講到佐敦文英街既韓國餐廳,相信好多人都會聽過呢間星星Pho Cha,其實佢已經屹立咗喺佐敦好多年。除咗炸雞十分出色外,其實佢好多韓式食物都好食,性價比亦好過,絕對比尖沙咀金巴利街嘅同行有過之而無不及 😆喺文英街有兩間星炸雞,一間係可以堂食嘅星星Pho Cha,一間就係專做外賣既星星Togo,我同朋友其實兩間都食過,亦都係長期嘅擁躉,今次食完個土豆豬骨湯後決定要幫佢打返一篇食評 🤓土豆豬骨湯 佢有細份同埋大份,我哋兩個人所以叫咗細份,呢個豬骨湯用咗土豆、韓菜及豬骨熬製而成,豬骨肉10分軟腍、入味,令我諗起泰國嘅火山排骨。但呢隻韓式排骨湯更加有驚喜。原味紫菜包飯傳統嘅韓式包飯,性價比10分高炸醬麵炸醬麵嘅份量又係令我哋嚇一跳,份量超多之餘,亦都好有韓國本土嘅風味泡菜炒豬肉建議點泡菜炒豬肉,加配白飯,呢個餸既辣汁好開胃,豬肉亦都好軟腍,真係白飯都要叫兩個先搞得掂星星系列餐廳都係由韓國人主理,我同朋友食韓國老闆娘都在場,服務都好好,見到我哋前菜食完就即刻幫我哋再添加,好有人情味嘅韓式餐廳😍 continue reading

又濕又凍既天氣最啱就係食韓國野暖下身, 事隔幾年黎返呢間位於佐敦韓國人主理既韓式餐廳, 呢度既裝修好有feel, 食物選擇好多, 有啲仲係香港其他韓國餐廳比較少見😌石鍋拌飯🍲 ($92)超級熱辣辣既石鍋拌飯可以選擇配牛/雞/豬, 有各式既配料, 最重點係要將生蛋用飯蓋一蓋住整到佢熟熟地再撈就會有蛋飯既味道, 個鍋係熱到可以整到飯焦, 加埋辣醬一齊食超正, 食完成個人暖曬😎星星拼份炸鷄 🍗($158)原味拼甜辣醬味炸雞總共有大概10-12件, 個人覺得甜辣醬果款唔算辣, 但係完全食唔到辣既朋友可以揀返原味會好啲🤓土豆豬骨湯🍖 ($258/$358)有細份同大份既選擇, 兩個人食細份就剛剛好, 排骨整到夠稔身同埋都幾入味, 仲有大量既蔬菜去做配料, 湯頭唔算辣仲可以加湯, 食完仲可以加飯或麵索曬啲湯汁幾正🤩星光清河氣泡酒🍾($68)呢枝我都介紹左好多次, 真係好好飲, 想飲酒又要易入口既一定要叫呢枝🥳冇諗過平日夜晚呢度都咁熱鬧, 呢度既CP值都算幾高😉 continue reading

嚟到佐敦一定要逛一逛,呢幾條街都有好唔同嘅特色餐廳,呢幾日真係好想食火鍋,韓國菜都好吸引,依間原來都係比較多人打卡嘅地方,店內所有裝飾都好似韓式風格燒肉店😳睇到個門面已經好吸引🤩 先嚟個前菜原來四人份量都好多種前菜㗎喎,仲要係有我最鍾意食嘅泡菜😊青瓜✨菠菜同埋薯仔全部都係可以食完之後再refill,我鍾意食泡菜一定encore🙈芝士海鮮炒飯一坐低就已經即刻order咗個芝士海鮮飯芝士用咗一個鐵板上真係好韓式風格,滿佈芝士在熱辣辣嘅鐵板上空湧澎湃🤭老闆即場幫我將海鮮炒飯撈勻一齊食炒飯底超好味呀可能加咗啲醬油而去每一粒海鮮都好牙,而且一啲都唔腥味好新鮮,撈埋紫菜食更加豐富🤤玫瑰醬燉雞最後我都有order咗依碟燉雞,我朋友超鍾意食燉雞而且加咗個玫瑰醬食落去個口感有少少微香,但係燉雞都唔會話過爐,而且雞肉保持到鮮嫩,而且好滑👀撈埋佢嘅特色醬一齊食,又唔會過鹹,仲有加送咗一條香腸襯托,比我想像中份量好多🙈👍🏻牛肉豆腐餃子湯最後最後都嗌咗個湯,呢款有豆腐、餃子仲用咗韓式餃子,圓轆轆裏面包咗好多韭菜同埋韓國粉絲再有少少豬肉,雖然餃子皮比較厚身,份量餡料非常充足,咬一口成口都係韭菜再配埋湯底裏便嘅豆腐,牛肉,加多碗白飯超級好食😍最後食韓國嘢必定都要嗌下韓國燒酒,我比較鍾意有甜味,所以揀咗蜜桃清新嘅水果味道容易入口,好chill✨🤣 continue reading

佐敦這家韓國菜有點東西喔,寶藏餐廳!老闆是韓國人,店裡的菜色都很地道呀!先上來好幾個小菜,真的要強推啊,老闆娘介紹,這個都是由韓國進口的材料,裡面有個黃瓜🥒涼菜,真的好好吃,第一次吃這個味道~土豆🥔豬骨湯💰258+炒飯我還真是第一次在香港這邊吃土豆脊骨湯喔!這個我在韓國是必點的!這家也還不錯,而且份量真的好大啊,骨頭好多塊,還有熬得很入味的土豆,先來一口湯,辣辣的,好開胃,裡面的菜也好好吃喔~豬骨也很入味,挺滑嫩的!如果喝完了湯🥣還可以讓老闆娘加湯喔!在差不多吃完的時候,就可以加一份炒飯,炒飯吸收了湯的汁水,再加上一些泡菜洋蔥等,很好吃!韓式🐷豬手💰298也是被份量嚇到的一個菜!要趁熱吃喔!豬手很滑嫩,能感受到膠原蛋白👍每一片豬手都都切得很薄,很方便入口,一定要記得沾醬喔,這個醬也是很地道😄芝士蛋卷💰98份量大+1,蛋卷非常滑嫩,芝士好多,每口下去都滿足😌上面擠了酸酸甜甜的醬汁,搭配還不錯呀! continue reading
