是日和男友到銅鑼灣行街,行到一家好似*和牛鐵板3種 ($298)由左至加是牛脊肉、牛五花和牛肩肉。三款和牛都有濃濃的牛味和脂肪味。個人最愛牛肩肉,又淋又JUICY;其次是牛脊肉,都是淋的,但淋得來有點咬口;牛五花太肥,所以不太愛。麵豉湯不會太咸有WASABI、繙油和岩鹽可以調味;不過個人覺得原汁原味最好食。*高級鐵板燒 ($189)男友點的還配上一個牛筋煮,真的煮得又淋又入味。他說因為上台時已經是半熟,所以不用燒得太耐。

最近變咗港島區嘅我,好多時候都會係港島區到覓食,行開銅鑼灣,見到呢間主推鹿兒島黑和牛嘅小店,就想試一試喇價錢其實真係有貴有平,平嘅有牛肉丼飯,貴嘅有和牛壽喜燒、鐵板和牛等等我就揀咗和牛牛肉壽喜燒套餐,其實都幾豐富,套餐包括有和牛片、兩款前菜、蔬菜、漬物、味噌湯同生雞蛋。其中一款前菜係燉牛肉,牛肉幾淋又帶點牛香,仲有啲香蔥碎,加咗啲清新味道;另外一款就係卷蛋,中間係微微半熟,所以一啲都會好乾。壽喜燒湯底滾起之後,就可以放入和牛片,甜醬油味道頗濃,同牛肉味幾夾,食得多會有啲漏,所以配埋生雞蛋漿,感覺無咁膩,而且令到牛肉口感更加嫩,食落牛肉富有牛香,而油脂分佈,口感未可以去到入口即溶嘅感覺,但係因為係和牛嘅關係,肉質都尚算嫩男朋友就揀咗高級黑安格斯牛肉牛扒套餐,同樣有兩款前菜、蔬菜、漬物及味噌湯。呢個嘅食發有啲似吉烈牛,牛扒本身已經微微煎過,但係中間都係比較生嘅,所以食之前要放上鐵板到燒一燒先好食,但係又唔洗太耐,如果唔係就會太老喇。煎香嘅牛扒都幾惹味,雖然都有牛香,但係就無前者咁重味,啲牛肉汁同啲珍珠米嘅味道都幾夾~

三款肉當中,以牛五花嘅油花最勁,肉質非常鬆化,既軟腍又柔嫩,入口即溶,而且鮮甜的肉汁在口中瀰漫,讓人齒頰留香。牛肩肉亦很有水準,不但肉質具彈性,而且油花細緻均勻。另外里脊肉就帶微微韌勁,肉味愈嚼愈濃,食完亦完全無膩感。

至於另一客就揀咗熟成牛肉丼 ($159),牛肉丼配套唔多,上桌時只附有一小碗味噌湯,但個丼賣相勁有睇頭,飯面鋪滿安格斯牛翼板肉,望落去好似一座和牛塔咁,造型澎湃,用來影相呃 like 一流。白飯以高級日本大米煮成,食落有牛香。安格斯牛翼板肉份量勁多,足足有成 300克,嫩度適中又帶嚼勁,尤其喜愛面頭的醬汁,味道甜甜酸酸,加上牛肉本身的香氣,非常滋味!

飲品可以揀 Soft Drink 或者 Alcoholic Drink,如果是 Happy Hour 到訪的話,仲會有特價優惠。另外值得一提就係店舖嘅營業時間,竟然係去到至凌晨三點,就算飲完酒,又或者睇完午夜場再嚟宵夜,應該都無問題。雖然我和友人兩個都並不是牛魔,但這頓飯亦吃得非常滿意,如果閣下是愛牛一族,絕對值得一試。

- 整個環境都係以木既顏色為主格局, 個人覺得呢種顏色加上warm white燈光既日式餐廳係食得比較放鬆,
另外環境比較寬闊, 食既時候毫無拘束, 唔會咁易受到其他食客影響!

- 整得非常精緻既三種牛肉~ 分別有里隻肉,牛肩肉同牛五花肉.
3隻肉既口感同肉味都有唔同!
牛肩肉係比較軟身, 肉味比較濃厚~ 而牛五花肉就比較爽口, 肉味較牛肩肉淡

但無論邊隻肉都非常好味, 因為整完既時間放係鐵板道, 肉既溫度得以保存~
醬汁配料可以按照自己既意願去配黎食:)

- UCC烏龍茶;
平時飲開津路, 對比起黎UCC烏龍茶係比較濃味, 同時加埋岩岩係雪櫃拎出黎既低溫, 用黎配個熱辣辣既飯真係非常爽!

千里屋食堂食既牛都是由日本鹿兒島運送,想食日本牛既來這裡就岩哂menu提供日本和牛,窩物,鐵板燒,壽喜燒。店員有的是日本人,彷彿在日本一樣我就叫了298和牛鐵板燒,分別有牛肩肉,牛肋骨肉,五花肉!油香濃郁豐富入口有溶化既感覺,有岩鹽,醬油,芥末配襯,仲有日本珍珠米白飯and味噌湯。質數有番咁上下298唔貴朋友就叫左這個安格斯牛肉涮涮鍋。牛既位置是肩胛肉,這款牛既油香無和牛咁勁,但肉味好濃有 d咬口仲有好多鮮既蔬菜。係滿足既
