最近多去海港城逛街吃飯,搵到呢間高級韓國餐廳食飯,揀左冬日限定嘅冬雪松露美饌套餐,松露配牛肉真係好夾!首先送上八款泡菜,每一款口味也不同,甜酸咸辣各有不同,不止一般紅色大白菜泡菜一種。我個人最鍾意蜂蜜醃製嘅蓮藕泡菜!黑松露牛肉他他加入切碎左嘅泡菜,黑松露獨特風味完美融合,非常好吃。燒烤部份係一盤牛肉,擺盤精美。牛肉有不同部位,包括牛舌、外裙肉、夏多布里昂、和牛牛肋肉和三筋肉。其中亮點是夏多布里昂牛排,其豐富而精緻的牛肉味道加上厚切令味道更加突出。我個人最喜歡的是外裙肉。儘管肉質精瘦,仍然非常軟嫩牛味突出。晚餐另一個亮點一定係配有黑松露嘅和牛刀月見肩芯肉。店員即席幫我們烤,生熟程度剛好,加入了黑松露片,除了豐富油香,還加甜味和松露獨特風味。最後以奶白色的牛骨湯作結,牛肉味豐富之餘有少少黑胡椒嘅香辣,口感絲滑。另外值得一題嘅係佢地嘅燒烤爐帶強力抽風系統,用餐後我的頭髮和衣服上沒有任何油煙味!令整體就餐體驗更好更高級。
