本身滿心歡喜去食lunch omakase, 去到個景靚同埋service都幾好, 但係全場得兩個壽司師傅去serve晒全場….之前去其他餐廳通常都係一個師傅serve兩枱客最唔滿意嘅就係師傅突然同我哋講預唔夠海膽份量, 所以轉蝦壽司俾我哋, 但正常有book位又唔係walk-in, 應該要預夠份量。。雖然師傅有講唔好意思,但因為我哋隔離幾枱同時間都serve到海膽, 真係好無奈。。俾人感覺好唔專業最後整體壽司質素average, 但呢個價錢絕對可以食到其他質素再高好多嘅omakase….真係強烈建議唔好去😥😥

星期六午市,行經金輪天地。本來想食有鐵板燒嘅omakasa,但上到去,因為冇訂檯,記被人一口回絕左了。咁搭𨋢落多幾層,就到鮨千月。估唔到冇訂檯都尚有吧檯位,仲望到海景,好意外驚喜。侍應好有禮貌,會頻頻添茶,對答都好有禮貌。師傅又會同你傾幾句,都係好有禮貌,令你感覺到好自在舒適。食物方面,沙律、蛋嘅前菜固然好味。壽司每件都好新鮮美味。我在套餐以外點的燒鱈魚片又係大碟好食。整個用餐過程都係好愉快。很推薦大家來試下午市omakasa!

較少蒲天后,夾於美食本已經夠令人花多眼亂嘅銅鑼灣同炮台山北角之間,天后雖然一樣食肆林立,但令人深刻嘅餐廳又確係唔多。而且可能租金關係,小店都上晒樓上舖,識食真係要自己瓹窿瓹罅或者求高人介紹!今次呢間都算係相當小店式經營嘅omakase,有連鎖或集團嘅光環,正因為咁出品同埋服務就更加係留客之本!Lunch omakase 或定食定價都相宜,仲要有個好靚view嘅海景,加埋個balcony格局環境同service同酒店級數,super friendly!坐喺bar枱位置邊望下啊師傅又邊遙距欣賞個海景,lunch time嚟相信會坐到唔想走,甚至開始有啲懷疑人生「點解我要走,點解要返工?」🍣 小試牛刀個刺身定食,間白魚、赤貝、中拖羅、鮮帶子、深海池魚冋鯡魚,分量剛好,每道刺身都用唔同嘅topping 或配汁去提鮮,由淡到濃各自發揮。另外茶碗蒸都幾別出心栽,除咗常見嘅百合連子外仲加咗小塊雞肉 ,滑嫩中滲出絲絲肉香。Overall 係幾滿意嘅一餐,基本地好,基本地發揮,或者未去到好wow玩玩味玩驚喜,但踏實做食都值得respect!值得科金去食!
