上星期同女友去食千里屋食堂,經朋友介紹,餵食既我緊要試下啦,呢間食市係以日本為主題既,佢既和牛都好出名,等我同大家介紹下。我地都好中意食火鍋所以點左2個火鍋和牛涮涮牛肉套餐,黑安格斯牛肉涮涮套餐每個套餐都會包括前菜小食,分別有牛腩,生菜,沙律,白飯,味噌湯,醬汁,而每個餐醬汁都不同,和牛餐係生雞蛋作醬汁,而安格斯就以醬油為醬汁。當然每個餐既靈魂緊係牛肉同火鍋啦,一上火鍋入面已經有唔小菜,而大家要注意每個火鍋餐都有唔同既湯 ,和牛餐湯係清甜的,而安格斯湯超濃味超甜,個人口味比教中意和牛湯因為清先食到牛肉味,而安格斯湯真係麻麻,你放咩落去都係只會食左超甜既湯味。牛肉方面和牛同安格斯都唔錯,肉咪濃,和牛入口即溶,正整體都ok既,係比安格斯湯扣左啲分下面有啲相比大家分享

本身係牛肉控既我心癮起,所以約左朋友去銅鑼灣既千里屋食堂度食A5和牛同安格斯牛肉。食店裝修好日本風,而且真係有日本人係度食飯。佢地有丼,和牛套餐,安格斯牛肉,壽司,小食,清酒提供。不過我地都係鐘情於牛,所以就叫左和牛鐵板3種 (HKD 298)同埋黑安格斯牛肉涮涮牛肉套餐 (肩胛部) (HKD 189),而飲品就要左可樂同雪碧。先黎既係安格斯牛套餐。佢會提供一個鍋,裝有蔬菜,金菇同埋清湯,俾我地煮熟安格斯牛肉的,有shabu shabu既感覺。另外個套餐內有肉,前菜,漬物,白飯,味噌湯和日式橙醋。安格斯牛肉脂肪同肉質分佈平均,肉質鮮嫩,分量又多,點埋佢地既秘製醬汁,一個字正。味噌湯味道唔算濃,幾清淡。至於前菜都幾精緻。跟住黎既就係和牛,有五花腩,肩脊同內脊3種肉,有味噌湯同日本飯,亦有栗米,西蘭花。最值得一提既就係佢有wasabi,海鹽同秘製既甜酸醬可以佐送牛肉。分量都唔細,和牛味道好好。個人黎講最鍾意個海鹽,同和牛好襯。

不過香港始終鋪租貴,我諗呢個價錢係日本一百左右已經食到,但去到香港就變得特別貴T^T

咁我地決定乜都試下,鐵板,丼同壽喜燒都各叫左一款。

我們在吃飯途中才留意到這裏有日本人!他們用心的烹調,令人感覺十分專業,而且十分親切。餐牌上寫道他們的安格斯牛肉原自穀物飼育,令客人吃得更安心!這間是令人驚喜的餐廳,而且價錢適中,值得再來試試!

卻同樣帶豐富香濃的牛味。鐵板煎過更加甘香。

店家亦有提供鹽、wasabi和醬油,
