a preferred place I will return again.

今次仲試埋佢個清酒,比一般街上面飲到嘅清D,無咁Spicy,夏天就啱啱好!

記得十多年前拉麵店還沒有進攻香港時, 迴轉壽司仍是在日本菜當中十分盛行的. 但隨著美食越來越多元化, 近幾年還撐得住的迴轉壽司店好像只淨下有連鎖集團在背後支持的板前/長系列和元氣. 而這家千両雖然跟元氣同一集團, 不過分店就沒那麼多, 走的是比元氣高級一點的.這天下午煩惱著吃什麼, 經過這家千両, 想起來好一段時間都沒光顧過, 就入去吃幾碟吧.一個人胃口有限, 只小試了幾碟, 當中的特大帆立貝一件要賣上HKD$42, 不過上來果然很大件, 而且十分厚肉,味道可以比得上初開業時的峰壽司 (是初開業的時期, 不是現時)槍魷魚(HKD$12) 入口很滑, 咬下去也有質感, 算幾肥美的,灸燒左口魚裙邊 (HKD$36)一碟2件, 不過燒得不太夠, 只有一丁點邊位帶焦, 跟沒灸燒的沒什麼分別而說是時令的縞鰺腩一件也要HKD$32, 肉質是幾彈牙也覺鮮甜整體以迴轉壽司店來說, 覺得這家千兩比其他連鎖的都要好一點, 當然價格亦是偏貴. 一個人吃了6碟巳經要二百多元, 總覺得不太化算.......

我其實好锺意食千両咁多间我全部都试過恒隆中心我以为已经係好差點知低處未算低其实Japanese 壽司/刺身劲易整, 只要刀功唔差魚夠fresh就好難難食呢间嘢啲刀功真係差到喊我上次食沙律佢啲魚竟然可以一舊魚上跟住俾人切好多刀都連埋一齊啲魚又唔fresh啲魚喺壽司上係見飯嘅, 因为唔單止薄, 仲要爛最惨就係啲飯係酸嘅我通常俾好多機會人IFC嗰间 间唔中喺中国新年啲魚會唔fresh食咗两次都唔得 第三次就ok labut I will never visit this one again, just not worth it!初初以为间间千両水準都差不多先至order咗成300蚊嘢食板x好過啦!

魚夠fresh就好難難食
呢间嘢啲刀功真係差到喊

我上次食沙律佢啲魚竟然可以一舊魚上跟住俾人切好多刀都連埋一齊

啲魚喺壽司上係見飯嘅, 因为唔單止薄, 仲要爛
最惨就係啲飯係酸嘅

我通常俾好多機會人
IFC嗰间 间唔中喺中国新年啲魚會唔fresh
食咗两次都唔得 第三次就ok la
but I will never visit this one again, just not worth it!

初初以为间间千両水準都差不多先至order咗成300蚊嘢

自從峰壽司係銅鑼灣執左之後,想搵一間比較穩定既回轉壽司店都非千両莫屬.今晚做完運動之後又來此店食晚飯, 幸好友人早到取位唔係又要等位.此店除左刺身新鮮之外, 其他熟食都唔錯叫左汁煮三文魚鮫, 魚肉味道鮮甜加上醬汁帶少少甜味道一流, 相比鹽燒煮法覺得這種做法D魚肉更加嫩滑.另外一提係佢地既吉列炸物都唔錯, 好似吉列廣島蠔夠肥味再加上一層炸粉包住炸得鬆脆可口至於佢地既刺身都叫抵食又新鮮, 當晚叫左個油甘魚刺身肥美肉甜.

另外一提係佢地既吉列炸物都唔錯, 好似吉列廣島蠔夠肥味再加上一層炸粉包住炸得鬆脆可口

至於佢地既刺身都叫抵食又新鮮, 當晚叫左個油甘魚刺身肥美肉甜.
