簡單的晚飯,喚醒了在鹿兒島的美好回憶,上次有鹿兒島吃牛當然平,常以為在香港食正宗和牛會又貴又唔抵食,但呢度更完全打破我一路的概念。

My friend works in Wanchai so every time I cross the harbour to find her for dinner, she’ll take me to somewhere new and nice🤤 We visited this cozy Japanese restaurant on Lockhart Road tonight and the meal was AMAZING!!We were greeted by the Japanese owner (well I guess he’s the owner cuz he seems like it lol) and were seated right away. We ordered a shabu shabu set and a sukiyaki set.When the beef and pork were served, we put 2 pieces into the boiling broth immediately and they tasted so good!!

We were greeted by the Japanese owner (well I guess he’s the owner cuz he seems like it lol) and were seated right away. We ordered a shabu shabu set and a sukiyaki set.

When the beef and pork were served, we put 2 pieces into the boiling broth immediately and they tasted so good!! Especially when the beef is mixed with the raw eggs!!!

The portion of veggies given was generous and they’re pretty fresh! Also with the amount of meat given, the rice and the udon are a lot for a dinner for 1 lol So you may wanna order one shabu shabu/sukiyaki and one set that’s of a smaller portion instead💁🏻‍♀️

還記得當天有頼化妝師S為我化了一個靚靚的MC,才能令當天作為婚禮化妝師的我,站在台上分外的自信,這天特地跟S來聚聚舊,來銅鑼灣豪氣的吃鹿兒島和牛火鍋~餐廳是位於熱鬧的地帶,還是地鋪,店內麻雀雖小,五臟俱全,點了兩個火鍋套餐— 牛肉壽喜燒套餐和涮牛肉套餐,皆是以和牛作主打的小火鍋,據侍者所指,兩者最大的分別是湯底和壽喜燒是附有一隻生雞蛋的。套餐已包括好幾款悅口前菜/漬物、白飯、蔬菜、烏冬,澱粉質充足,相信吃過後定會是滿滿的飽肚感。牛肉壽喜燒套餐,涮牛肉套餐點了兩個火鍋套餐,兩者最大的分別是湯底和前者是有一隻日本生雞蛋可沾牛肉的。個人認為壽喜燒的湯底鹹點是可以低一點的。牛肉有兩款,當然有一款是明顯的高質,肉香較突出。豬肉的話,如果油脂少一點該會比較理想喔~整體也不錯,最化算的該是所點的第二個套餐,可享有半價優惠。特別一提的是套餐包括飲料在內,我的是UCC烏龍茶, S的是芬達提子汽水,假如想要,酒精飲料的話,也可以以額外付費的方式點喔~當兩位化妝師走在一起,總是有聊不盡的話題呢— 4小時的晚餐聚,大家也要為夢想而努力啊~

吃過一次呢個sukiyaki,成日心思思都想再吃😍😍選左二人餐,有牛肉同豚肉份量都好夠,不過竟然覺得豚肉有D滯😥吃左幾片就無吃😥牛肉好吃,好滑,牛味都好香👍🏻👍🏻本來餐有一鍋菜,另外再有每人一小籃菜,份量好充足,仲有飯有烏冬。兩個人加埋,埋單六百幾,已經捧住個肚出門口了🤣🤣吃到尾要加清水,有D咸很滿意,會再幇襯🤗

大頭仔想試這家前身是章魚小丸子的日本餐廳,改裝過後是一家賣牛肉的專門店。以前在銅記上班才方便,現在新界放工後過來真的是有點遙遠...不過來了過後覺得是值得來吃的!先試了牛肉飯和壽喜燒。Champion牛肉Don的牛肉十分十分膨拜!而且是我喜歡的牛肉呢!$159一大碗,質素是絕對有的,牛肉味道夠香而且肉質又夠稔,高級壽喜牛肉鍋 $189一大盤菜和一大碟牛肉,都是好吃的!和日本的做法一樣,不只是只有一鍋食物,還有各類的餐前小食。吃壽喜燒一定要配上雞蛋才是!整晚吃了好多牛肉!大滿足!另外飲品點了烏龍茶和提子汁,好喝好喝!
